We have had broken roof tiles for over 2 years, and there have been 3-4 people come out to "inspect" and the repair never occurs. My sidewalk was cracked, and obviously needed repair, they sent out someone to "glue the pieces back together" and it broke several weeks later. I send correspondence via their portal, they don't reply. They raised their rates without providing full transparency about the nature of the rate change. This is not an isolated experience: there have been several "property managers" one after the other that consistently fail. These guys should not be hired. read more

I returned from vacation to find my house had been broken into and ransacked. I tried calling HOA for a whole day, left messages and got no response. It's been a week now and they still have not bothered to call me. My house was ransacked and HOA does not seem to care. I can't even reach anyone in the office. Our HOA decided to switch companies once again and this time they went with TMT. Right away our dues went up by $20 so I pay $120 monthly. Our community has zero amenities to justify the increase. I've seen mansions in gated communities in Newport Beach that don't even pay more than $75 a month. From day one the TMT has gone full Karen and complaining about things that nobody can see but yet they let the HOA president do anything he wants. Horrible service. The HOA's continue to rise. There are no amenities comparable to make the rates so high. When you speak to office personnel, they seem angry and don't return phone calls. This isn't the only property management company. Many in my community don't understand that the property management company works for us. If we don't like their services, we can go with another company. I wonder how much the HOA fees are gonna be in a couple of months. My community is beautiful but the HOA fees are out of control. No one can deny this. There are many established communities with a pool etc and the HOA fees are less than here. read more

This company has lived up to their claim for excellent customer service thus far. Unfortunately the Reddington HOA board has not as helpful in settling a fairly straightforward damage claim that was initiated nine months ago by my son. A tree fell on my son's car damaging it so badly we had to take it to a car repair shop for external and internal issues. We haven't received a cent from the HOA to pay for anything. I don't know if it's the HOA or the Management Trust company that is to blame for this sorry state of affairs that leads me to roll my eyes and say, "It's always about the money..." Even with a legitimate claim and evidence I am sorry I have nothing to shore up the excellent customer service claim other than words. Maybe 2021 will bring some resolution. read more

poor experience for our small high end community. We have since changed companies and have had much more attention and quicker response times to issues that arise. I feel we gave them a lot of opportunities to improve and our community manager did not seem to care. I believe they parted ways with that individual but every time I called a manager they seemed overwhelmed. It seems like a trend in this industry. read more

This property management company is absolutely terrible!!! Their communication is so bad it takes days to get any response to emails or voicemails. on top of that, there is no easy way to get things that we need taken care of online. for example, if I want to make a reservation at my own pool I have to drive 30 minutes to drop off an application and take a hand written check. the bigger problem is their lack of communication to even know what days are available and im not going to drive that far without knowing if its open. why can't we update to 2022 have an easy online system? or maybe just answer the phone sometimes..... read more

This is the worst HOA I have ever been a part of. I'm going to sell my home but not before we get an attorney to represent us. From yard landscaping is neglected. Leaving voice mails and emails is useful. They are not responsive. They are unprofessional on the phone. They have kept the pool closed including Father's Day weekend. The residents in my neighborhood are overwhelmingly displeased. My little girls cried on Father's Day because the security guards weren't available and the management trust kept the pool closed. I pay $353 and despite Governor newsoms executive order, they keep it highly restricted. Stay away from any property or residence manager by this company. I'm going to the OC Register too. Lots of evidence of mismanagement. read more

Our prior manager Jayme was the bomb and helped us out so much she moved up and now we have Jeff whom I again can't say enough about! My wife and I recently purchased a condominium in the Silverlake area. We have never lived in a condo community so we were clueless about HOA's, CCR's (condo rules), etc. After moving, in we ran into a few issues which Lia, our managing agent not only helped us navigate but also and most importantly helped us resolve. Lia is not just professional but incredibly knowledgeable and we are fortunate to have her. She has always been prompt to respond to emails and phone calls puting our minds at ease. On March 1st 2018 I wrote a review regarding The Management Trust Company. Obviously I was very unhappy and was extremely dissatisfied with their services. Finally, they heard all my complains and made changes. First, the representative who was working with our Senna Community changed. Now we are working with Jayme and she is great. My emails are replied timely and she responds appropriately. Jayme is a professional and is very pleasant to work with. We are still growing as a community and things do evolve, but I see many positive changes since Jayme took over things. It seems she is on top of things by working closely with HOA and the community and I have a feeling she will bring "Law and Order" soon. I hope things will stay the same with The Management Trust and we will work with Jayme going forward. read more

Since I moved into my new home in February this year, I have had several issues that needed resolution. Every time I contacted Lia and Miguel, their responses were everso prompt and they have resolved every single one of my issues including the latest of my asking to adjust sprinkler timing due to my sleep cycle. I have been a homeowner for many years and gone through several management companies. I have been a Condo HOA Board Member and have dealt with many Property Management Firms and this one outshines them all by a mile!! I have dealt with so many that are sub-par. These guys are excellent!! This is the first Property Management Company I have dealt with that are employee owned. My guess is that has a lot to do with how good they are because they have a vested interest in doing a great job. Seantell Marron our Community Manager is amazing!! She is not only a wonderful person and a pleasure to deal with she always takes care of everything and never drops the ball on anything!! Her assistant Selene is also great!! I feel so lucky to have Seantell and Selene in my corner because I know things will be handled efficiently. Other Property Management Companies o have dealt with repeatedly dropped the ball on tasks. I live in Redlands in University Grove and we have a neighbor behind us that had a huge tree that was destroying my backyard and patio.
