Quick meet up for dinner. Our first visit. We started with Table Side Guacamole. Fresh and flavorful great start. Our entrees were Sallito - Chili Relleno, Enchiladas and a Taco. I ordered the fish soup with fish and shrimp. All of our food was good. The service was very good.

The waitstaff was super friendly. Atmosphere is a bit dark and the booths were nice. Molcajete was very flavorful and the warm salsa hot. The shrimp fajitas were a little bland.

Fantastic fried whole tilapia! I've cold beer! Perfection!!

It's not exactly in the very best part of Camp Bowie Boulevard and it's not exactly the most beautiful restaurant you'll see on the West side. But if you're in the mood for a great Mexican seafood, I don't think there is any place in the metroplex that does it any better. I usually order the whole fried tilapia, and it looks like about a 3 pound fish. It comes perfectly fried all the way through, head, tail, the whole fish! Serve with salad, fries, and absolutely delicious Mexican rice. I've been eating fish all my life, and I've never had a better tasting chunk of fish than this beautiful whole Mojarra! Very clean place, nice bar with 3 big screen sports channels. What's not to love about Cancun?

Tried this place for the first time. I think I'm going to become a regular. Super friendly staff. They bring free chips and salsa. Kept us happy. The pricing was expected for tacos. Under $11 for 5 tacos. They were good. Served with cilantro and chop onions. We also got the flaming cheese appetizer. Basically it's thick cheese ( I think it was mozzarella) with chorizo. They pour rum on top and light it to melt the cheese. It's done table side and served with flour tortillas. Super thick and heavy. Chew well. You will need 4 people to finish it. My husband and I could only finish half. This was $10. They have chicken strips on the kids menu which is perfect for my picky eaters.

Food isn't bad decent but portions are very small for the price. They did not have everything you see in the menu

Fantastic choice! The menu is very "urban hipster" vibes. Plenty of burgers, lots of fun appetizers, charcuterie, one of my friends has some dietary restrictions and they were easily able to accommodate her needs which made us all very happy. This spot has a great bar in the front, and a smaller bar in the rear of the place. Outdoor seating as well as covered seating. Plenty of shade as well which will serve their patrons nicely in the coming Texas summer months. This is also a dog friendly dining spot, plenty of people were there with some amazing canine companions (always ask before you pet a strangers pup, it's just polite and courteous. Almost no one says No!). Assuming you don't have a dog allergy, this will hopefully be a feature. There is a relatively new apartment complex across the street and I get the feeling a lot of the people stopping in were regulars who bring in their dogs during walkies and grab a bite before heading back home, but that is just pure conjecture on my part. Either way, it was a fun inviting atmosphere. The music was nice, not too loud for my old man ears to enjoy but still present enough to be part of the evening without being intrusive. Staff was very nice, helpful, friendly, etc. Everything one would expect from a fine Texas eatery. Lots of spicier options on the menu if you're into that, but by no means anything overpowering. My guess is the owner has stock in some jalapeno growers farm somewhere and the food is all the better for it! If you're in the area already or if you're thinking of branching out for a nice new burger spot, this place is great and I will be returning. I live nearby so it'll likely become part of the regular rotation for us in the coming months. We are spoiled for choice in this area when it comes to good burgers being close to Grumps, close to Kincaid's, and close to Tommy's up on Camp Bowie. But this place competes on good burgers and if you're looking for a fun hangout atmosphere, you'd be hard pressed to find better. Easily recommended! Give them a try, I don't think you'll regret it! Cheers!

None of our meals disappointed us and we left very satisfied by the experience. Memories for a lifetime! While it was a lovely experience in a stunning environment, it fell a bit short of the high bar you'd expect for a $95/pp tea service. The Good: First and foremost, the environment is absolutely beautiful. The Bowie House, Bricks & Horses restaurant, and the Mulberry Room itself are gorgeously decorated with a sophisticated Texas Western theme. The atmosphere in the Mulberry library is intimate and visually striking. Additionally, the service was excellent from start to finish, being both attentive and professional. The food portions are quite generous, with both the savories and sweets served together on a single tower. The sweets were the highlight of the food, as they were very delicious and surprisingly large. We also really enjoyed the tea selections themselves, particularly the Earl Grey and the plum rooibos. The Letdowns: Unfortunately, a few details missed the mark, especially considering the premium price point: - The "Champagne": The experience is advertised as including a glass of Champagne, but we were actually served Prosecco. At nearly $100 a person, substituting Prosecco for real Champagne or Cremant is a major disappointment. - The Tea Service: Instead of receiving a teapot to enjoy throughout the afternoon, the tea is steeped directly in the cup. This limits you to a single cup per tea variety, though to be fair, I didn't ask if refills were an option. - Food Refinement: While the portions were large and the savories were tasty, they lacked the elegance of a traditional tea. Every savory option was open-faced and heavily blanketed in microgreens and edible flowers, which felt a bit unrefined. - Comfort & Conversation: The Mulberry library features low couches, deep chairs, and coffee tables. While this setup would be absolutely perfect for relaxing with a glass of whiskey, it makes leaning over to eat finger foods highly uncomfortable. Furthermore, the seating layout isn't ideal for holding a natural conversation with the people in your party. Overall: It is a nice experience in a breathtaking Fort Worth hotel, but I'm not sure I would return. If the price point were lower, the execution would make more sense. However, given the other highly refined afternoon tea options available across DFW for less money, this one doesn't quite live up to its price tag.

Especially with a bill over $400 for just two people. The Wagyu ribeye was very bland and it was not tender at all. I never use steak sauce when I go out to eat. But I needed it that night. It was also the toughest Wagyu that I ever had. The Shrimp smelled very fishy so we didn't even eat it. The Brussel sprouts were good. I also tried the Lamb Ragu. It was bland as well but adding some salt helped. I commonly fine dine. And this was my worst fine dining experience as far as food thus far.
