As soon as we sat down, the waitress asked us what we wanted and she came back three times in the span of five minutes so I definitely wish I had more time to breathe and look at the really large menu. I got the vegan sandwich and it actually blew my mind that it was vegan. The cuts of meat were so realistic and the vegan Parm also tasted so close to the original. Altogether, if you had just gave me the sandwich and I was eating it I wouldn't have even questioned that it was vegan. The sandwiches here are so delicious, I would definitely come back.

Staff are very friendly and make it clear you can customize your sandwich if you want. The sandwiches came out within 10 minutes and were massive. Really nice bread, plenty of rocket, good vegan cheese and salami, grilled zucchini, and artichoke cream to top it off. Really satisfying and fulfilling sandwich. Located a block or two from the Vatican and open late (3am), what's there not to love about this place? Highly recommended.

A sandwich was about 9 euros and an aperol spritz was 6 euros. We had a great conversation with Claudio, the owner, about music and chatted with some of the other visitors.
