The lasagna got to our table very fast even during a dinner crowd. The Nana's Homemade Lasagna with Meat Sauce ($19) arrived in a long deep bowl that was steaming hot. Her recipe is so loaded with spicy and chunky meat sauce between layers of pasta planks you'd think they's make a giant pan ahead of time. Nope! Fresh to you. Thick, filling, and loaded with hot, melted cheese overing the whole dish like a blanket of goodness. The dinner is also served with a small sliced loaf of FRESH hot bread and cold butter. There is no comparison between "just bread" and homemade bread. This loaf had a thick crunchy crust and a soft warm center.
