Love this location! It is located in the Pavilions shopping center in Newport Coast and there is always plenty of parking. I like how they have the limited time drop off only parking right in front of the store. Often there is no one there when I get there and the most people ever in line ahead of me was 3 people but there are always at least 2 employees and the line moves really quickly - better than other locations. The only thing that would make this location better is if they opened a little earlier since they open at 8:30am but other locations open at 8:00am. However this location is so good that I just wait and come in when they open instead of going to a substandard location that opens earlier. read more

I've tried going to this place because it's near my house, but it's always a letdown. The people there are often unfriendly and keep saying, "Unfortunately, we can't..." They won't help with simple things like fixing a box or letting you use their tape because of their "rules." Every time I leave, I feel upset. I'm not going back anymore. There are other UPS stores that are nicer and actually help you. I don't recommend this store. It's better to go somewhere else where people are nice and the service is good. read more

Terrific store, super convenient in the Newport Coast Shopping Center, on the opposite side of the parking lot from Pavillions Market. Becky is the manager is so helpful and friendly and she offers great solutions. I learned from her that they have a Notary on site, and I was charmed by the selection of gift boxes (see pic) that are UPS-approved and perfect for gift sending. I also learned that the store has an expert in packing/shipping fine art and that they have done so for some prestigious places. Impressive and reassuring. Brooks was a helpful young man who came right out to my car and retrieved the large, awkward box I had to return to Amazon. What a relief! I was able to pull right up to the front of the store where they have reserved parking. They made all it so easy, and were very efficient. I was in and out right away. This team puts in the effort and kindness to find the best way to ship or pack items and I am delighted to have found them. Absolutely recommended, very highly indeed.
