Then someone answered and said the prescription was expired and they had no record of renewal from my Dr. I pointed out that the package on the previous month said I had 7 refills. And even before they screwed up the prescription it was never ready when I arrived no matter how many days I gave them. They always told me to come back in 15 minutes.

They seem to be chronically understaffed--maybe there's a headcount cap despite high demand? There's almost always a line waiting, possibly because it takes 2 or 3 tries before each refill is ready--even after I ordered it online, and the website told me it's ready for pickup. This review is 2 stars not one, because I did, eventually, often after several tries, receive the correct drugs. I've moved my prescriptions to Haggen.

What made the experience worse was that they wouldn't even allow me to pay the cash price for the medication, despite how critical it was. Going to any Walgreens continues to be a soul-sucking and demeaning experience thanks to their wait times and the quality of their employees.

After having it sent, i waited 30 minutes and then went to pick it up. I waited in line (they have a drive through but have it CLOSED) for 20-30 min just for them to tell me they don't have it. I went back the next day in the afternoon about 1pm to try again... I had a sleeping baby in the car so I tried the drive through-- AGAIN CLOSED! My husband went back tonight at 6:30 pm and waited in line because again, the drive through is closed, for them to tell him they wouldn't get through the line before closing so he needed to leave. I called THREE times to get my prescription transferred somewhere else just for them not to answer the phone every single time. DO NOT GO HERE.

I told her, and she came back, tossed a boot wrapped in plastic on the counter, and told me my total. Thinking that's just what happens when I pay with cash, I paid, and walked out. Went home, put on my new boot, and it was the wrong type. Called them the next day and explained the situation. They told me I could come in on Monday to return for a refund since she did not try it on. Came in on Monday, and met with the Customer Service Manager and Jim, Jim was the only one who was pleasant. The CSR Manager actually told me to remove the hair that was on the boot because "I can't resell it like this!" Then they told me that the front desk lady told them she offered to try it on, and I refused. I flat out told them she lied, in which she then started yelling at me telling me she did not. Unbelievable! On the paperwork they had to send to corporate in order to refund me my money, they wrote the reason I returned the boot was because I "didn't like it." So again, THEY LIED!
