There is nowhere else I would rather be than at this bar, eating some lumpia, having a beer and watching CHIEFS football. I don't know what I could say about this bar but it is an amazing neighborhood bar, and truly feels like a place to go and relax. During games, they are generally upstairs and the TV and sound system is incredible. The staff Always makes sure the drinks are full and making sure you have everything needed. 03/08/25 2nd time here as we were invited to watch Sage Courageous perform here. Awesome band! As for the food, we definitely ordered the high roller tots and it tasted the same as before....so good. We wanted crispy and well done and must have the sauce in the side so the tots won't get soggy. It's still the bomb. Also ordered the burger and fries...that was good too but tots were very filling. Had dinner here last night. The parking lot had 4 cars in it. I should have known then. I ordered something Japanese, I have had better in a can. My brother orders a Salisbury steak. The meat was gray and nasty. He sent it back? Ordered a CHEESE burger and onion rings, (seemed to be the same meat) He had to ask for a slice cheese bc it came with none, also 6 French fries (not onion rings!). $38.00 for the worst food ever. The bartender seemed to be doing everything, so no fault of his. I strongly advise DON'T go! Also, the ice was so nasty , like the ice machine has never been cleaned. I reserved Jack Pot Bar & Grill for a retirement party in their upstairs private area. The planning was quite simply and easy to do with Liza. She was amazing and was very patient throughout the process. The food was outstanding and the whole setup was more than I had imagine. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to have a private event, with great food and drinks. The place was very spacious and all of monitors displayed our event photos everywhere. We used to live around the corner from this bar, and never stopped in. Now that we live across town, our favorite karaoke company has karaoke here on Saturday nights, so we come out every so often. Drinks are good and pretty strong pours. We've always had good service, Nick, the server who takes care of the karaoke room is a sweetheart, and is always super quick and very friendly. I haven't eaten much here, but I did share some nachos with a friend the last time we came out for karaoke and they were BOMB. So tasty, and they didn't get soggy fast like so many other places nachos do. They also rent out the upstairs for events, parties, and I think there's even been concerts here before! Definitely a good place to stop in and check out! Karaoke on Saturday night from 9-12? 9-1? I don't remember, I don't usually stay past 11 because I'm old. lol The karaoke room is smoke free, although I have seen people vaping in there on occasion. read more

5 star for Diva Drag Queen Charity Bingo Wednesday night was alot of fun! 4 star for food quality/drinks. Located upstairs, this weekly event lasts until usually 9pmish? But we had to leave early. Buy happy hour menu food and drinks all night ($5+)! Bingo cards are $10+, $5+ raffle tickets that are called after every 2 cards are played, lots of $1s for tipping our diva Drag Queen performers/singers, etc. Support your local charity! 30min of singing/performance, then starts bingo. There are pamphlets, and plenty of TV screens to show you how to play. Staff are friendly to help explain. Looking forward to coming back! Fries are really good here!!! Drinks are not heavy pours. I had sloppy joe at this location and it was complete disaster. Half coo I ed bland minced meat three times the confines of a bun with no taste of sloppy Joe. I was humiliated by the Manager/Owner in front of other customers. I would get to Jackpot at least 2 hours before KC Chiefs football games. I would hold a chair for my boyfriend next to me. However, he works in Hospice and cannot leave the patient if his replacement is not present. The Mgr chastised me for "... not wanting to sit by anyone...". I tried to explain the situation to the Mgr who gruffly told me that he didn't care what my excuse was. I'm a senior citizen who spent her money in their bar. My band played an event this past weekend at the Jackpot Bar & Grill. The event was staged upstairs, and the event space had everything needed for a successful event. The room was comfortable & well-appointed, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly & attentive. The owners were nearby, assuring that everything ran smoothly. The upstairs stage has a large LED screen that projected photos related to the event. The sound crew was professional & helpful. I spent the majority of my time upstairs, but the downstairs bar seems like a nice place to enjoy drinks & friends. Kudos to The Jackpot for a wonderful evening! read more

My boyfriend and I came here because he wanted to check it out as we had driven by it several times. We sat down and were greeted by the bartender, we asked about the happy hour specials and she said she had just finished making Christmas dinner if we just wanted to do that? We had no idea what she was talking about and really just wanted the Happy Hour specials. Ordered a few things off the menu and some drinks. It took close to 40 minutes to get some sliders, and wings. The food was terrible, had almost no flavor. We were then pretty much ignored. Everything seemed to be going well after we decided to check out this bar and grill prior to a chiefs game...we sat at the bar and ordered two beers from the not so friendly server....after a few pulls in the beer we place a food order as it was lunch time and we were hungry....Truthfully, I cannot even remember what I ordered as prior to the arrival of our food we observed a rather large roach scamper across the bar top and disappear below...now, I'm not naive enough to think that this isn't occurring on a regular basis at most places in town, but, the problem is that you don't actually "SEE" it at most places in town....needless to say that we lost our appetite after seeing that, and after a few challenging bites of the not so great to begin with food, we paid our bill and left....too bad too because the place seemed cool on the surface, chiefs vibe, huge upstairs with TONS of potential....unfortunately, I would never eat here again but would at least consider going for a beer if there were a good chiefs game in the tube....PASS read more

Went here on Sunday morning for Chiefs game. This is now the second Chiefs watch party location. They set us up in a big party room on the first floor with a huge projection TV screen and three HDTVs. We had 23 attend and still had plenty of room left over. I would say it can hold fifty comfortably. Sound system was great and you could easily hear the game. They also have a large area upstairs with an outdoor balcony. It can easily hold 100. Plenty of room for Chiefs Kingdom to grow here. Food was good and prices were reasonable. We will be back for the rest of this season read more

We came here to watch the Super Bowl and got here about 9:40 am and grabbed a table. Immediately ordered food and drinks, waiting for our party to arrive. Similar to what we had seen others doing in the room when saving a table. At about 11:15 am a guy came in and asked, if the seats were taken and told him our guest were on their way. He immediately threw a fit and told a manager. We didn't put up a fight about it and told him we had seen others saving seats available and didn't understand why we only had to give them up. Although, we had ordered 5 food items for our guests. Still wanted to have a good Super Bowl day and Our guest were still able to find a seat right behind us. The entire time, the guy that wanted our seats were never sitting in them. He Didn't order food, only ordered a few drinks and barely spent any money with them . While our table ordered multiple drinks and rounds of food during the game. When we called to ask, if this was an issue before selecting this location for Super Bowl. The guy on the phone told us it was a 24/7 bar and wouldn't have an issue on what time we should up for the game or guest . As long as we're ordering for that table, so kind of left us puzzled. My guess, they probably cater toward regs, and don't care if you spending money and tipping their employees well. The place isn't bad, we did like the Chief vibe, and parking availability. Food was decent for the price, just if you're not a regular, your money won't really matter here or business. We will be spending our games and planning at other locations for games in the future, when we come to visit family in town. I'm a Kansas City transplant and was very pleased with Jackpot Bar & Grill yesterday! We were there to join fellow Kansas Chiefs fans/Las Vegas Kingdom group to watch and cheer on KC in the Divisional Round of the playoffs to beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 27-20, GO CHIEFS!! As a long time Registered Nurse, I am a stickler to say the least for cleanliness. The ladies room was exceptionally clean with a hint of bleach in the air. There were sanitizer containers located throughout the bar area and nonsmoking room! Great job!!As a non smoker, I so appreciated the designated nice sized nonsmoking room with tables, a big screen and two other televisions. This would be a great room to inquire about reserving for a party. As a matter of fact, Jackpot Bar & Grill is accepting reservations for a Super Bowl watch party including an AYCE food and drink special up until the third quarter for $99 per person. There are several TV's around the center bar on the smoking side with gaming machines. We selected two Jackpot burgers and hot wings with buffalo sauce. We were pleased with both burger/wings and fries. All the staff were super attentive and friendly, checking on us frequently. Looking forward to returning for future Chiefs gatherings! read more

I ordered tater tots and my husband and I ate them so quick we had to order more. I sat close to an air filter due to my sensitive nose and it helped for sure. Adam was attentive, friendly and helpful. He set up my husband for his rewards card and drinks. Overall definitely coming back. I LOVE this bar. I do not typically enjoy bars because it is kind of a miserable place, but I think it is because I am used to the boring bars in Idaho. I have been to a couple of bars here in Vegas, but this one in particular is the best one. I wanted to compliment Susan (I think that is her name; her drinks are that good.) She is probably the coolest and best bartender I have had. She makes the best drinks. She has a stellar memory. After one visit, she remembered us. The food here is awesome. I liked the sliders, but THE best thing here? It is the teriyaki burger. It was the biggest, juciest burger that I have ever had. This was the best hambuger that I have ever had. This place has instantly replaced Red Robin in my book. One of these Wednesdays, I will come to play some bingo. When I checked it out, it looked like they had some neat prizes like coffee and spa sets. Love it. We found this bar a few months ago and it is now my go to after a long day of work. Adam, Mike, Susie, Billy and the rest of the bar crew is friendly and fun to hang out with. The food is great from the appetizers to the main dishes I have not had a bad meal!!!. The machines are good and music is always entertaining. We booked this place for a HUGE event last night that occupied the upper floor. We made this place a ton of money. My friend was ordering our drinks throughout the night. The main bartender was a young guy with dark hair and facial hair. My friend had asked him for "something fruity with rum" and the bartender made him his own special drink. The event was meant to go on until 2am, and although the crowd had thinned by about 12:30-1ish, there were enough people there to keep things going a bit longer. I had had 3 drinks all night, from 9pm-1am: a tequila sunrise and two of the rum cocktails he'd made for my friend. At no point did I feel "drunk" or even close, because the drinks were not strong. Which was fine because I'm not a fan of being "drunk." A person of my size burns off approximately 1 drink/hour. How do I know this? Because I also worked in bars for over a decade, which meant I had to keep up my alcohol serving permits. And in my time working in bars, if I had EVER spoken to a customer the way this guy talked to me, I'd have been fired on the spot. Only times I ever became stern with customers was when they were belligerently throwing menus or peeing by the pool table. My friend and I wanted to get one last drink, so we stood at the bar waiting a very long time to be noticed. They had begun preparing to close before the event was meant to end. I finally got the bartender's attention. I figured it was a long shot, but I said, "Do you have the stuff to make bourbon milk punch?" and instead of recommending a different creamy drink he just said "take your time" and wandered off for 10 minutes. Taking note of what bottles I saw, I grabbed his attention again and asked for a B52. Grand Marnier, Irish Cream and Kahlua. The bottles were right ithere. He sneered, "How about a vodka cran?" I was so taken aback by his behavior, I didn't even know what to say for a second. Any other bartender on earth would have suggested something similar if they couldn't make it. I was like, "No, I don't like vodka" and he took off again. A few mins later, I got his attention again. My voice was not loud. I was not making a scene. I just asked, "Hey, is there some reason you don't want to serve me?" He replied, "You don't understand what kind of bar this is" (Seriously? It's a BAR. Not a hot dog beer stand at a football game.) Apparently he thought I was just too stupid to "understand." I proceeded to explain why I felt I was snubbed, and he cut me off, "I think you've had enough drinks." Okay, by this point I am really getting angry. Still not screaming or being out of line, I said, "I am not drunk. I have had 3 ALL NIGHT. You made them." And then...he says, "Oh, so you're just like this?" I kid you not. That's what he said. VERBATIM. I told him go ahead and close out my friend's tab then and he was like "Fine, have him check out with that girl" (the other person behind the bar.) And again he punked off with his dismissive "I'm better than you" attitude. At this point I was FUMING. I talked to my good friend who was the one who organized the event. She called him over, "Hey, this is my good friend, what happened here?" His manager was also right there. I began to state why I was so offended. He cut me off, "You're drunk. I already talked to you and you cussed me out and called me names." I DID NO SUCH THING. I have never, ever, ever been so disrespected by a service person. Having been a server for years, I always treat them with respect and empathy and tip well. And in response to my complaint, he gaslighted me and called me "drunk" to make himself look good and paint me as some hysterical drunk broad to his manager. I'm appalled by how I was treated. He didn't care; he'd made his money and just cared about going home. Bar manager? Maybe give your customer some credit and believe me when I say this dude was WAY out of line. We brought your business a ton of money and the least he could have done was be kind and do his job. read more

I had never been to this place before, but i kept seeing the name on the list when i was ordering lunch from postmates at work. It looked like a bar I could see myself trying......so i did. The bar was mostly empty, but the atmosphere was rather inviting. There was a vintage Vegas theme adorning the walls . A bartender named "Vinny" made the visit enjoyable, he told me about the comedy show they have on Wednesday nights and also how they have Poker tournaments. Vinny had a sense of humor and he provided good service. Sadly, i did not try the food- which will be on another visit. They ran out of Jack Daniels when i was there!! I was shocked at that, JD is #1 in the top 10 selling Whiskey brands. They're just lucky i love whiskey period. Check em out....tell em i sent ya!! So I came here for my first time last night to Play Drag Bingo for a charity event. Three things I learned... It's a lot of work to manage so many games at once, it is not a poor man's game ( as you have to pay for bingo game's, lottery tickets, food, drinks, and bring lots of singles for the Queen's), and lastly, you will be publicly shamed if you call a false Bingo, as I did that night. To start, getting there was easy and there is more than enough parking so that was great. Upon entering, you will notice the thick smokey smell which I was initially concerned about because I knew I couldn't sit through a whole 3-4 hours with that smell. Luckily it was just to the left and up the stairs, with several sign's so you can figure it out. Upstairs, it smelled so much better. When you sit down, one server will come up to you and take your card, and will hold it for the night unless you pay cash as you go. They had a small vegan menu, luckily I noticed the veggie burger on a different menu, but when I ordered it they were sold out. Mind you this is a charity event for an animal sanctuary. During the event I noticed two things, the fans were blowing and flying my bingo cards every few minutes until I pilled on anything I could find to hold them down, the second thing, it was very bright, especially during the performances. It would have brought the performance up a notch if they could dim the lights and put up some of the colorful stage lights. Now to the game. I was a little nervous and slightly confused as you had to look at several books to know the color, number of the game, and number of the set. I didn't realize we had moved on to the next game as I was overwhelmed and I don't think there was clear instruction initially. So I called a false Bingo, immediately corrected myself, but it was too late. I had to go up on stage, in front of the whole audience, and say "Chubby Bunny" in front of everyone while they placed additional old and very stale marshmallows in my mouth. I was slightly embarrassed but mostly I was a good sport about it. In all, it was entertaining, but found Bingo to be too much work, time, and stress. Im surprised older people love playing these types of games. I think this will be my first and last Bingo experience as an adult. At least some money was made for the Charity event. read more

Wife and I went on Friday night after Thanksgiving, We were in town to see Chiefs vs. Raiders and wanted to visit a Chiefs bar. The place is decorated in Chiefs gear, but by 830 My wife and I were the only fans there. What I witnessed first hand was an over aggressive man talking with the complete disrespect to a friendly female bar keep who was more than accommodating after being insulted. Her integrity was questioned and the man threatened her than tried to take advantage of the situation to get free stuff all because a customer that was walking out accidentally took the wrong bag. I understand these days big tough guys are overly sensitivity of germs but the gentlemen had not even left or opened the bag and to hear this guy say it she had sold it once and then tried to sell it to him. Omg! How ridiculous. Bar keep was completely professional the entire time. The man was completely unhinged and honestly made the only people that were there uncomfortable.
