Came to charge our car within the ranch - yay! They were closed due to an event, but was so kind to offer me an impromptu tasting and I went home with 3 cans, 3 soaps, and scrub. The olive oil aficionado was so happy! What a wonderful staff! I'd love to make a stop here anytime whether charging or not!

This place is just the cutest thing ever! It's a Tesla supercharger station with a restroom facility but more importantly, it's also an olive oil shop and they have some of the best California grown olive oils. There are non-flavored and flavored olive oils and they offer free tasting. I like the strong grassy tastes of their non-flavored products! I usually don't like flavored ones because most of them are artificially flavored. However, they use the whole fruits in their flavored olive oils and the lemon flavor has such fresh scent to it, I became a fan right away! They also sell honey and olive oil soap. I highly recommend making a stop here to stretch your legs and get some quality olive oil products!

I stopped by after the Paso Robles Mid-State Fair and was highly impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and shared a wealth of information about the olive oil the company sells. I will be returning to purchase more olive oil!

43 Ranch - a splendid surprise located in King City off the 101. We stopped to charge our car and found this amazing little olive mill farm. It's family owned and operated, they placed a tesla charging station on their property for convenience to their customers. A bathroom and picnic table is located on-site for customers only!

When we arrived Thor gave us a tour of the Mill. Super interesting. We tasted several different olive oils and then blpurcuased some of each, as well as the olive oil soap. Thor then drove us up to the mesa to a beautiful spot where we parked our RV. Grandkids enjoyed the olive oil tasting, views from the mesa, wildlife and of course pancakes and bacon before we pulled out the next morning. all in all a wonderful stop and stayover.

It's a Tesla charging station and and Oliver Oil Mill. They grow Olives around the premise and have tasting setup. Very nice stop to drop by if you are charging and can purchase some local olive oil and honey.

A place to stop and see how olive oil is processed. But some fresh soap, take some olive oil shots, or a cool new hat for your road trip. Either way it's a random place to stop and say hello to the nice folks here at the 43 Ranch. All the best guys, and have a great day!

Super cute shop with great olive oil, ice cream, and fast charging. We did a tasting and left with a few bottles of olive oil; they also make great gifts.

What a wonderful way to spend a quick overnight and enjoy the process of making and tasting fresh olive oil. We brought our Airstream and stayed on the property overlooking the river and valley below. Surrounded by olive trees, farm animals and a mill, we were hosted by Cindy and Greg to sample their oils and wow were we in for a treat. I don't think I have honestly ever tasted such flavourful and fresh oil other then in Italy. Helen's Blend will get a lot of use in my house for sauces. The Picual (Spanish olives) will come in handy when our tomato crop is ready for picking/slicing; just a drizzle on top and yum. Fun treat...try and make a stop here on your way to LA (101) or Paso Robles. It's more than worth the hour tour and taste.

It was Tuesday, and we were glad to learn that they were open. Many businesses in the Paso Robles region are only open Thursdays through Sundays. While it wasn't crowded at all when we were there, other guests came through while we were there. The pastoral country setting is a wonderful complement to sitting outside under the shelter of one of their open-sided but roofed patio areas. Lizzie took great care of us - providing the story and attributes of their various olive oils and balsamic vinegar offerings. Served with fresh bread to dip, it was a great little taste treat experience without being too heavy. There are three different flights to choose from when it comes to the back half of the tasting menu, getting into the vinegars and seasonings like truffle salt. We experienced the healthful tickle of resveratrol in some of their heartier oils, and many yummy flavor enhancements overall. Our Sweet Granddaughter did try some of the olive oil, but it's not her speed (yet), so she was happy to have some gourmet chocolate gelato from their freezer case. There is a tasting fee, but it can be waived by joining their club which offers three shipments annually. Our sister-in-law decided to sign up, so the whole group was comped on the tasting. Dear Hubby and I bought one olive oil and one balsamic and we're ready to up our healthy snacking options. Overall, it was a relaxing experience in pleasant surroundings with Lizzie doing a great job of educating us all. Bravo!

Be careful for the sweet little lady Ms. Soni, who will come to kindly offer you tastes of the various oils and balsamic & her favorite mixes of them, lol. Once you start trying things... Came in just to look and wife's eyes opened with every tasting Ms. Soni suggested, hahaha. Wife ended up buying bottles of this and that. At checkout, I told Ms. Soni that I will be warning people about her, cause once you try her suggestions, you will surely covet the discoveries. She's a great, zero pressure sales master that knows her products! Even I managed to lock my eyes onto a Medusa, a jar of bleu cheese stuffed olives! In vermouth no less! Can't stand the olives in markets with oil in them, so this froze me at the thought to putting in my dirty martini, so it got added to the bag, lol. Trying the bleu cheese olives at home in martini, I think they are good and delicious, but too salty. Maybe I need to dunk the olives in water to get some salt out of it to make it better. Otherwise, delicious addition to the martini! And the joys of having bleu cheese olives at home made me think I may try stuffing myself when I finish this bottle, so this is a place for discovery and ideas to come alive by visiting! Not sure on all the other products wife got, seems she's been quietly using on her salads and what not:)

Although it didn't have as much of that ambrosia apple that I was expecting, it was still quite good nonetheless and I picked up one bottle. I'd say overall, I found Baker & Olive vinegars (down in SoCal) to be more flavorful and true, but this place does shine in their "25 Star" 25-year aged balsamic offering, which definitely lets this shop stand out among their peers. The 25 Star is a must try, pours a dark, rich honey like texture and tastes like blackberry and red fruit with an ultra-long honey finish. I also picked up some Haskap berry elixir mix which I was really excited by. Haskap berries I had never heard of prior to visiting this shop and they apparently contain large amounts of natural antioxidants/anthocyanins which are incredible for health. I had previously been consuming elderberries and wild blueberries which are also high in antioxidants and was delighted to find yet another natural berry source for those. The olive oils there are also quite nice -- although I was not looking for olive oils that day in particular I would return to pick up a bottle the next time I am in the area. They have so many different varietals and even do interesting stuff like Butter Olive Oil (there is no actual butter contained -- the flavor is due to the addition of some kind of nutritional yeast). Looking forward to my next trip back!!! Do check out the rest of Carmel Valley as well, it's a beautiful locale and I caught the golden hour right around 4 pm which made for some unforgettable sun-kissed sights along the drive into the valley.
