They are also not inexpensive, so if you need some deep cleaning and other services - they'll do a great job for you -- but it will cost you some bank. We currently have 5 year old carpet that I called them to clean. Over the phone we discussed what areas were needed -- they still have measurements and rooms recorded from our first visit - so I simply had to confirm what areas were to be cleaned. I was pleased to learn they also do non-carpeted floor and countertop cleaning now, too, though we didn't schedule that. We set up an appointment and the team (3 people!) arrived promptly. They identified areas that needed some deeper cleaning (bad dog!) and we agreed on the services and pricing. The team brought in tarps to cover our floor, used booties so they didn't track anything in, and had corner guards to protect our walls from getting messed up. They also showed considerable knowledge of construction materials and advised us on the best care for the carpet and how they would approach the cleaning so as not to damage our baseboards. In short, they did a great job on our carpets (as always.) I highly recommend Mr. Peabody's!

Mr Peabody's sent an estimator who then had one of their technicians check the job out. The tech was really thorough and made suggestions I had not considered. The following week we got the quote for the job which was more than I anticipated. We accepted the quote and scheduled the job. Trenton, who was the tech that scoped out the job previously showed up on time and proceeded to build a room in the kitchen to contain the dust from cutting the stone. He removed material from three sides of the opening and the new cook top fit perfectly. He then cleaned everything up so our kitchen was stone dust free. When he was all done, he waited for me to do the final prep of the cook top and help me put it in place. A true professional company, and well worth the cost!

The communication ahead of time was excellent, with several reminders through text that they would be coming and what time. They even showed up 15 mins early! But when they said they were done cleaning, it wasn't actually done. There was still stuff all over the floor in many parts of the kitchen and dining room, which is where I specified I wanted the most attention paid. The hutch/cabinet in the dining room wasn't dusted at all, nor were the baseboards. In the bathroom, I know they worked on the tub bc I heard/saw them, but there are still dirt lines from the bottom of the mat, and there was little pieces of trash or something on top of the drain. The floor under/behind the toilet wasn't touched, or if it was, just as a quick once over. There might be more to note, but I havent taken a super close look at other spots yet. Price was relatively cheap, but I think I definitely got what I paid for. In a pinch I would use them again, but might not be my first choice.

So I like that they were mindful of that. I did tell them that my bathroom needed some deep cleaning after a family member moved out. I am happy with the results and they did suggested what other renovation I needed to do, did not pressure for the fix on the damaged walls and caulking. The price is very reasonable. A staff of 3 came at the appointment time and finished within 3 hours. Overall they did a good job. Most of the areas they cleaned were done well. They did miss some of the instructions I gave Sandra, so I don't know if the staff got the memo. When I reported that to Sandra, she just apologized and didn't offer to rectify. They also worked around my pet areas, which I thought felt kind of half a$$. So like half the wall was cleaned. A few minor things were thrown away, so I needed to buy replacements, which was a little annoying. Like others mentioned in their reviews, they didn't put things back the way they were. If that bothers you, don't go with these folks cuz it will drive you crazy. Price is relatively cheap I think, so maybe I got what I paid for. Not sure if I'll use them again.

Overall, they did alright but there were some frustrating things during each of the cleanings; some consistent and others just negligent. Summary: - They don't help with organizing. So I end up having to clean up after the cleaners leave to put everything back. - They don't put things back where they were. (e.g. we have child locks around and I spent half the day after the first cleaning searching for the key) - They rush through the cleanings (e.g. forget to empty the trash bins in the kitchen, unhook ceiling vents to clean them but don't hook them back in, left some dirty rags in the bathroom, wipe the floors but if there's anything sticky like a piece of candy they just leave it...and the worst was putting non-oven-safe pans in the oven and accidentally turning the oven on while cleaning) - If they need help with cleaning something, they don't bother asking. They just don't clean it. For example, our diaper pail is a little tricky to remove the garbage bag. They've never asked me how to remove it. So I ended up just putting it in the main trash bin before they arrived so they can take it out. - After the first deep cleaning, I asked what they could help with cleaning regularly and they let me know what they can/can't do. Yet every regular cleaning, they always forgot something that we had agreed they could take care of. There's something about cleaning up after the cleaners leave that just doesn't seem right. So after the 3rd regular cleaning, we decided to part ways. If you're looking for a cleaner that will do a thorough job, communicate honestly with you, and be thoughtful and respectful of your home, I'm not confident this is it.
