    Chicken Milanese

Great little spot so happy we tried it. It's a nice little neighborhood spot. Very friendly atmosphere. We had the lemon garlic hummus for a appetizer. It was the best hummus I ever had. Can't wait to go back and order it again. I had the Chicken Milanese great size portion very tasty and crispy. My husband had the NY Steak Frites done, perfect, medium well it came with crispy potatoes that were delicious . The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We stopped by Local Sixty Three and were absolutely impressed! The atmosphere was cozy and lively, perfect for a casual night out. We ordered the Espresso Martinis and the Oh My Gourdness cocktails--both were phenomenal! The Espresso Martini was rich and smooth, while the Oh My Gourdness had a delightful fall-inspired twist, full of warm flavors. For food, we had all starters. We had the chicken skewers, garlic tahini dip, and pork belly. The chicken skewers were perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. The garlic tahini dip was creamy and paired perfectly with everything we ordered. But the real star was the pork belly--crispy on the outside, melt-in-your-mouth on the inside. If you're looking for amazing cocktails and delicious small bites, Local Sixty Three is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back! The service was great ! Shout out to our Bartender Erin he was super friendly and the drinks were 10/10!! Good luck in Maine Erin

Start to finish my time at The Local Sixty-Three was an elevated experience. The space is comfortable and open with plenty of space to visit with family and friends. The cocktails were so unique and creative; you could tell that the bartender truly had a passion for his craft. I indulged in the Legally Brined and loved it! This martini featured local vodka, olives, and homemade pickles. The brine was absolutely superb and was also used to dirty the martini. The Happy Hour had a variety of appetizing tacos with fresh ingredients. Additionally, everything on the menu incorporated local produce and looked delicious. The service left nothing else to be desired and I loved learning from Chris the bartender. Read more on IG: themartinibible

I came here for dinner after hiking Steep Rock with my husband on a Sunday. We came at the perfect time, as it wasn't busy. I started off with an Apple Cider Sangria - very festive for Fall and delish! We shared the Pork Belly Roulade, which was perfectly cooked and tasty. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Mac & Cheese, while my husband ordered the Brisket Birria Sandwich with Cottage Fries. My food was insanely good! The chicken was crispy and juicy. Although the Mac & cheese was a little watery for my liking, it had a nice punch of spice. My husband cleared his plate, so I'm assuming his meal was just as good. We ended our dinner with the Oatmeal Chocolate Cookie Bar - not our usual type of dessert, but that gooey chocolate was just what we needed. We look forward to visiting again one day!

Many seating options - outside too

We just ate our third meal at this friendly comfortable spot in Watertown. Our server Andy was supremely cordial and welcoming - offering recommendations and information as we requested. The draft menu is extensive and includes many cocktail options. Menu is interesting and flavor forward. I highly encourage foodies and others to get this fun spot a try ! We shall return

    Chicken piccata

Not from Watertown so we searched Yelp for a restaurant near Taft School. This place did not disappoint us in anyway. The chicken piccata was incredible. Loved the crunchiness of the bread panko chicken. Capers, pasta and sauce were perfectly balanced. The French onion soup was bountiful. Lots of flavors going on there. Could be a meal in itself The Local Sixty-Three is a must to consider if you're in the area. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff were incredible. We WILL BE BACK.

Cajun shrimp and rice and a Cuban sandwich

First visit will definitely not be our last. Our sever Andy was warm and welcoming and offered great recommendations for choosing our dishes. Cocktails were delicious. Food was excellent.

After an appointment in the area, my family and I decided to check out The Local Sixty Three for the first time for dinner. We instantly loved their farm to table style menu! Everything was SO delicious. We couldn't stop eating the sausage dip for an appetizer, and my chicken Milanese was delicious! The Cubano sandwich was great too. This was such a nice, casual spot that I definitely see myself come back to. Attentive staff and the food didn't take too long to come out.

The vibe in this place was great! The staff were so helpful to explain their menu and drinks…read more The food options are all shareable/Tapas. We ordered a few to try and it was plenty of food. The drink menu was awesome. Creative combos but also very good. They also have a full bar of the ones listed don't hit the spot for you. It's an intimate settling with limited tables. You are definitely encouraged to sit back and enjoy the food and company as you listen to the piano player. It was a great dining experience for sure. A new spot in the Watertown night scene, several friends suggested it would be the kind of place I…read morewould enjoy, considering my jazz background. I found myself with a hole in my social calendar one Thursday night the second week they were open, and decided to see what the buzz was all about. Their website and facebook page suggested to "dress to impress", so I dug out one of my bespoke Italian suits and found the perfect silk tie to match (lots of orange, because it was nearly Halloween) and hopped in the car to arrive early enough for the first show (they have two shows per night, 7pm and 9pm, both roughly 90 minutes). Picturing a bar-full of women in swanky gowns and men attired similarly to me, I was disappointed in finding out that substituting heels for sneakers with jeans was the norm for women, and throwing on a blazer over jeans was the standard for men. This is more a reflection of the area, than the business, and there were some couples who took this suggestion seriously, with some people dressed to the nines. The inside is gorgeous, with the lounge area filled with comfortable-looking seating areas, and a couple of tables for diners (not a lot of those, however). Paintings of legendary singers lined the walls. The bar area is sparsely decorated, and a bit too starkly lit for my taste, picturing the smoky jazz joints of my misspent youth. Lots of stools, and a beautiful stone bar top completed the look. I found a seat at the bar, and ordered a martini. No Stolichnaya available (except for raspberry) so I settled for Grey Goose instead. It was perfectly mixed, and I awaited for the piano show to begin. As they were new and starting to fill their entertainment ranks, that night they had a pianist who was auditioning. He was acceptable, with a decent voice, but lacked a lot of the spark of other performers I've seen. I have to go back another night to hear some of their other performers they have lined up. There's a menu of small plates that will fit nicely with cocktails, which is the main attraction there, with a list of seasonal offerings. Since I had already eaten, I didn't order any food, but what I saw presented to others looked good. Something for my next trip. All in all, this is someplace I will probably frequent, since it's close by, and in time, I'm sure the concept will catch on and become very popular. I'd suggest giving 88Keys a try for a special date night, or someplace to go if you're looking for a different vibe than the other entertainment venues in the area.
