I wouldn't even give this place one star. They have HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! my mom went in for a simple refill and the guy refused to do what she requested. He wouldn't do a refill on my mom and kept pressuring to get a brand new set when she didn't need one. When my mom asked for the reason for him to refused doing a refill on her his reply was "you have ugly nails " like really !!! What kind of customer service is that !! If I were you I would save my money and take it somewhere else and on top of that they were trying to over charge her. I understand they don't have that many customers but it's becuase of their bad service ! And that doesn't mean you get to treat people like shit!!! read more

My daughter and I went in for services a Medi/Pedi for me Pedi and Powder SNS dip for my daughter. There was a long wait at the pedicure chair then we both received the worst overpriced pedicure I've ever had. Let me start off by saying I don't live here. I live in Wisconsin and was just visiting a friend. I was going out that night and I looked at how disheveled my nails looked so I searched the nearest salon with the best reviews. This place popped up and was literally across the street from where I was eating food at. I came in at 6:51PM for a full acrylic set and they close at 8PM, but got me a seat immediately. They didn't even ask what color I wanted. They literally just told me to take a seat and began putting the nails on, which I absolutely love the idea of because it gave me ample time to think about what color I wanted and saved us both time at the end. I picked white because, why not? I forgot who my tech was but she did an amazing job for the time she did it for, she made sure the length & shape matched per nail and was very focused. On top of all this the total for the set came out to $28 and mind you, I requested the coffin shape which was a $5 upcharge. The staff there was all very friendly and bubbly and involved! 2 stars for the pedicure-- nails are just not they're thing. The shaping is terrible and they are not creative. I feel like they are just there for the money and don't really have a passion for the art. That's disappointing. After I didn't like my nails they took off the paint and still made me pay for the service. Luckily I went to a nice nail spa down the street and the lady there saved the day. This place is horrible...HORRIBLE! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I was really excited when I found this place a few months ago and finally decided to give them a try today. It was a huge disaster. They are so understaffed and disorganized and hop from one customer to the next which is really rude and unsanitary. While waiting for the gel to be removed from my nails (which were not wrapped in the typical foil and cotton balls; instead my fingers were left to soak in a bowl of acetone) 5 people must've walked in and kept being told 15-20 mins. They would return and would be asked again to come back in 15 mins. I ended up leaving halfway through the session because I couldn't handle it anymore. If I had stayed any longer, I might've seriously had a panic attack! Also, a gel manicure cost more here ($35) than at my regular go to salon ($32) and they don't even offer paraffin wax because "there isn't enough room!" read more

Brand new place in the shopping center. Everything is clean and new. They offer drinks in the fridge you can grab the drink of your choice. They have many color selections of OPI. I didn't find low quality nail polish at all. My technician dug my in-growing toenail well. Also right now, they have grand opening special of 20% service. Update: Kathy no longer works here so I will have to find a new salon. The guy does a good job but there is no organization here. I came in today for a pedicure and waited 40 minutes before leaving. They are severely understaffed and there's no check-in system. People who come in after you will be serviced first due to the lack of organization. read more

i came here bc if their 20% off promotion but it honestly wasn't worth it. i called asking if i could walk in to get full set acrylics and they told me yes. when i went, every technician was busy. i ended up waiting 35 mins before i got started (which wasn't too big of a deal since i didn't have an appointment) i showed the technician a picture of what i wanted and asked for very short and natural looking acrylics. i also asked that my natural nails be cut down enough so that they don't stick up from under the acrylic. she didn't cut down my nails enough like i asked and my acrylics turned out extremely square bulky and just chunky looking. it didn't look good at all. i kept them on for 4 days and ended up going to a salon to get them removed bc they looked so bad. i also didn't like that they were only offering complimentary drinks to some customers and not all. i wasn't offered anything. an hour into my service, a girl next to me got a free drink so i had to ask for one. overall it wasn't a great experience and i don't think i'll be coming back. read more

Very Bad Customer Service! First of its tiny in there and the wait is too long. Whoever the older Chinese lady you can tell she's talking about you in her language. I feel as though they're prejudice as well. She caused a scene when my 3 year old niece held a nail polish! Stopped working on her client to come approach us, came over raising her voice! She said she doesn't have time to clean it up if it drops, so my sister confronted her and let it slide the first time. But then the lady comes over a SECOND time from her client and tries take the nail polish from us and said "she'll hold them for us". We simply told her to take them all back,proceeded to leave, and took our money else where! You don't treat customers like that at all. If I were you I would stay away from this place. read more

I was tagging along with my sister and her friend for a manicure today. Her friend sweared by this place so i though i'd give it a try. The lady who did my nails cut my skin open on three individual nails and they bled.. They were in piercing pain the whole entire time. The manicure itself came out well, but she didn't even bother to ask what shape i wanted and didn't go over with acetone to clean up mistakes (even though there weren't many). The only reason i'm giving three stars is because my sister and her friend didn't have any issues, and i was told the lady i got (who seemed to be the oldest working) was the worst working there. My nails...actually look OK. That being said, this is one of the worst salons I have ever visited and I will definitely never come here again. I was not acknowledged for almost five minutes after entering and had to wait for nearly 45 minutes (I was a walk in, so I expected a wait, but I think that amount of time is excessive. I was not told how long the wait was and for a place that advertises 'free snacks!' I was not offered a drink or anything else). My technician was incredibly rude. Did not even say "hi" or "how are you" but talked loudly to one of her friends throughout my manicure - not relaxing. Every time she finished with one of my hands, she aggressively shoved it away and my massage lasted all of 10 seconds and was awful. She acted like she hated me and her job. I'm sorry but if I am visiting a so called SPA I expect at least basic politeness and courtesy. Finally, this "spa" was (in my opinion) dirty. There were towels strewn on the floor and the table I was told to sit at had remnants of someone else's acrylics, which was gross. As stated above, I will never come here again and would highly recommend getting your nails done ANYWHERE else. read more
