Took my mom here yesterday. The server was very cautious about his mask and very nice. Had a chicken sandwich, sampler, and surf and turf ( steak bites and shrimp). The steak bites were very generous, but if you want medium ask for rare, if you want well done ask for medium and ask for juice on the side just in case. It was a nice setup outside. The only confusing thing was that this morning the bank was charged for only the bill and not the tip, hopefully it was just an oversight but I hope the tip wasn't excluded. if i could give this no stars i would. it is a complete joke. i am 49 yoa, last night i went there with 2 friends both 44 yoa to grab a bite and a few drinks. we sat at a table order dinner(which was less then average) and 2 mix drinks while we ate. we were then flagged and kicked out of our table. WHAT? we were not obnoxious loud unruly or rude. why serve us any drinks if u flag us after havin 2 in over 2 hours. This place is a dump, the bathrooms are way too small and disgusting. I used to come here a lot but have not been here in long time because number one the parking lot is a mess and because I tripped in a pothole before entering the premises I was told I had to leave because I stumbled in the parking lot .... oh wait this was after I ordered a drink and paid for it ! We had friends come down from New York & they wanted to go to a place that had Quick Draw and am I glad they did! Not many places in our area have this new Lotto game, so we chose The Miracle Pub. This place looks like nothing from the outside but once you go into it you cannot believe your eyes! A beautiful & very long bar and several tables. It was a Saturday so the place was crowded. We sat at a high table near the Quick Draw screen, which was great. It's a Sports Bar so there were plenty of TVs with an assortment of games on. Our waitress, Katie, was great. Very friendly & efficient. The menu was extensive, the beer was ice cold and all 4 meals were delicious! This will be our go-to pub in the future. Try it out, you won't regret it. read more

When the new owner took over several years ago, the food was spot on, drinks were cheap and the crowds were minimal. They also had nightly entertainment and the staff treated the regulars like family with the occasional comp. Fast forward almost ten years and things have changed quite a bit. The prices of drinks have about doubled during happy hour, the food is marginal and pricy and the staff turnover rate is high. As far as entertainment, there are plenty of big screens, a jukebox, and karaoke on the weekends. Also, they have a weird music policy that doesn't allow jukebox use so, they are often lacking background music making a dull environment. read more

After living in the Toms River area for MANY years, I recently had my first meal ever (lunch) here... I expected kind of a "dive".. But what a nice surprise!! This place reminds me of the neighborhood bar/ restaurants I enjoyed when living on the upper east side of Manhattan many years ago.. I've always heard they had good burgers, & the bacon cheddar burger I ordered was outstanding--so juicy & delicious, & cooked perfectly (medium-rare).. I ate less than half & had the rest for breakfast the next day, still juicy & delish!! My friend had the clam chowder & half grilled cheese plate--soup was so tasty with big chunks of vegetables & clams, seasoned perfectly... & even the grilled cheese was unusually tasty & large.. also good the next day ... So I took my husband there for lunch Sunday afternoon.. it was very busy, but the service was terrific, food was excellent & it was a fun place to eat-- lots of choices from appetizers, sandwiches & full course meals..and very reasonable prices.. and immaculately clean.. The Miracle Pub is now on my list of favorites!! read more

Dive bar not worth going to. Food is nothing to speak of and except for a few flat screens nothing redeeming about this dirty place. Oh and don't talk politics because if you don't agree with their point of view you get forcefully removed as I have seen happen to a patron there recently. I've been going to this place for a very long time I go almost every two weeks for lunch today I went with my mother for lunch she ordered the drunken shrimp fried which is on the menu the manager came over and told her it only comes grilled and he would make it that way for her she was not pleased but agreed she did not like the grilled at all we asked to see the manager and he said well it's not on my menu that way I replied yes it is he went and got a menu laughed and said oh yes it is that's a typo he said he would take 50% off the bill my mother did not eat the meal other than one shrimp I told him I felt he should comp it he said he didn't feel that way and proceeded to get very nasty he finally agreed he said to shut me up I will not be going back there again the waitress was wonderful and so apologetic this was not her fault but as a manager myself I can tell you you do not treat customers the way he did beware do not visit this place of business! read more

When my boss told me to schedule a brainstorming meeting at the best dive in town, only one place came to mind. I was a little worried because I didn't really know how taking the CEO of my company and a few of my new co workers to Miracle would turn out. I must say it was a perfect experience. We were sat at a table almost immediately, even though it was a pretty packed Thursday night. Our server zach, couldn't have been any more charming. He never left anyone with a dry beer and managed to get the food out correctly and quickly even though people arrived at staggered times. Gotta love the Miracle Pub. I have to admit when you first look at the place from the outside it looks like a shady joint. Let me assure you it is not! Once you get inside your opinion will change. This is probably the cheapest place to eat and drink in Toms River. The food is amazing and the drink specials are dirt cheap. The servers are fast and friendly. After 20 minutes of checking my ID, supplying multiple forms of ID, including my credit card, they refused to serve me because they thought my ID was fake just because my hair was dyed. Not a bad place for lunch but I wouldn't eat dinner here. It's not a pub atmosphere at all.. its a bar. The wings are good, the popcorn is nice and salty and for the most part the staff is polite. It's better to sit at the tables then at the bar. The bartenders tend to take care of all the locals first. If you sit at the tables the waitress will take care of you quicker. read more

Bartender Kenny (bald, red beard) is a rude/nasty individual. we came in for my friends birthday looking to spend some money and have fun. it was decently crowded (nothing to brag about) and there were 3 seats available... one of the apparent "regulars" was sitting sideways sort of leaning into the adjacent seat. my friend simply asked him if he could scoot over so we could all fit comfortably. apparently these were the bartenders friends. obviously the bartender was siding with them and they refused to serve her and we left after 1/2 a drink ... rediculous and unprofessional. i work in bars myself and no matter what i would never let new customers feel uncomfortable. 3 older guys against 2 young girls ? kinda fucked up if you ask me ... but then again it's the miracle bar in down to toms river so what can you expect? the scum of the town ... the bottom of the totem poll ... the trash bags ‍ oh well read more

I ordered 6 Wings.. all flats well done, originally they couldn't do It.. but then the girl came back out and said they will for a small order. YES IT USED TO BE A DUMP, BUT NO LONGER. It is a chill spot to hang out. It can get pretty packed if you are going on a night when there is sports going on... Parking is a shared with the plaza across the lot and it has been known to fill up completely on occasion if you don't get there early. The bar pies are classic thin crust style and pretty good. My bf loves the burgers. I can't vouch for the other food as of yet, but I've heard positive things. Yes, it is still pretty small as a venue. Yes, it has a liquor store attached to the side of it. So it definitely gives off the vibe of a hole-in-the-wall place to have a lot of fun. I'm just glad that the ambiance is also that it's well-maintained, with good food, great drink specials, and people my age. read more
