I love this UPS store. It was my first time coming in, seeing as I have just moved to the area. I don't anyone, but the staff here made me feel like a friend. Oliver was especially helpful with my Amazon return. I guess I processed it wrong, and he took the time to help me figure it out on my Amazon account. He is such a polite, nice young man. He chatted with me and even gave me suggestions to his favorite restaurants and hang out spots! Now I know how to return my Amazon items online before I come to the UPS store, THANKS OLIVER!!!! Love this location! It is located in the Pavilions shopping center in Newport Coast and there is always plenty of parking. I like how they have the limited time drop off only parking right in front of the store. Often there is no one there when I get there and the most people ever in line ahead of me was 3 people but there are always at least 2 employees and the line moves really quickly - better than other locations. The only thing that would make this location better is if they opened a little earlier since they open at 8:30am but other locations open at 8:00am. However this location is so good that I just wait and come in when they open instead of going to a substandard location that opens earlier. read more

Thanks Becky, the store manager. I was not complaining about the bag charge of $4.99. Rule is rule that we all have to follow. But if you are in the same room at that time, you should have noticed that the customer behind me who handed three items, without packing bag, and was not charged. I asked your staff why, he quickly put the three items into the back counter and said good buy to me using "Having a great day". If you are in the same room, why did not you come to upfront to explain to me? I am not complaining about the charge, but, complaining that your staff applied rules differently to different customers. If you tolerant or even cover-up such behavior, there is no fairness in your store. I sincerely hope that your store can improve. read more

This is my favorite UPS store to come to. Ivan and Brooke are super helpful, friendly, and just all around fantastic employees! They are always ready to assist with any of your needs and make you feel comfortable. There are other kind employees that work here, but I do not remember their names unfortunately. Every time I come in here, I am helped promptly and kindly. I've tried going to this place because it's near my house, but it's always a letdown. The people there are often unfriendly and keep saying, "Unfortunately, we can't..." They won't help with simple things like fixing a box or letting you use their tape because of their "rules." Every time I leave, I feel upset. I'm not going back anymore. There are other UPS stores that are nicer and actually help you. I don't recommend this store. It's better to go somewhere else where people are nice and the service is good. read more
