Upon walking in, there were a lot of boxes around... I don't know if they don't have a proper storage area or if they just got a delivery that day. To the left is the counter to order, refrigerators with drinks, desserts and a couple other items and about 4 tables for eating in. There were two tables outside. The menu consists of salads, wraps and sandwiches. My friend and I both ordered wraps; mine was turkey with cheese, lettuce and avocado, hers was cranberry walnut chicken salad. They were good, but nothing to write home about. The chicken salad was very mayo-y and we found it kind of weird that the cranberries and walnuts were just in the wrap, not actually mixed in with the chicken. Each wrap came with a pickle, and for me, that was the star of the show. It was dilly and crunchy and not too salty. The staff was super friendly. Terrible service. Me and my girlfriend arrived with some friends, our friends ordered food after we did and received all of their stuff before we got anything. The first thing received was the cupcake we ordered and we were waiting on 1 sandwich and two drinks for 30 minutes and it turns out they never turned on their espresso machine. Would have been nice to know 20 minutes before. The staff did not contact the manager in a timely manner forcing me to late to work. Do not go here unless you wanna wait 30 minutes and then end up leaving before you even get your drinks. Worst experience ever -5 stars read more

I ordered a salad. Pretty simple, yes? The Southwest Salad to be exact. I paid over $2 each for extra Onions and for kalamata olives and avocados, making this salad pretty spendy. I had my hopes. We (group of 4) were in Laconia for a bike ride and decided to grab lunch - this place popped up on a search so we decided to give it a try. Good food, rude staff. Was ordering and cut me off to say "I'm not ready" I told him my order and told him about my nut allergy because it says to tell staff about any food allergies and he cuts me off and said "there's no peanuts in it" almost talking down to me. very rude to other customers. Not to mention my food allergy causes me to become anaphylactic and he brushed it off. Won't come back because of this experience. read more
