She was so kind and responsive in her communication and we were able to book her and her team right before a move in date. The house is a 3 bedroom house with a large kitchen, bathroom, dining and living room. A team of 3 people came and they were done in about 3 hours. They came right on time as expected and cleaned the place top to bottom! She was communicative throughout the process and payment was a breeze. They come monthly and clean my 850 sq ft apartment in ~90 mins. This includes the kichen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. They ask you what you want them to clean and ask if they have questions. They organize all your "adhd piles", vacuum carpet + couch, do dishes, deep clean the kitchen floor and bathroom tile grime/ mold, and even wash the windows! They did a good job cleaning - though I caution you to make sure you confirm what's included in your service and what's not. There were a couple of items that I assumed would be included in a move out service like sweeping the sides of the stove and refrigerator but it was not included. We first worked with Gregoria and her team for a deep clean of our house before our first baby was born. With a dog, as well as living and working from home you can image our house needed some love.
