The fish sandwich was thin and didn't have much flavor and the price was about $9.69 by itself I kid you not. The burger Pattie's was thin thin with onions and cheese and was around $8.49. Total spent was $19.70 with no fries or drinks. I don't mind paying for good food but this was mediocre and overpriced.

The tip screen is aggressive, and I selected $0 because my company does not allow tips to be charged to the company card. After I selected no tip, the transaction somehow glitched and I was asked to run it again. I selected $0 again. After that, the employee started mean-mugging me like I had done something wrong. I actually had a couple dollars in cash and could have tipped, but after the attitude, absolutely not. A tip is optional, not an obligation. The location itself needs some attention too. There was no air conditioning and it was HOT as hell in there. The restroom signage needs to be fixed because nobody can tell that the first door is the restroom. And please get rid of the crime-scene-looking tape at the end of the hallway. If you don't want customers walking farther down the hall, invest in an actual divider, stanchion, or barrier. I thought I would like to get another one. This turkey is old and tasteless. So gross-I think I have to throw this whole sandwich out. The turkey almost tastes like it's old and starting to turn. I asked for provolone cheese on the side that doesn't have that dry salty taste that you always want from provolone. I also didn't like the egg salad that they gave last time, it was absolutely tasteless. The bread was so dried out that one half of my sandwich was basically a crouton with a job. I have never ordered a sandwich and thought, "Wow... I should have brought a glass of water and a chisel." We ordered DOUBLE MEAT. What arrived looked like they interpreted that as "Please give them approximately 2 ounces of meat... MAYBE." I've seen more meat on a Slim Jim. And the customer service? We walked into the store to pick up our takeout and apparently became invisible. Not a hello. Not a "How are you?" Not even eye contact. Just workers standing there wondering if we had accidentally walked into a closed business. After the first bad experience, we decided to give them another shot. Congratulations. You have officially used up your second chance. Never again. Next time, we'll drive a little farther and go to Firehouse Subs, where apparently they still understand that a sandwich should contain meat, fresh bread, and some basic acknowledgment that customers actually exist. It was our first time and I had a lot of questions. 13 total people. So we agreed on the 20 piece family tender meal, 4 sides, 8 biscuits, 10 dipping sauces and a gallon of sweet tea. But we doubled the order to two 20 piece family meals. For sides we got 3 French fries, 3 Mac n cheese, 1 coleslaw, and 1 dirty rice. For the sauce we got 2 peach honey pepper, 2 Bo's special sauce, 2 honey mustard, 2 jalapeño ranch, 2 house made ranch. We all loved the fries. My wife and I loved the Cole slaw. The kids loved the Mac n cheese. We needed more sauce, butter, honey and grape jam. Ivan a manager brought us more. The consensus is we all loved Bo's special sauce and jalapeño ranch. I was the only one who liked the peach honey pepper and I put it on my biscuit. All the chicken was gone, so I added 25 tenders and 5 sauces. I split up the chicken between me, my sister and my parents. I liked the tenders, personally. They had a hint of spice but not overwhelming spicy. Prince and Ivan were super friendly. Anyone who lives in Las Vegas knows it is a bit of a task to get to wherever you are going as driveways that look like they would be connected are absolutely not. It took me a couple of u-turns to get there but once I was in there was plenty of parking and I had it inside. First thing you notice off to the right is the biscuit making station. I got to watch one of the guys roll out the dough and cut the biscuits and put them in the oven. It's nice to see things being made fresh right in front of you. Went up to the counter to order is when I discovered they do not do bone-in chicken. That is all chicken strips. Regardless, I decided to order a family pack which came with 12 strips, two sides or fixings as they call them, for biscuits and a half gallon of sweet tea. So everything looked delicious. I got the order to go, brought it home and was not disappointed. It was definitely the same Bojangles taste that I recall from when I had them on the East Coast except in a chicken strip form. I had asked the girl at the counter why no bone in and apparently like it is a East Coast versus West Coast thing where West Coast Bojangles only serve chicken strips. Who knew? I will say this. The people that worked there were super friendly and super nice, and were very willing to help and tell me about all the sauces and everything has. It was my first time I've been to a Bojangles in a long time. The meal was great. I have no complaints. The sweet tea was on point, you're not as sweet as like a Chick-fil-A, but definitely up there in the sweet category. Bottom line?
