This is a preliminary review just for her communication, which is excellent. My move-out cleaning service is pending for next week, and I plan to come back and update my review afterward. But she has been very responsive on text and flexible about scheduling changes (moving is chaotic, as we all know). I was impressed that she responded to me quickly and accommodated my preferred reschedule date request. I read in another review that she is not a native English speaker, but that has not been an issue so far on text. UPDATE: Very pleased with the apartment move-out cleaning service completed today. They arrived on time and did an excellent job on a VERY dirty apartment. The oven and refrigerator looked especially good. The only thing that was missed was the underside of the range hood, which remained pretty gross and greasy. But for the reasonable price they quoted, they certainly did a great job on everything else - and communication remained good all the way through. I especially appreciated the "flat fee" instead of hourly charge. Highly recommended! read more

Starting off they were fast to respond to my inquiry and set up an appointment. I was nervous because I was hoping to get the house cleaned before the family came home, but they quickly put that worry to ease. Upon arriving, I showed them the random asks I had (dusting those hard to reach spots, cleaning inside the bathroom drawers, ex). They soon got to work quickly, without needing any supervision. It took about ~3hrs to clean the house. After the finished, I did a walk through of the apartment. They cleaned deeper than I actually expected. Such as, taking things off shelves to clean and shine rather than just dusting around things. They also wiped down my plant pots which I didn't even mention, but was great.
