Freshly baked and served in a cast-iron pan, this gargantuan cookie took a few minutes to arrive but was clearly worth the wait; It's so good that it's simply genius; far better than anything I'd ever expect from a chain restaurant. The cookie isn't overly sweet and has a fabulous texture and a wonderful, caramelized taste that blends perfectly with the generous topping of ice cream. It's truly a stunner that deserves to be one of their signature desserts. The level of professionalism on display at all levels is impressive and the manager even came over to make sure everything was OK since I'd sent back a dish. We let her know that the cookie more than made up for any problem! I ordered a ribeye that was undercooked and completely unseasoned. To make matters worse, our silverware was dirty, and we had to ask twice just to get clean forks and knives. Even then, we waited another 10 minutes before we could actually eat. What makes this especially disappointing is that this restaurant meant something to us.
