We loved this place so much, we went back the next night. Best thing: both waiters were absolutely phenomenal--so attentive & anticipated our every need. Joshua & Walker - great job!! Food was delicious as well. I had the Chicken Wrap- delicious. The next night I had the lamb shank - melt-in-your-mouth tender and sooo flavorful!!!

Food was good, and their cheese cake is super delicious, service was good and the ambience was ok but not the greatest.

Me and David enjoyed the medallions!

The disappointment: The partially deboned Springer Mt. chicken got jettisoned from the menu. EVERYTHING ELSE: Really good. Can't beat those filet medallions. That reduction they slather the steak with is just about as rich and delish as you'll find on the planet. Call me silly, but I am so addicted to the mashed potatoes. And, how can one complain when this dreamy Pisces named Jake brings you food? Crystal clear blue eyes make the whole evening better!

We stopped into the Loft twice on a recent visit to Columbus, both times snagging bar seats. Night one bestie and I came for dinner. I thought it was adorable when I inquired about the Georgia Peach Tea cocktail and our server said "it's really strong" and you have to "like Bourbon" SOLD! Not only do I like Bourbon, I LOVE Bourbon. Préférence is neat but cocktails are lovely too. If you, like me love Bourbon this drink is absolutely not strong at all. What it is, is delish!!! I had the southwest chicken wrap with sweet potato fries and their spicy rémoulade as a dipping sauce. My bestie had a chicken dish. I went for round two on their Georgia Peach Tea and brought my son for a round with me on a separate evening. Staff is friendly and food and drinks come out in a very timely manner. Highly recommend. Make a rezzie if you want to guarantee a table. I'd made one but we came at a different time both days as we were just doing our own thing so I released the table Saturday so we could just sit at the bar. Nice spot! Go for the George Dickel ;)

Good location for our 16-person group! The service was great, the drinks were strong, and the food was good.

Went here for dinner Tuesday evening. The place is packed inside, and they had no tables, so we chose to eat outside on the sidewalk tables. We started with the smoked queso and tortilla chips appetizer. This was sooo good!! For entrees, I had the fillet medallions with sides of green beans and mashed potatoes and my wife had the Cajun seafood pasta. Medallions were cooked perfectly, except they were way over-seasoned. My wife really enjoyed the Cajun seafood pasta. Got a slice of the Icebox cake to-go and it was total Yum!

I walked in with no reservation on a weeknight. I sat upstairs and the bar staff was very nice to me. The lighting in this place is very nice and makes for a great atmosphere to dine in. Most importantly, my filet mignon was cooked perfectly at medium. Along with the mashed potatoes and green beans it was a savory experience with the perfect amount seasoning and buttery texture. The cheesecake went back to my hotel with me and I had it for breakfast. Wow! Large slice, amazing home cooked texture and tasted wonderful! Even without the strawberries! Highly recommend if you want an amazing steak in Columbus!

Wow!! Super glad we were able to get a last-minute reservation. Our server, Colin? Connor? Sorry, I'm terrible with names, was absolutely amazing! My glass of tea remained full, his recommendation for the unstuffed chicken was spot on. The unstuffed chicken was absolutely delicious, the mashed potatoes were probably the best mashed potatoes. I've had in my entire life in a restaurant, seriously. The restaurant is quiet enough that you can have a full-blown conversation without screaming at each other. The menu was clearly marked with gluten-free items, and they had more than enough for me to choose from. The people that eat gluten at my table, enjoyed similar dishes - but also enjoyed the biggest slice, actually slab, of carrot cake. That carrot cake looks like it would feed an army of 20, obviously was homemade, and made me wish that I were not required to be gluten-free. Overall, this is an amazing restaurant and I can't wait to be in town again so that I can enjoy the deliciousness that they offer

Service was excellent. The server came multiple times to check on us and refill the drinks. The food was a bit disappointing. The sides were good, nothing special. But the steak came out cold and a bit overly seasoned. There was live music playing upstairs.

Perfect spot to stop and eat in downtown Columbus. Cute piano stairs that you walk up going into the restaurant. Service was really good and we packed for nothing! Had to send back the spicy chicken sandwich as it was a salty attack on taste buds according to my husband and that's saying a lot because he loves salt. Changed it out for a wrap which he said was pretty good. The truffled tater tots were AMAZING. Highly recommend those. I had the pork chop and grits which was really good as well but also a little on the salty side...but still good. Fun place! Would definitely come back!

You literally can make limitless combos to have your salad exactly as you want. All dressings are made in-house, which is pretty impressive. You can order a rice bowl with ingredients, too. The portions are beyond generous (a small salad would be considered large elsewhere) and the array of ingredients and toppings is exceptional. On my first visit, I ordered a small spinach salad with grilled salmon. As toppings, I added chopped red onion, shredded carrot, pineapple, mandarin oranges, blueberries, chopped strawberries, chopped beet, blue cheese, sliced avocado, dried cranberries with their in house made raspberry vinaigrette. It was literally one of the most delicious salads I've ever had. I was so stuffed from the generous portion that I didn't need dinner. On my second visit, I got a veggie wrap with grilled chicken, chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, shredded carrot, blue cheese, sliced avocado. I got the in-house buttermilk ranch dressing on the side (and ended up not using it-sandwich was amazing without it). I was asked if I wanted chicken warmed (I didn't) and I was amazed at the skill of the preparer who was able to tightly wrap the ginormous quantity of ingredients into the wrap and halve it. I only ate half my sandwich so I have lunch for tomorrow. Win-win. The black cherry tarragon soda was so good as was the Italian lemon soda. Their soups sounded great as did their desserts. The staff was so friendly and helpful. (Don't forget to tip!) The tvs on the walls show cool food art being made. I'd come here and their Poke place at least twice a week for lunch if I lived locally. Prices are extremely reasonable for quality and quality of food.

They honestly don't need to be on the menu. The mozzarella sticks were surprisingly flavorful with a nice crunch, but they came with way too much breading and only three of them, which felt stingy and odd. They definitely should've included more. The sweet potato fries had decent flavor but were under-salted (as fries almost always need after frying) and came out a bit limp and sad-looking. The hot wings weren't labeled as boneless or bone-in on the menu, but they turned out to be boneless--which is fine. They were a good size, but the "hot" sauce was extremely mild. It needs way more heat to live up to the name. Now, the ranch... this ranch is incredible. It's creamy, deeply flavored, and has the perfect amount of dill--it's practically divine. I could rave about this ranch all day. The Zombie drink comes in a cool skull glass (limited to one per person), but it's basically 99% ice with very little actual drink. I could barely taste any alcohol--maybe I have a high tolerance--but the flavor was solid. Still, it's pretty pricey for mostly ice. The John Denver cocktail also looked great in its presentation, but again, mostly ice. Thankfully, the flavor matched the menu description exactly, which was a pleasant surprise. The patty melt was solid overall, but it needed more salt and pepper for seasoning. My egg was overcooked (fully hard yolk instead of the runny one I was hoping for to ooze over the patty). The avocado was only on one half of the sandwich, which seemed strange. I'd have preferred a slightly thicker patty too, but I do appreciate that it came on Texas toast--even though the menu didn't mention it. All patty melts should use Texas toast. I added a side salad, which looked nicely artisanal, and--once again--that amazing ranch took it to another level. The regular fries that came with the Rodeo Burger aren't regular at all--they're battered and had great flavor and crisp structure. They were excellent... except for the missing finishing salt that every great fry deserves. The Rodeo Burger itself was cooked perfectly, but like the patty melt, the patties needed more salt and pepper. The egg was again overcooked (hard yolk). Beyond that, the flavors worked well, though the jalapeños were surprisingly mild and lacked punch. The bacon was spot-on--not underdone, not overcooked, just the right chew without being tooth-breaking. Overall, the food has potential, but seasoning (especially salt) is consistently missing, and a few portions/quality details could use attention. That ranch, though? Absolute standout
