When I moved into my new apartment, I was excited to see a cleaning service vehicle a block away. I looked up luv2cln online and they were quick to respond and schedule a visit for a quote. My two-bedroom two-bath got a one time clean quote of $120 and a bi-weekly clean quote of $75. The woman who came for the initial quote was super friendly and nice. It took multiple phone calls back and forth to schedule a one time cleaning. The original woman wasn't at work one day so I scheduled with someone else who clearly never communicated with the original woman. Luckily, she called to see when I wanted to schedule my appointment and I told her I supposedly already had one scheduled and she managed to squeeze it in. The cleaning was fine. Nothing spectacular but a good job and one I would be happy to have on a regular schedule. So one would think I would get a follow up call? There was a follow up call weeks later, a voicemail. It included me not having paid a bill I had never received. I tried calling back and got to leave a voicemail of my own. That was never responded to. Maybe the bill got lost in the mail? So a month later I call because at this point I am concerned I have some bill that is going unpaid. I speak to billing and we get the bill settled. They claim it was mailed and I have no reason to doubt them. I never received it but hey no worries, I have a service done so I need to pay. I then get transferred to another woman (not the original one but yet someone else) to speak to her about scheduling a regular cleaning. Because despite all that has happened, I see where it could possibly be a couple of mistakes and hey, we all make them. She says she will call me back to schedule an appointment. That was a week ago. I am not looking for a new service since I haven't heard from them and I shouldn't have to hunt down a company that clearly does not want my business. read more

I just got a cleaning from them this Wednesday for 1.5 hour for $275.00 for my 1100 sf house. Two bathrooms, one bedroom, kitchen and I asked to have them clean only one bedroom because my dogs were in the second bedroom. They cleaned the whole house in an hour and half so you can imagine that there wasn't too much that needed to be done on the first time visit. The cleaning was good but I feel kinda raped so I am likely not going to use them again. They quoted me $150.00 for once a month cleaning which I declined to continue. read more

They were prompt, courteous, friendly and hard working. They did a great job! I received pre-appointment confirmation call as well as updates of arrival status. Cleaning Services has been very helpful and obliging with all my issues--for example, we have a lot of oriental rugs that need to be vacuumed gently w/ no vacuum brushes--their vacuums don't have this option but the gals eagerly used my Miele vacuum for these rugs and their heavy-duty vacs for the wall-to-wall carpet. I am often at home when they clean and have seen personally that they function like "a well oiled machine." Each takes their assigned zone in the house and gets the cleaning, dusting and vacuuming all done in 90 minutes. We have had the occasional scheduling snafu or broken item over the years, but when this happens we always get a rapid response from the company or the team. Some of them spend a lot of time and clean your house thoroughly, while others are just rushing to finish. In fact, they rush so much that they might break something, which they did in our home... It took many phone calls & managers to try to get this damage paid for, to no avail. They would not take responsibility for the damage & never offered to pay for it. For this reason, we fired them. I have used this service for many years. They are very good at what they do and are very reliable. They ask on an ongoing basis: " How was your service? Is there anything we can do better." I feel very comfortable with them in my house and bring up any issues if need be. My floors, my bathrooms, the kitchen are sparkling when I get home. Let me tell you...when you come home from a long day and work and you open the door and the house is CLEAN, there are vacuum lines in the carpet...it doesn't get much better. Sometimes it is for a full "move out" cleaning and they do inside the drawers and cupboards, refrigerator and ovens and other times it is just a spring cleaning to get it on the market to sell. They have cleaned windows and carpets for me as well. They follow up with a call after every service to see if I am satisfied. We have a 110 year old Victorian that can make cleaning interesting. Which is why we have been looking for some one else to clean! We have tried 2 other services that were ok, but just not what we were looking for. Our daughter-in-law seemed very pleased with Luv2Cln, so we decided to give them a try. From the first interaction by email to meeting Carrie in person to give us a quote we were impressed with the professionalism, friendliness & knowledge she demonstrated. We had a "spring" cleaning done first which was excellent. They currently clean bi-weekly and are on our 6th cleaning. They do a very thorough job, the house always looks great. Don't know what products they use, but everything just seems cleaner & more dust free than previous services. There have been a few minor issues which were addressed quickly. We recently had our carpet in the entry way/hallway replaced with flooring. Although the installer did a good job cleaning up and I also cleaned after him it always takes multiple cleanings to get all the dust/dirt created. I made a request to do a little extra cleaning. When we got home (thought we allowed enough time for them to be gone) they were still there! They were on their 3 pass of cleaning the floor! Very impressed and it looked great. I love that you can use email to communicate any issues or needs. Carrie is so responsive and always positive. I love that they take credit cards and keep in on file to just bill after each cleaning. No more writing checks! I would give the cleaning and customer service a 5. Why did I rate them a 4. We have a set day for cleaning, but a variable time....in the afternoon. We can call/email night before/day of to get a more precise time, but it would be nice if we had a more specific time. If we worked it wouldn't be an issue, but we are retired and prefer to be away when they clean, so having to check on times each cleaning is a small inconvenience. Also, they are a bit pricey, but easier to swallow due to the outstanding customer service and quality of cleaning. read more
