The entire staff goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. They always greet me by name and inquire about my family. They understand my families complicated prescription issues and deal with our less than perfect insurance. They are true pharmacy professionals and it shows. As homey and small as this business seems, they have stayed up to date with technology. I often use their automated service, which does not take away from their hands on personal approach. I also find treasures among their wide selection of gift items. She's kind and helpful and always gets me nice glasses that I can afford. Eleanor is very helpful too. After having it sent, i waited 30 minutes and then went to pick it up. I waited in line (they have a drive through but have it CLOSED) for 20-30 min just for them to tell me they don't have it. I went back the next day in the afternoon about 1pm to try again... I had a sleeping baby in the car so I tried the drive through-- AGAIN CLOSED! My husband went back tonight at 6:30 pm and waited in line because again, the drive through is closed, for them to tell him they wouldn't get through the line before closing so he needed to leave. I called THREE times to get my prescription transferred somewhere else just for them not to answer the phone every single time. DO NOT GO HERE.
