Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. During posted business hours, there was only a handwritten "back in a few" note on the door. After waiting about 20 minutes, the employees casually returned eating popsicles and never once acknowledged or greeted me when I entered the store. I attempted to engage and asked about inventory, but the staff were extremely unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. On top of that, much of the vintage merchandise was heavily worn beyond what I would consider fair used condition, yet priced far above market value for the quality. Sadly, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service alone are enough to keep me from returning.

In my particular case that left a bad taste in my mouth was I wanted to purchase some cute rings which were quite affordable - they were $2 each. But when I went up to the register, I was told that the minimum amount for a card purchase was $10, which I did not meet. (I picked out 3 rings for a total of $6) I also did not have any cash on me. I then proceeded to look in all the nooks and crannies of the store to see if I could find something else so I could meet the minimum. Mind you, I was a very committed customer that was wanting to purchase items! However, I couldn't find anything else and got zero help or attention from the workers. I think what would have helped is if they at least asked what I was looking for or help directed me to some places to look. So I then just walked out without purchasing anything and took my business to another vintage store down the street!

The staff here are all really great and everything from customer service to final product was excellent. The stitching and quality of the leather is exactly what I had hoped for. I have also purchased a couple lamps by Humanhome from here, they're locally made, beautifully crafted. The packaging of the lamps are as good as the lamps themselves I love love love the products County Ltd carries and I'll be back in the future :)

DeeLux is a family-owned resale store that offers a suitable selection of recycled clothing, shoes, & accessories. They operate on a Buy-Sell-Trade model (Cash 30% or trade 50%). They also sell new accessories, gifts, & greeting cards. The grand opening was June 28th. They also have two other shops - one in Claremont and the original in Orange County. The store is nicely curated and neatly organized. Items are reasonably priced and cheaper than Wasteland, which is next door. The tchotchkes are cute & witty. Reminds me of what you would find at Urban Outfitter. I'll be sure to stop in on a regular basis to check out new inventory or if I need a unique gift.

I also wanted to buy a Chanel jacket that another customer had on hold, but was meant to pick up a couple days prior to this. I thought it was really cool that they reached out to her and we all waited until she gave her blessing before they would sell it to me. It's good fashion karma! :) As an extremely experienced (haha) shopper of new and vintage high-end luxury designer brands, I would say that the vast majority of the luxury vintage pieces were priced fairly and verified this by my own research. I also have no qualms about the authenticity of any of the pieces I interacted with (a TON) - so I would trust shopping with them and will shop again for sure. Ended up with a pink Lagerfeld-era Chanel jacket and a fabulous UN-USED Chanel tote. If I wasn't out of my spending $$$ after that, there was a super cool vintage Marc Jacobs trench and a ton of old school, non-designer (at least non-labeled) vintage jewelry pieces at really great prices that I would've snagged as well. Decor: Filled with glamorous gems throughout & at a variety of price points! My eyes were completely focused on the glamorous gowns, dresses and gorgeous jewelry! I am a gown girl, and AMT Vintage was beautiful dress & gown Nirvana... pure bliss! The dressing room is glamorous, loved the atmosphere/ambience while slipping into every gown, dress & especially the gorgeous Chloe slip dress... beautiful! Large mirror as well, which was helpful! Customer Service: The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the two girls that work there! They were genuinely friendly & easy-going! They immediately asked if I was searching for something in particular! Once I told them about the theme of the upcoming event, they immediately pulled gowns of different styles for me, and started my dressing room! Their excitement & enthusiasm to help try to find the best gown/dress added to my enthusiasm as well! Hahaha! It was a super fun experience! Vibe: Exploring this vintage shop was like stepping inside the closet of a glamorous socialite, as every dress & item spoke of fabulous stories from the past and present... loved the feeling!
