The Milk Bottle- Famous Bottle Special
    Mr Paul M.

March 4th 2018- The milk bottle is extremely small. The wait area is basically the entrance of the restaurant. Walked in felt very awkward. Stood in the doorway for 45 seconds no one said a word. Waitresses continually walked by didn't acknowledge me and my husband. Finally someone said we're cleaning off your table. 4 Stars- My husband ordered the Famous Bottle Special. He asked for soft scrambled eggs with extra cheese. Eggs - they were scrambled hard but surprisingly good. Links- He likes his fried brown with a little char (not burnt). They could have been cooked longer but the taste was good. Homefries- They were the star of the show seasoned well mmmmm good. He didn't eat the pancakes. I tried them and thought they were good. 3 Stars- I ordered Eggs & Things Two Eggs with cheese, Bacon and a Grilled English Muffin (slight upcharge) and a side of Sausage. Homefries - flavorful enjoyed every bite. Bacon- Crispy and delicious. Eggs- Cooked too hard. Sausage- Juicy and tasty. Grilled Muffin. Very hard overly grilled.

    Burnt potatoes

Potatoes were burnt, like grill-scrapings , and the vents above our heads were leaking all over our table and another table near us . The server just said " oh that's just the condensation from the AC" , which we figured, but that doesn't make it better ! I don't want dirty condensation dripping in my food! Place is small but not super clean . Not the worst experience I've had but not planning on returning.

Friendly staff, quick service but found my eggs to be very rubbery and tasteless. Won't be back.

I've had many Sunday breakfasts here. The food is consistently good, service is attentive, and prices more than fair. Highly recommended.

Had a spinach omelet and homefries and was delicious. Professional servers, excellent food and clean restaurant. Like the retro look also.

Someone must have passed a law mandating diners to have Elvis, Marilyn, and Betty Boop on the walls. Comfortable digs, outdoor dining to boot, and extremely welcoming and friendly staff. -- Blueberry Muffin: My wife and I shared a breakfast "appetizer," grilled with butter by default. Would've been nice to have been asked, but not a problem. Mid-range density, with equal amounts of sweetness and butter in the dough, discernible even under the butter from grilling. Not life changing, but solid and satisfying. -- Omelettes: We each got our own, with mine a western and my wife's a build-your-own with assorted vegetables. Both were huge, with the add-ons tucked neatly inside and the egg surfaces, smooth and heaping. Home fries matched this impressive portion and came in uncrisp outside, very soft and fluffy inside, and seasoned but not oniony. Toast was toast, but many varieties to choose from. Coffee refills came regularly, cheerfully, and without the need to ask. Food overall was good-- definitely better than adequate, though with no life changing surprises. Service was outstanding, nailing the 4 overall.

Everything here appears to be homemade. A great variety of side dishes, too. Creative specials along w/their regular menu items. They have smaller plate meals, too. Prices reasonable as far as restaurants go these days Saw a lot of breakfast and lunch/dinner food go by and tons of take out orders being picked up. Good amount of parking spaces. Noticed a BBQ building next door, think it is for special parties. It gets crowded here but if you time it right, you will get in. We got here at 11:30. They serve all sorts of drinks, beer, wine along w/the usual diner style ice cream offerings. We will be back.

Eggs ok, one slice of toast was toasted slightly the other slice was not really toasted at all. Huge disappointment was the bacon. It was cold and needed either a sharper knife or I need to up my gym time to get through a slice. It was very tough. My mum had similar disappointment with her sausage. The sausage (more like a patty) was super greasy and she didn't like them at all. She also had the home fries and they were just ok. Windows were really dirty which I guess I can understand with wind of the small planes flying around. The staff was not great, it wasn't even good. $30 for 2 orders of eggs over easy, toast, 1 order of bacon (extra charge) and 1 order of sausage (extra charge) and one tea ($4.50 crazy). Totally not worth it. Gave it a second chance and there won't be a third. Great concept but poorly executed. The best thing they had was good 70s, 80s music. That was the highlight.
