Second time here in nearly five years. Arrived at 5:46AM and was seated less than a minute after arriving in the queue. Despite it being so early in the morning, nearly all seats at the counter were filled. It took several minutes to get my order taken but after placing it, water and bread with butter were served immediately. I ordered the Palace Pan Roast Level 2 spiciness which was also the same dish I got when it was my first time here. Although it took a little over an hour between arriving in the queue and getting my order, you get to enjoy watching the chef make different dishes and sometimes talk with others dining alongside you, even if you're not in the same party. The Palace Pan Roast was as excellent as I remembered. It was hot and spicy. That creamy tomato stew and that hint of brandy work so well together enhancing the chicken and seafood. Having rice with it is a must. I ate the majority of it. It was so filling. The ambiance is great just talking with others, seeing the action in the casino and seeing chef making all the dishes. I would definitely come back. If you have a Station Casinos boarding pass, don't forget to use it when settling your check so you can get your points. $1=10 credits. It helps immensely when trying to accumulate status. Also, expect a long wait to get your meal. If you have somewhere to be, you're better of coming another time.

Had not been here in a very long time and I had forgotten how long the wait was.I was by myself. Everyone was nice but the only problem I had was with was Nora. I had explained that I was diabetic and I saw a few single seats available and if she could seat me as I saw she pulled others out of the line after me. She said with a very rude tone--"if there was an empty seat, I would have seated you already." The food was just as I remembered and very good. I may go back again but not in the middle of the afternoon.

Literally my favorite place in Vegas to eat! There will be at least a 45 minute wait to get a seat but once you are seated the food is amazing. We waited 59 mins to sit and that's the only reason they are getting 4, if I could give them a 4.5 I would. Last time it took us 3 hours to be seated but again the food was amazing and we can back knowing the risk. Servers, even though they deal with some crazy customers asking silly questions, are quick and attentive. Had the bowl of clam chowder, only $12.99, that's amazing for the size and the taste. The pan roast was meaty and rich, we got the 4 level spice and it was great. Next time we are going to try level 6 to see just how spicy we can handle.

Came back because we loved it so much last time but we brought friends along. My friend does have a shrimp allergy sadly so the only thing he could have is the Cesar salad with chicken. He thought he might be able to eat chicken gumbo but the base uses shellfish. I decided to try the combo gumbo at level 3 and it was very delicious but still doesnt beat the pan roast. My husband finally got to try the pan roast and he loved it especially at the level 4. My other friend tried a level 7 and while that was also delicious the spiciness added up. Service was great and the ambiance was great for a weekday brunch. We luckily only had to wait 5 mins.

FLAVOR (5/5): My mom licked her bowl clean. This place was recommended by a friend who said this is her favorite spot in Vegas. Pan Roast here was a hit. Definitely would recommend the bouillabaisse, second best was the palace pan roast, third would be the pan roast combo. Oysters were fresh as well! INSTAGRAM WORTHY (4/5): It's such a small bar seating in the hotel there's not much to look at. You can see them make your soup right in front of you with all the fresh seafood laid out. SERVICE (4/5): It's a minimum of a 3 hour wait during busy times. They're open 24:7 so you can eat at 3am in the morning if you don't want to wait. Servers were patient with us that our party size kept changing. Food came out pretty quickly! TAKEAWAYS: If you have people in your group that gamble at the tables in this casino you can ask them to ask the hosts at the gambling tables for a dining credit to eat here. It might just cover your meal. Also, I met Jimmy O Yang at this casino just casually gambling.

Eating at 7am line..3 people ahead of me only Food: great flavors; this place always impresses me. Tastes so much better than other Station casino oyster bars. Service: amazing staff 24 hrs dealing with long lines. Worth the wait depends on the time. Ambience: in casino vibe. Bar top seating comfort setting

I rarely ever wait in line. The most I do is 20 minutes. My best friend asked if I trusted her & that if we waited it would be worth it. So i told her yes & we waited what felt like eternity. & it was worth it. Oh my god it's worth it. It's bar seating & they will make the food in front of you. It's completely you and a bunch of other seafood lovers just salivating. We were all in. The next time I will come in the morning just so I can order for the rest of the day. Haha

Dozen oysters of house special.

Friday night & got lucky with no wait for a party of 3. I got the dozen oysters on a half shell and was not disappointed. The bread service was nice and hot melting the butter just right. Not too loud and was able to have conversation with a problem.

Wow! I cant believe I just found out about this place! We waited in line for an hour since there's only about 17 seats. I got the clam chowder, sea food platter (they were out of clams), and palace pan roast and that was a perfect amount for two. They shuck the oysters right in front of us and they're huge, only a little fishy. They're so quick with everything and everything was very tasty! Would love to come again!

Gail Q.

The oysters were fresh, and everything we ordered was cooked perfectly. The pan roasts are definitely the standout! It's rich, creamy, and packed with seafood. You can really taste the quality. Service was fast and friendly, even when it got busy, and the whole experience felt worth the wait. If you're in Vegas and love seafood, this spot is a classic for a reason. I'll definitely be back!

Arriving at 9pm and going around the corner to stand in line and guessing maybe 40 mins... boyyyyy were we wrong. 3 hours later drunk in line we were able to finally be seating and food came out so fast!! I think we came at their lunch break cause it took foreverrrr but worth it cause we brought the rest home and it was so good the next day!! We got their oyster shoot with tequila and boy that was a rough one.. I think I like my oyster shoots at japanese sushi spots instead of here.. they were huge and literally a mouth full We got a dozen oysters to share and they were so fresh and delicious! We got a spread of things to share and I was very impressed with their gumbo. I usually dont like gumbo or a very hard critic and the only spot I like is in NoLa but here.. I think I found a spot that I really like that's closer! Try it if you have room or bring it to go cause it's that worthy We had to get their infamous pan roast and wow.. its so flavorful and delicious. I enjoyed it so much. I havent had pan roast in a long time and this was amazing Their Linguine and clams were filled with loads of clam!! SOOOO gooood! This dish was also another surprise dish that I was impressed with. Overall delicious. Come at weird/ off hours to try this spot cause arriving before 9pm and getting in at midnight is a trip.. BUT SO GOOD

Will never get tired of palace station. All the food was amazing as always. Service was great, and always love the vibes that the place gives off. Also, we were lucky the day we went! There was no line!!!!

It's the smallest OB of them all because it the OG of the OB. Food is fricking fantastic!!! Oysters on a half shell are amazing! House Pan Roast with a level 10 is the best if you like heat! The bread served here is different than the ones at the Sunset but same as the Santa Fe. Steve was our server and he treated us well. The only complaint is it very well be a long wait to be seated.

Ask the Community - The Palace Station Oyster Bar

Can order to going?

You still have to wait in line for to-go orders!

Do they allow oyster to go?

Can the food be order from room service?

Unfortunately, you have to go in person and order your food to go if you do not want to eat at the bar. If there is a line, you will have to wait your turn before you can place your order. I highly suggest to go between 7:30a-9:30a. There usually…

Can u reserve?

No, you must stand in line. One thing to note is that they will seat customers in order, meaning if you're next, and have a party of 3, and there are 2 seats available, the next party of 2 will not be seated until you get your 3 seats first.…

Heading to Vegas next week and I will definitely check this place. It says open 24/7. Do they offer the lobster boil 24/7 as well? Their lobster boil special ends this month. I heard the best time to head over here is around 8am?

Not sure what you mean by lobster boil? They have a set menu and everything was fresh and delicious. Everything on the menu is available 24/7. I got there at 8:30am on a Friday morning and there was no line at all.

Is this really opened 24/7? We went on a Thursday night at 8pm and they were closed.

They are. But they have 1 day in every month that they do general cleaning and closes early so you probably went on that day. I've experienced the same last December.

When is the best time to dine here to avoid the wait?

Early in the morning like about between 5 to 7am. No line....

Saw that Chef Eze posted he is in 4:30-midnight F-Tues just wondering if this is still the schedule? Our fav chef :)

Off Tuesday Wednesday Thursday works 330pm to midnight.

Can a minor dine at the oyster bar?

No they cant

Can you order the Pan roast without the crab?

Just like Burger King..... you can have it your way!

Do they have happy hour?

No. There's no happy hour. But you will be happy an hour you dine here :)

Is there any table for patrons in a wheelchair?

At the Palace Station Oyster Bar there is only bar seating. BUT at the Santa Fe Station hotel they have table seating that can accommodate wheelchairs.

Is there any age restrictions for the oyster bar/ tables?

21 years old to be in the casino , this includes the 16 seats at the oyster bar , there are no tables . (Be prepared to wait for a seat up to an hour sometimes more .) they don't have text notifications or buzzers like any modern restaurant offers…

How long is the wait?

Depending on the day it could be an hour to 2 hour wait sometimes you can get in within 30 minutes to 45 minutes if you're lucky depending on what I said the time and the day weekends are really busy weekdays are a little better But it's well worth…

Can we order Togo?

Typically you'd have to wait your turn in line like everyone else and when you get to the front, order your takeout.

Is there still happy hour oysters from M-Th 5am-10am? Where in the website can I see that?

They no longer have happy hour on oysters. They stopped that about a year ago

I have been this oyster bar from 13 years ago? Before the write guy and the other waitress already leave! Now all the stuff change! And unbelievable bullshit serice! Maybe our Asian people help them feel so strong now! Really unbelievable respect!

What happened? I been there last 2 times and never had issues. I'm Asian btw

Is this place a buffet?

This place is not a buffet.

Best time to go for no wait?

Like 7 or 8 AM is your best chance to grab a seat without a wait.

What's the current take-out rules?

You can order a meal to be eaten at the bar and also add 1 to go. You still have to wait in the line to be seated.

I forget the name of the girl who was tending to us all night, but she was cool and super nice! Plus got us our drinks quickly. Getting set up with our games was quick and easy and it's fun to have your name all displayed on the screens. I normally play on different boards with traditional cricket and 01 games, so it was fun to try and play a few different types of games on here. It was interesting to see that they have different throw lines - they had three different ones. I throw from the "pro" line, but they had two others closer to the boards which I thought was unique. Never seen that before, but I could see how that could be helpful to beginners. I can't speak to the food at all, but I definitely do want to try Flight Club in Seattle and see what it's all about. When we arrived, they took our credit card and seated us. The space itself is very small, which creates an intimate atmosphere. The dark velvet furniture and décor were beautiful and definitely gave the place a luxurious feel. Unfortunately, the music didn't match the vibe at all. It was an odd playlist with songs we didn't recognize, and it really took away from the ambiance. We ordered the Pretty in Pink and the Make It Dirty. Both drinks were just okay -- not bad, but definitely not the elevated, luxurious cocktails we were expecting. We noticed a couple people come in, have one drink, and then leave after closing out their tab. I asked one couple if they also had a minimum spend requirement, and they told me they did not, they had simply walked in without a reservation. That was frustrating considering we had committed to a reservation and the minimum spend, while walk-ins apparently were not given the minimum spend. I brought it up to our waitress, but she didn't really have an explanation. Since we weren't impressed with the specialty cocktails, we ended up ordering a bottled drink and a basic mixed drink instead. About halfway through our visit, the already strange music stopped completely, leaving the bar silent. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The interior is absolutely lovely, but everything else fell short of expectations.
