I have extreme anxiety when is comes to procedures, etc. I had a lower tooth removed many years ago and a bone graft to build up the area for a future implant. I decided against an implant because the missing tooth didn't bother me...THEN I broke another tooth off at the gum line. I can't live without two teeth so it was time to get implants. I went to two different oral surgeons and one dentist. I decided to go with Dr. Wilson. He was upfront about the possible but very rare complications (tear in the sinus membrane or nerve damage). His office is pretty state of the art with lots of screens and devices to help in the process. I had my implants placed 7/13/2022 and the procedure couldn't have went better. I was sent urgently from my Endodontic to Dr Spencer G. Wilson after bad suffering from inflammation of my lower left tooth .. i was suffering with this pain for a month .. weeks . The worse pain was for the last week after root canal retreat. All the staff in the clinic was very helpful and they take good care of me .. dr Wilson was super cooperative and understandable for the huge pain it was going in my left side .. my left side was like bruised pain on touching.. they squeezed me between there patients appointments and took me immediately for surgery.. after surgery care was really super .. the instructions was very clear and easy .. they were taking my calls any time any minutes when i had any questions.. I was referred to Dr. Wilson by my dentist so I thought eh, he can't be so bad if my dentist I love refers his patients there! The office is warm and inviting. Staff made me feel at home, really. I never felt so comfortable with staff in an environment like this before. I had my upper wisdom teeth pulled about 10 years ago. The surgeon at that time refused to pull my bottoms because it was "too close to the nerve" which didn't make me feel so comfortable. After explaining this to Dr. Wilson, he reassured me of his previous extractions and gave me all the information I wanted to know about my teeth. I didn't feel rushed or a bothersome. I felt as though he truly wanted me to feel comfortable and confident in what he can do. Surgery was scheduled and took place last Friday. The surgery process went great. Woke up pretty quickly and I felt great. My recovery process has been difficult not because of the Dr. but because my fully impacted (by bone) and super small mouth. The greatest thing about my recovery is that I have been able to text/call the doctor about my issues AND HE RESPONDS. Yep. I was quite surprised and THANKFUL for this service. From the moment we checked in they explained every step and made sure she was comfortable. My daughter is usually deathly afraid of needles but she watched Dr Wilson insert the IV and wasn't worried. This place is incredible!! I've never done a yelp review before, but this place deserves it. From the beginning, everyone is so helpful & communicative & kind. I came here to have a baby tooth removed a week ago, which I thought would be an incredibly painful experience, but it was the complete opposite! They take very diligent care & precaution with sanitation & the whole covid-19 situation! Its super clean in here & I never felt nervous taking my mask off. I was asleep for my procedure, they removed the tooth, & I was out of there in an hour. The best part was my healing process! Day one, I wasn't hardly in any pain & only took pain meds to eat that day. After 3 hours my bleeding had stopped, although it never was bleeding hard at all, & I haven't bled since! No swelling, no pain, no bleeding, no complications at all! Day two was a breeze & every day has been since! The instructions they give are also super helpful for post surgery care. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Dr. Wilson is so knowledgeable & awesome, & so are all of his assistants & just everyone working there rocks! 10/10 amazing!!!
