I absolutely love the chocolate rugelach, chocolate chip cookies (best ever!), blueberry muffins, chocolate croissant, French batard bread, and sourdough bread. Cold Stone is hands down one of the best places to grab ice cream! Every time I come in, the store is spotless, and the ice cream is always fresh and delicious. What really stands out to me, though, is the team of kids who work here. They are all so professional, polite, and hardworking. While we were waiting, I could clearly hear the employees talking about me with the drive-thru window still cracked open. That was disappointing and unprofessional. The staff appeared to be very young, so this isn't meant as a personal criticism of them. However, the customer service at this location needs significant improvement.
