    Bananas foster milkshake

The milkshakes are amazing. I had the bananas foster and it was the best shake I've ever had. Definitely coming here again.

After enjoying a very filling lunch I stopped in here for some liquid dessert, in the form of a milk shake. The guy working, taking orders was very helpful and friendly. They have a large menu, loaded with all sort of amazing shakes, even some sundaes too! They also sell chocolates done in "barks." I opted for an Oreo shake that had chocolate powder added to it... it was prepared quickly and I was a happy camper.. I think I finished it within about 5 mins... it was that good! The place was nice and clean... Prices are pretty high though. But I'll definitely return!

Jake Shake! We typically are not out this way - but happened to be today - since Covid the kids like to drive to the airport - so why not grab a shake out here and make the trip extra special! Just happened to be a Jake Shake day! The staff was friend and it was not packed - which I did expect as it's so close to RMU ( now when we left - different story). The skate is so good - brownie prices - cookie and cream ice cream, whip cream , chocolate and caramel swirls, chocolate candy - oh my! Next time fried ice cream shake! Let's go Pens and keep scoring Jake!

I love love love The Milkshake Factory!!! I am So glad that that closest one is 25 minutes away or I would be there everyday. My two favorites are the chocolate covered strawberry milkshake and the s'mores milkshake. Both are amazing and you can't go wrong!

Very yummy milkshakes and good service. Expensive for shakes, but worth it. Can't believe we waited so long when they're very close to us now.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating! I really appreciating them making me a milkshake close to the (fried ice cream - +caramel) Cinnamon Toast Crunch since they were out. The location is very clean and bright. I definitely will be returning to try another milkshake. My total come out to $8.51 after tax. The milkshake it self was DELICIOUS!

This is the 5th location of the Milk Shake factory that I have visited and it did not disappoint! Known for Rivendale ice cream, all shakes are either vanilla or chocolate ice cream based. In addition to their famous shakes they sell they own candy and sometimes have specials on the candy when purchased with a particular shake. All Milk Shake factories around the city have the same menu. Following Co-Vid regulations you enter in the front and follow the directional floor indicators through the chocolates to order and pay at the register. You exit from the side door. Cards are the preferred method of payment but they also accept cash. I was here because they just unveiled their holiday seasonal shake-peppermint brownie fudge. Made from chocolate ice cream, it has brownie pieces, peppermint syrup, peppermint candy, and hot fudge. They also have their seasonal hot chocolate as well. In addition to the specials they carry their full line of basic and themed shakes. Vegan options are available and are on the ordering board. Although they have seats for indoor dining the Milk Shake factory for the time being has decided to do takeout only. Open year round, this one is located in a small strip mall near a Hilton Garden Inn on University Blvd where it meets business I 376. Plenty of parking available.

I stopped here for a quick treat one evening! The store front was very clean and I liked the atmosphere. I was greeted by the very friendly girl at the register and my milkshake was made in minutes. Highly recommend Jake's Shake! So tasty! I'll definitely be back!

My go to place for a good milkshake. There's a variety of options for everyone; there are also dairy free options as well. The customer service is good, the staff work quickly and efficiently.

I came here with my sister and her friend. It was the first time I'd ever been to a Milk Shake Factory, and it did not disappoint! I got the Fried Ice Cream Milk Shake, and it was very good! The only critique I have is that the chocolate bar they top it off with is not tasty. Other than that I loved the milkshake. The environment was great too! We placed our orders, and they immediately started making them. There's seating inside and outside the place, so we decided to sit outside. I would come back here again!

Excellent milk shake, thick, rich & creamy. I didn't appreciate being told I couldn't use cash. No where on their website or Facebook page was that stated. Very expensive also so I'm sure I won't be going very often.

My visit was on a Saturday night in May around 9:30 PM. It was not crowded at all, as we were one of a few groups there at the time. Plenty of seating options both inside and out, and we had no issue finding seating that worked for us. There was no line to order, so after taking a minute or two to look over the menu, I went to put in the order. The girls working the counter were very personable and helpful. They let me sample a few of the flavors, and were engaging in conversation with all of the customers when waiting on them. The shop had a bigger menu with some food items like pizza, appetizers, salads, and more, but we did not try any on this trip. It would be a one-stop shop for dinner and dessert to come here and eat from both the food menu and then the ice cream menu. We ordered two of the Specialty Sundaes - the Chocolate Chip Cookie and the Greek Style. Both are served with vanilla soft serve. I believe you can switch that out for a different flavor or type, but we stuck with the vanilla. The sundaes were not bad, but they were very average. The price of these were both $7.99 each before tax, and I would have thought they would be a little bigger. On the Greek Style, the baklava was in pieces crumbled over the top as opposed to a larger, singular piece. The cookie on the Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae was not an oversized one that usually comes on sundaes like that at other shops. I am not sure what kind it was, but it appeared to be something mass produced, almost like a Chips Ahoy. Again, they were not bad, but for the price and the fact that they were on the Specialty Sundae menu, I would have expected more than what we got. I thought the prices here were high for the quality and quantity of the items. I am not sure if the value was there for the prices, but I would have to determine that after visiting another time or two to see if it was a one-off or if that is how it is for everything. I enjoyed getting to try this place. It has a good atmosphere, and is probably a lively place in the summertime and when the weather is nice. I would be interested to try more of the menu on a return trip. I am not sure if I would recommend the Speciality Sundaes, but the hard ice creams that I sampled were good and worth getting if you are stopping here!
