We found the lost paddy! Talk about convenience, it was right across Spence Lane from our hotel. After being in a car for almost 9 hours, the last thing we wanted to do was get back in it and get lost somewhere while looking for a place to eat. How lucky could we get? My wife and I split the BLT. It was cut in half diagonally and 2 layers thick (3 pieces of bread). I cut each in half again. Only someone with a mouth that opens 4 inches, can eat this thing. It is SO fresh and juicy that you'll need a lapful of napkins when you're done. I've never had a BLT that was actually juicy like this. I loved it. Bacon was thick and plentiful, same as with the tomatoes. It is hard to wax euphoric over a BLT, usually. Not THIS time. And not THIS sandwich. The beer choices they have are below standard for a bar, in my opinion. That may be because I'm used to brew pubs and bars that have 10 or more local microbrews on tap in addition to the big brands. They had all the big brands, but no local flavor. However! They served me the best Guinness I've ever had. Most of the time the Guinness I get is velvety black, watery and tasteless, like fruit that you eat just before it ripens. It has the overall FLAVOR of the thing, but it just isn't as good as when the fruit is ripe. This Guinness felt "raw" in a way, not "polished" like the stuff you usually get. Even cold, their Guinness had way more flavor than I've tasted before. As I said, we split the BLT and each of us had a beer. The total check came to $20.75 (before tax). That is ridiculously cheap, 'er inexpensive! No way you'll find better food at that price, and probably not at twice the price. The service was okay. We sat at the bar because my wife is convinced you get your beer and food and beer faster that way. It may have been true today, because we sat down at a hightop table and nobody even acknowledged our presence. After a couple of minutes, we went to sit at the bar. There didn't seem to be anyone seating people, so we took that to mean: seat yourself. Maybe that's why nobody greeted us. It also seemed like it took a long time to get our food, after we ordered. One last point I want to make is about the bar top itself. It had this thick curved trim piece that you can lean on while at the bar. Unfortunately, it sticks out so far that you can't get close enough to your food. It feels, and probably looks, uncomfortable. Also, this trim piece felt sticky, and had some spots on it that looked like some dried sugary drink that wasn't cleared away properly. Given the fact that we are at the start of the "COVID-19 Pandemic of 2020", I would feel better if I knew the place I was eating had impeccable cleanliness. I know it's a bar, not a hospital, but these are strange times we live in, and that requires a higher level of cleaning practices. The bottom line is: 1) Don't try to eat at the bar. 2) Go there if you like Guinness E) Take your Purell wipes along UPDATE: Almost all bars and restaurants are shut down no because of the Pandemic that's going on. A nice little place. Came in on a Sunday night, football and hockey on the TVs so it checks the box for Sports bar. A stage with live music at times so entertainment is covered. The staff was amazingly friendly, attentive, and provided outstanding service. Our appetizer was just finished when the main course arrived. Wife had the Shepherds Pie, I had Bangers and Mash, with Guinness Irish Stew and Heath balls for dessert. The Irish stew was great. It had a thick consistency I like in stew. It had large chunks of meet, carrots, and potatoes. The shallots added to the flavor. Served with soda bread, a bowl made a perfect shareable appetizer. It was a chilly evening so the hearty stew really hit the spot. I tried a bite of the shepherds pie, and it was quite good. I would want to try it before really going into detail, but what I tried was delicious. The bangers and mash was two sausages, mashed potatoes, gravy, and onion rings. The onion rings made a nice touch. They tasted great, with a nice texture. The sausage was tasty, and the Guiness they were cooked in cake in at the end. The mashed potatoes were a nice texture with good flavor that was enhanced by the gravy. Then there was dessert. The heath bar cake balls with coffee ice cream caramel and whipped cream were amazing. The portions are large, and so the value for the price is there. This should be on your Nashville list. read more

The paddy burger was delicious. This is definitely a pub. More dedicated to it's delightful drinking customers than a sit down restaurant. Saying that the burger was a delight. The fries were a little dark. Did not enjoy the onion rings. Now the Shepard's pie was unique for me. I think it was authentically Irish and fun to try something different. Not my fave but a great experience. Pass on the tea, it was to strong and sour. But if you want to do something out of the ordinary try this place. read more

Very good experience! We were missing the food in the UK and decided to stop by a Pub for dinner - and we are glad Yelp lead us to The Lost Paddy. The fish and chips were really good - flaky white fish, great spongy and crispy breading, potato forward tasting fries, and a wonderful pickley tartar sauce! I was very happy with my choice in entree. Husband had the Bangers and Mash and loved that too. The sausage (probably pork?) was flavorful and charred just right, the mash was good, and the real star was the Guinness gravy over top! The surprise favorite were the Paddy's Wings starter! We got them buffalo style with ranch and they were amazing! Skins were super crisp but not crunchy, meat was juicy, buffalo flavor was there without being covered in sauce or too hot, and the ranch was really good ranch. Highly recommend you check the wings out! Good beer selection and price to portion size is great too. If you're craving a classic Pub experience - don't look any further! First let me start off by saying this place is the best and one of my favorite spots in town,the owner is a prince among men and the food is delicious. BUT last week I had a memorable experience with the older blonde lady with glasses who tends bar at the pace of a snail. When I asked for my usual order of 3 LIT's and shot of goldschlauger, she rolled her eyes and farted audibly. When she brought my drinks over I could smell what could only be described as bengay and flatulence. She stared me in the eyes and asked if I'd like another and before I could answer, ripped another one. I answered "no miss I think I've had enough" and asked to close my Tab. 10/10 experience would recommend to anyone! What a time! read more

This place is awesome!!! My expectations were not high because this area used to be scary, but this place has changed the game. The draft beer selection was awesome and the prices were very affordable. The food quality, portions, and flavor was incredible. We had the beer cheese soup, buffalo chicken salad, and The Lost Paddy burger. All were really tasty and surprisingly fresh. We stayed at the hotel on site and were delighted to find that this jewel was there! It was the highlight of our trip and I cannot recommend it enough!!! We went for a couple drinks and dinner and left with an experience we will never forget!! Found this place via our hotel just outside of Nashville for the night. Immediately felt at home, with a generous, fun staff that engages with the customers. 10 minutes in, we had a group convo going about everything from dogs, to where to eat in Texas. We got the "Lost Paddy Burger," with truffle horseradish aioli. Unbelievably good. Couldn't have been any happier sipping a dirty martini on the side. 10/10 recommend! read more

She'd ask for an order and then start talking to the other bartender. It was offputting and made us feel like she wasn't focused and didn't care about us. Live country music on the weekends and a friendly staff make the Lost Paddy a fun spot to visit thats away from the craziness of Broadway. The drinks are better priced and every time I ordered a red wine, it was filled to the top of the glass! My only reason for less than five stars is their ridiculous menu rules. "Breakfast" is served until 10am, at which point it turns into "Brunch." However, some items they were serving for breakfast are no longer on the brunch menu, even though they are extremely similar. I wanted to order a garden scramble but we arrived at 10:03, at which point they suddenly couldn't make it anymore. The ONLY reason I am giving 3 stars is for Vanessa. She works HARD and always goes above and beyond. The consistency is lacking, however, when Vanessa is not working, and service takes forever. I had ordered an Old Fashioned one time from Graham (Irish guy) who definitely did not know how to make it-and I come here almost every day. Overall, Vanessa is the reason I continue to come to this establishment, and wish the others were up to her level of service. I come here to watch Manchester United games & the atmosphere is absolutely fantastic. The bar has a nice old fashioned look to it, the service is top notch, very friendly.
