At this point, the owner really needs to invest in properly repairing or replacing the A/C rather than continuing to rely on fans for a second season. This restaurant clearly has a loyal customer base, and we are part of it. We WANT to keep coming back. But customers are also paying for an enjoyable dining experience, and being comfortable inside the restaurant--especially during desert summers--is a pretty basic expectation. The employees are wonderful and shouldn't have to work in those conditions either. Please invest in fixing the A/C. Your staff and your loyal customers deserve it.
