That level of flexibility and hospitality is rare and truly stood out. When we arrived, the hostesses greeted us with warmth that set the tone for the evening. Our server James and his team delivered attentive, seamless service throughout the night, and the ambiance of Don's Prime elevated the entire experience. Our colleagues were in town for Black Hat / DEF CON week, and this dinner became one of the standout moments of their trip. A heartfelt thank‑you to John Boardwell for making sure our group had such a memorable night. In addition Thank you to Concierge Mitch for making the connections needed to ensure we were well taken cared of. ---If you want, I can tighten this into a short survey version, adjust it into a more formal corporate tone, or make it more energetic for social media.

We were sat quickly, and our server, Kyler, did a wonderful job taking care of us. He answered any questions we had and had an engaging personality. For dinner, we had the Chilean sea bass and shrimp scampi entrees. Both were delicious, but I was particularly impressed with the sea bass. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The gnocchi side was also amazing. For dessert, we split the pistachio tiramisu. It comes in a glass goblet and was perfect for splitting between two people. I highly recommend it, but be prepared, because it's very rich. As a final note, I accidentally left my credit card there when I paid the bill and had to turn around after leaving the parking garage. The staff was kind and was able to locate my card, verify my identity, and get me back on my way quickly and painlessly. I'll definitely return and hopefully take pictures of the food before I devour it.

We didn't receive their hot delicious bread. When asking Jose, he asked us again, "oh you didn't get the bread" like doubting us if we ate it. He cleared our table and should know. We had the seafood tower for two and requested a substitution for mussels and received this chewy, rubbery, old small shrimp. They were not good and when mentioning to Jose, he said "oh". Then I had to ask for hand towels. After we received our filet meal. It appeared everyone around us had better service. Granted, we had a sweet anniversary note and a dessert, however service was sub par and wished we had a better experience at one of our favorite restaurants.

I don't understand..how is this place not getting more recognition and love…read more It's in the Arts district across from the English hotel. We finally got to make are our way after some friends mentioned how much they LOVED the food. That sold us and off we went. Tucked in between buildings, kind of tricky to see there signage but you'll notice a gold sitting man statue right by the door. Good lawwwd the food here just blew us away. We had the Yellow Tail Crudo. This was refreshing, sauce was excellent and savory we remarked on perfect they had this cut it wasn't thin or overtly thick. Enough to pick up and and enjoy the bite. Crispy Rice, was hit we're suckers for this sort of dish. The small bites, tasty tuna, crispy rice and glaze is all around tasty as fu*k. Teppan Udon Noodles - I don't usually order noodles when I'm having sushi, but this dish came highly recommended by our friend. After the 1st bite we saw why. The sauce is insanely savory, a bit thick but paired so well with the dense udon noodle. If you like noodles definitely fit this one in. Negi Toro Roll - Is a stand up throw your glasses across the room good. I hate how much I loved it bc I know I'll crave it. It's not a heavy roll in fact it's so light you'll believe you can probably eat 2 or 3 more..I was told no bc I already ordered enough dishes..I did get full after scarfing eveything..but I still wanted more! Just go, gawd now I'm craving eveything again. You might find me there.

Every item we have ever ordered from the menu is fresh, high quality, beautifully presented and most importantly delicious! Service is always top notch, with quick and attentive staff with a chef that is also attentive and communicative. One of our most favorite things is that this is a brewhouse, so they have really good in house beers and just a great drink selection. As a michelada enthusiast I was very pleasantly surprised that their in house michelada is one of the best I have had! Relatively kid friendly place, our kids enjoy their miso soup that also has mushrooms so it's more filling than other misos. They also enjoy the avocado handroll and edamame. All in all, this is a great place to grab a bite and some good drinks, especially for people who value quality over quantity.

The dining area had a candy bar shape, there is also seating at the bar. Please please sit by a window though, for some premium people watching of some of Downtown's more affluent residents. So far everything I've had here is bomb, we usually start with the chips with bean dip and ease our way into one of the most diverse and colorful taco and tostada collections I've ever seen on a menu, there's also a good chunk of ceviche. The Bajamar fish taco is an instant classic, watch out for the small green pepper chunks! My favorite is the Puerto Nuevo Taco, Shrimp with rice and beans with some pico and chile. Also enjoyed the octopus chicharron. Long live the chicharron! We also share the Surf N Turf fries, shrimp and carne asada mixed with mozzarella on fries! A must share with a companion or all by yourself. Couldn't ask for more in service, they check on you constantly and it's easy to get their attention. The ambiance does have a Baja beach vibe to it with the playa music and colorful aura. This will be in my repertoire for a while, come check it out!

It's in a small building with a diner-like setting so I sat at the bar area. Bartenders greeted me immediately, brought me a beer, and gave me a short run-down of the menu leading me to order the following items which all came out about 10 minutes after ordering: Surf & Turf taco = 8/10 Marlin Adobada = 7/10 Cabo Tostada = 9/10 All of these were pretty solid. The surf & turf taco is quite large with some guac and crispy onion straws giving a creamy and crunchy finish and it's seasoned well. The marlin adobada has a unique flavor profile with the smoked tuna marinated in pineapple and achiote w/ cheese onions, and a guac aioli sauce; the pineapple flavors definitely come through so if you like that flavor, definitely get this one. The cabo tostada was the best of them all as one of the ceviche tostada ooptions. It has shrimp, octopus, and scallops in a spicy sauce with a lot of lime juice and a pickled carrot/onion/cucumber finish. All the flavors of these ingredients go well together and they give a lot of seafood. Definitely a must-order. With restaurant prices elevating, this place is one of the more affordable low-key eating options in the area. It's a hidden gem that deserves a visit when you're in downtown sin city if you want to get away from the strip for a bit.
