The ladies are nice and funny, and the atmosphere is so inviting. There are three tvs, chargers for your phone - I've even seen people bring their laptops to work. Another shop didn't do a clean job and wouldn't really fix it when I voiced concerns. Lynn was an angel to me when I came in as a walk-in not long before closing. As soon as she looked at my nails and heard it was for my wedding, she resolved she'd stay longer after the client she was finishing up with. I rarely get my nails done and find it difficult to express what I want comfortably. Lynn painted multiple comparisons on my nails to test out, would offer her opinion, and make sure the style and color what I wanted. She even had us step outside to compare the nails in natural light! She was so patient, kind and funny, so comforting after I came in so nervous. She truly cares for the happiness of her customers and receives a lot of joy from her work and relationships. They didn't even think to send a text message so I ended up waiting 30 minutes so there's that. Please keep in mind that this nail salon also charges insane prices. Finally I start getting my nails done and the nail tech is literally rushing through the service and I am paying for this service and it is not affordable $62 for a bio gel nail fill just for the bio gel to lift on the cuticle bed less than 24 hours later. I gave a generous tip of $15 so it came out to $77 nearly at $80 and then now already started lifting so now I have to fix it myself. Very frustrating. I will not be coming back here.
