So happy our Tesla led us here while we stopped to charge--it turned out to be such a great find! We decided to do an olive oil tasting, and wow, the flavors were incredible. The olive oil here is absolutely amazing. After sampling a few, we settled on the Greek-inspired one, which had such a rich, delicious flavor. We also couldn't resist picking up some of their honey to take home. The owner was very nice and informative, taking the time to explain the different oils and making the experience even more enjoyable. It's always a bonus when you can learn something new while shopping. I also love that Tesla chargers are located at interesting spots like this--it makes charging more like an opportunity to explore. There are 12 charging stalls. Very clean spaces under large coverings. Ten of the spots are gravel/rock but there are two spots with paved parking if that matters to some people. It's right off the 101 in San Ardo. The store here was closed but judging from the other reviews it's an olive oil general store. There is a bathroom but you have to get in your Tesla app and hit location. There will be a code that pops up to open the bathroom. It's a single bathroom and very clean. read more

Right next to the Tesla Superchargers, this spot is an unexpected gem on a pretty quiet stretch of highway. The tasting area is casual and welcoming, and the staff are friendly without being pushy. The olive oils themselves are high quality, with fresh, crisp flavors and a great finish. I would have liked a cracker or bread or something to try it with; instead, I had to do the old finger-dip-and-taste action. It's a nice way to stretch your legs and do something a little different while your car charges. Definitely worth a quick stop to pick up a can or two for home. read more

This place is awesome if olive oil is the most important thing in your life AND you own a Tesla. Obviously those two aspects apply to everyone who wrote reviews here previously. Really what you will find here, besides a very nice olive oil farm, is a bunch of entitled Tesla drivers standing in line for the one bathroom. Or spending $$$ on boutique olive oil in the tiny gift shop. There's nothing to do here while you charge your car. Nowhere to go. Nothing to eat. Nothing to see. Came to charge our car within the ranch - yay! They were closed due to an event, but was so kind to offer me an impromptu tasting and I went home with 3 cans, 3 soaps, and scrub. This place is just the cutest thing ever! It's a Tesla supercharger station with a restroom facility but more importantly, it's also an olive oil shop and they have some of the best California grown olive oils. There are non-flavored and flavored olive oils and they offer free tasting. I like the strong grassy tastes of their non-flavored products! I usually don't like flavored ones because most of them are artificially flavored. However, they use the whole fruits in their flavored olive oils and the lemon flavor has such fresh scent to it, I became a fan right away! They also sell honey and olive oil soap. I highly recommend making a stop here to stretch your legs and get some quality olive oil products! read more

It's family owned and operated, they placed a tesla charging station on their property for convenience to their customers. We stopped here to charge our car, and while we were waiting we went into the building and tasted some of their honey. the honey is delicious and the girl there said its form the hills right outside. The only problem is it won't be easy to get more when we want more! There is one all gender bathroom for us, and about 10 Tesla chargers. It's a very small stop - there's only the chargers and the little store with olive oil, soap and honey. read more

When we arrived Thor gave us a tour of the Mill. Super interesting. We tasted several different olive oils and then blpurcuased some of each, as well as the olive oil soap. Thor then drove us up to the mesa to a beautiful spot where we parked our RV. Grandkids enjoyed the olive oil tasting, views from the mesa, wildlife and of course pancakes and bacon before we pulled out the next morning. all in all a wonderful stop and stayover. read more

We had such a nice , welcoming and informative experience with Grant whilst on a recent road trip. The oils are delicious and obviously top notch, so glad we stocked up! Absolutely no sales pressure, but obvious pride in product and production, well deserved. Grant was really gracious spending time to explain the process , the company's and his own personal career history, and we absolutely plan to revisit and stock up again. What a wonderful way to spend a quick overnight and enjoy the process of making and tasting fresh olive oil. We brought our Airstream and stayed on the property overlooking the river and valley below. Surrounded by olive trees, farm animals and a mill, we were hosted by Cindy and Greg to sample their oils and wow were we in for a treat. I don't think I have honestly ever tasted such flavourful and fresh oil other then in Italy. Helen's Blend will get a lot of use in my house for sauces. The Picual (Spanish olives) will come in handy when our tomato crop is ready for picking/slicing; just a drizzle on top and yum. Fun treat...try and make a stop here on your way to LA (101) or Paso Robles. It's more than worth the hour tour and taste. read more

What a great little spot! Greg was an excellent host! We had the opportunity to learn about olive oil, how it's made, history and more. We got to sample different types of EVOO, a completely new experience. The soap is really good too! Lastly we were able to overnight up in the hills on their vast ranch property. We felt like we had thousands of acres to ourselves. It was really amazing. Cows and wildlife all around. What an absolute gem! We stayed here as guests of the Harvest Hosts (RV) network, but will be regular customers (and friends) from now on. This working ranch and olive farm and mill just north of Paso Robles is an absolute delight! Run by the two nicest people... Greg and Cindy will make you feel like you've known each other for years. The 8,000 acre ranch has breathtaking scenery around every turn (though I admit, I don't think those sheep work very hard at all!). The olive mill is really unique and interesting (and a valuable service to the surrounding communities). I'm completely addicted now to their olive oil soap as well as the olive oil (Mandarin is my favorite -- sooooo unique!). If you happen to stay overnight (in an RV, and only through a Harvest Hosts reservation) don't miss the opportunity to dry camp out out on the ranch. The stars are amazing and Greg & Cindy often set up a fire pit for you, complete with firestarters from the output of their olive mill equipment (they really should market and sell those firestarters, too). We stayed at our first Harvest Host on the way to Morro Bay, CA. It's only an hour from our destination but we wanted to go to 43 Ranch Olive Oil and we're so glad we did. Greg and his wife Cindy are the owners and Greg gave us a lesson on the different types of olive oils, the growing and milling process and finally a tasting of their fabulous olive oils! I had my eye on this place for years. The mill was on my daily work commute for years and saw the operation grow from planting to full operational status. I had made several attempts to visit when I would travel through, but found them closed. My last attempt was successful, after looking up the phone number and making contact with Greg. I let him know that I was about 10 minutes away and he agreed to open up to accommodate us. I was so pleased that he was able to open because we were given a tour of the mill and tasted the olive oil line up. We were impressed! very smooth and packed with flavor. An awesome Harvest Host and little mill store! We stayed with the Harvest Host program. Greg and Cindy the owners were super hosts to work with, allowed us to stay anywhere on the ranch. We chose a spot up on one of the mountain tops and enjoyed a star filled evening with great valley views. All I can say is the first time I had the Picual was on a ripe avocado and it truly gave me goose bumps. It was a religious experience!
