Servers are friendly but not helpful with the menus. Nothing in English although you might as well be in an American pretentious burger place. Came here twice during our 3-day stay in Rome. Yeah.. It's that good. Also such a great deal, the price of the burger is based on how much meat (in grams) you want -- all of the other add ins are yours for picking and the list is extensive! If you're not feeling creative, I highly suggest the USA burger they have as a choice.. It reminded me of In-n-Out but on steroids topped with a fried egg. Highly recommend! read more

There is cafe style seating, the hamburgers are EXCELLENT, I recommend ordering a large glass of cold milk and make sure to ask for fries. They do have homemade chips which are also very good, staff are very attentive and take care of you well. We made a habit out of stopping here for a much needed burger. read more

I raise and slaughter my own cattle pigs and chickens. I spent a good deal of time looking up places to eat near where we were staying and more than the Sistine chapel I was looking forward to this food. Others got food and left numerous times. My wife and I sat and waited 50 minutes for no food. We asked what happened to our food and they said it was ready. Again got exited waited 5 minutes later soggy cold chips were served. Got up to leave was told that there was a mistake but no explanation given as to what happened. They never bothered with our order and neither should you bother with them. Very sad day indeed. We enjoyed this place. They have the range of food from aged steaks to hamburgers to a German style hot dog. I had the chicken fajitas- it was typical Mexican spicy but it was so good to me. Our friend had the T-bone steak and our hubbies know steaks and he said it was good. What's nice with this place is that it looks casual but they have cloth napkins and the service is very good like you are in a nice place. They have wine beer and champagne. We spotted this place while on the site seeing bus and decided to get off just for this place. And, in Europe you have to ask for water - and they will bring it to you. Loved this place! Wandered in after walking around the Vatican and was not disappointed. Ordered the nachos and my husband got a salad. At first I was confused I didn't get the guacamole bc they cook it in but the owner brought me extra. Their guacamole is different but sooooo good. The worst meal we have had in Rome to this date. We had 2 x US Burger 1 x Mexican hot dog and their Sorrento Burger. The bread was stale, they served food that had no seasoning, was lacking main ingredients and when asked about the missing ingredient they simply said that they ran out, but never bothered to tell us. We requested no onions on one of the burgers and they forgot, but at that point we just took them off and rolled with it. No one finished their food. To make matters worse their CC machine was not working, so they held my kid hostage until I got money out of the ATM. We have a year left in Rome, but will never return to this place. read more

I wanted to love this place but sadly we felt manipulated from the beginning. My husband was tired of Italian fare so we decided to find a steak. They sell their aged beef by the kilo. We ordered one kilo to share 90 euro. They came to us and asked if we would accept a piece that was 120 grams. A whole 20 euro more. We said no because that is a huge steak and we just didn't feel we could eat that much. The steak was ok but lacked seasoning. When the bill came we were asked to pay cash only. Our bill was 112 euro and we didn't have that much cash on us. I had to sit there waiting for my husband to walk to the atm in order to pay for our meal. Not a great end to a sub par meal. The servers were nice but other than that I just can not recommend this place. read more

I wanted to love this place. It has the NYC feel with free peanuts. First off the chicken wings at 7.5 euros for four pieces is a rip off I did not order them. Soda was 3 euros per bottle of 330ml. That was pricer than the last few places I've been to. I ordered the veal sandwich 150g medium and my wife ordered the pork sandwich 150g well done. I had the extra chips for extra 2.5 which tasted like it just came out of a bag. The burger patties had no taste. I rinsed my mouth to make sure there was no taste. But the pork seemed to slightly better than the veal, very slightly. They also didn't mind to tell me that their credit card machine was not working. The patties were all pre-made from a big metal pan with saran wrap left in room temperature. The front looks like an actual meat market but I don't know about their burgers. I suggest try their mix grill if anything. At least that can't be prepared that much earlier. read more
