As soon as she looked at my nails and heard it was for my wedding, she resolved she'd stay longer after the client she was finishing up with. I rarely get my nails done and find it difficult to express what I want comfortably. Lynn painted multiple comparisons on my nails to test out, would offer her opinion, and make sure the style and color what I wanted. She even had us step outside to compare the nails in natural light! She was so patient, kind and funny, so comforting after I came in so nervous. She truly cares for the happiness of her customers and receives a lot of joy from her work and relationships. Well she ended up cutting it fully and then says well I accidentally kept cutting so I'll take $15.00 off (I still ended paying $50.00 for a haircut I did NOT ask for). They didn't even think to send a text message so I ended up waiting 30 minutes so there's that. Please keep in mind that this nail salon also charges insane prices. Finally I start getting my nails done and the nail tech is literally rushing through the service and I am paying for this service and it is not affordable $62 for a bio gel nail fill just for the bio gel to lift on the cuticle bed less than 24 hours later. I gave a generous tip of $15 so it came out to $77 nearly at $80 and then now already started lifting so now I have to fix it myself. Very frustrating. I will not be coming back here.
