Buddy Brew is one if the first local roasters in Tampa and they continue to thrive! Their rewards program is honestly so good and makes me feel like I am getting little perks all the time. I also love that they have Red Bull infusions for when I need caffeine but do not feel like coffee. Their snacks are really good too, which is perfect when I am running late. It's pretty much pastry shop with some really great crêpes and outstanding croissants. They open at nine on Sunday morning and a 8:50 my friend and I were the only ones outside waiting. By 10 o'clock this place was full and that includes the outside seating. The food was just excellent. You'll see in the pictures the American breakfast with fluffy scrambled eggs and a perfectly baked croissant. I had a crêpe with chicken and mushrooms that was extraordinary. A side salad with balsamic vinaigrette was a perfect accompaniment. As he refilled our coffee for the third time, our server recommend recommended that we try the Napoleon that was a special today. We split one and we probably could've eaten three more of them. If you get the opportunity to stop by one day, you will become a regular.
