Lines that go on forever, and are so slow that a bottle Heinz ketchup flows twice as fast. Thankfully, a friend of mine told me about this place on M-17, just west of Golfside Road. I needed to mail a package to my friend in Tokyo, so I went to the local post office on my day off, and there had to be nearly 50 people waiting in line. Then I remembered Goin' Postal was right near a specialized grocery store that I really like on M-17. So I left the line behind and drove out west of town. Was I ever lucky, I was the only person in line, and after I filled out my customs forms, purchased some stamps I was right out the door in less than 10 minutes. The staff at this place is very friendly and gave me several shipping options to choose from. I can just imagine as I drove home, most of the people in that line at the local post office were still waiting in line to be served. That said, I was amazed that my package arrived within a week. I highly recommend this place, as they are faster than the local post office, and they don't have the attitude that some of the postal workers have.

I was pleasantly surprised that they had free packing material at this location. Tape, peanuts, bubble wrap to use for packing were on a table and available gir use. This was a plus because I only had a box. The price for shipping is a little steep but not much that can be done about that. You can ship via UPS, FEDEX, USPS. They give you the lowest option which is a plus. Overall it was a good experience. Convenient and a short drive. I will use them again.

When I asked the UPS clerk if they could print these, he said it would cost me $6.40 to use their computer, print and retape the bag. It was due to THEIR mistake of using the return label to close the bag to cause this whole turn of events! Incompetent and unwilling to acknowledge that they caused me this problem. I don't trust that they can ship reliably. Never using this store again--I trust the store across town and I will use them going forward!

Needed a package to be securely delivered and chose this location…read more Plenty of parking but inside is a tad small when it is busy. There was a long line but the employees were fast and efficient at cutting it down. Our package arrived safely and the employee was very friendly! The process of retrieving it went smoothly and quickly. The employee even offered a dolly if we needed it. Would recommend having your extra secure packages being sent here!
