Popped in for a late lunch, a bit warm inside but we cracked a window. Service was fast, good choices for drinks. The white sangria and the Mac and cheese bites were the stars of the show.

New $4 price on Slighty Stoopid Burger

I love this place and they have great food but after going online and seeing what was a $14 burger last summer being moved to $18 this summer something feels very off. If I got a couple patties or fries for $18 I'd feel like there's a stronger value, but as noted in my previous review years ago the price was already high enough compared to local options. It honestly feels like they accidentally wrote $18 because I can't wrap my head around the significant price increase. I'll update my review if I'm wrong or if they change it.

We went to Surfside after hiking Gunstock, and we were very hungry. We were seated right away outside, which has a cool, laid-back vibe. Inside was open and had A/C, but the deck just felt right after the hike. We started with the buffalo cauliflower and it was excellent. I ordered a Tubular IPA in a fun can, but unfortunately it was over a year old and tasted off--that was disappointing. The Silverback Burger was actually really good, though a bit pricey considering fries aren't included. My wife had the California burrito and really enjoyed it. We also got the half-and-half fries and onion rings--just okay, and definitely overpriced for what they were. Service was mixed: our waitress was attentive at first, but forgot to bring my wife another soda. That said, when we accidentally left our food behind, she saved it for us, which I really appreciated. Overall, food was tasty but on the expensive side, service was good but not great, and the expired beer left a bad impression.

Surfside Burger Bar is one of the most fun places to be in the summer at Lake Winnie. Period. Great food, vibes, and beverages - shitty parking. just because it's always busy and hopping!! They are one location I know has more tables than hands working, nothing bad about it - as the service is beyond smiles. Our gem waitress was delightful and conversational, very energetic and fun!!! Love going there and hanging out in the open air tropical, might be in Hawaii vibe. Definitely a great spot for outdoor energetic people and atmosphere!! Stoopid sauce is spicy, you are warned, it's good but has a kick!!

Amazing place with great food! They also had live music which was nice. The slightly stoopid burger was delicious

Went on a Saturday, wanted to sit in the igloo.. but they said it was a 20 min wait, some were empty as well but ok. So we waited and about 15 mins later seated us in the tiny bar area! Our waitress was awesome ( not the first girl we encountered she was rude) we ordered And we all enjoyed the food , had the fried chicken aoili cilantro lime chicken sandwich , and a cali burrito & a child's cheeseburger. Place is cute but very small and has a beach vibe. Prices were kinda high.

Excellent! so when we had an appointment in Laconia I was looking forward to the rich full bodied Americano decaf we always get. I added a bit of half n half and tasted. Found them to be luke warm, and also weak as dish water. I think the cool temp of the brewing water prevented the coffee beans from giving up their flavor. I brought back to the counter where the barista warmed them w the frother. btw, no apology. I thought I could drink it but it was awful. So I asked for a splash of regular coffee to be added thinking that might fix the weak flavor. She told me she'd have to charge me for a small coffee. Really? Didn't I already spend almost $5 on this bad coffee? So, that was it, I declined the additional cost and left it on the table. My husband brought his home where he promptly threw it away.

We almost couldn't hear each other across a small table. Decent wine list. They had a Prisoner Chardonnay $14 and Unshackled Cabernet Sauvignon $13. I got an Oberon Sauvignon Blanc for $10. The crab cake appetizer for $18 came with two burger-sized crab cakes, a peach salsa that was the star of the show, and a dill remoulade sauce. Enough to share. However, the texture was like moist breadcrumbs, similar to falafel, and we saw no crabmeat. It was seasoned to taste like seafood, but the crab didn't show up to the party. My husband got the Tuscan filet for $43 and said it was tender but not medium rare as he ordered. It was definitely medium. I got the seafood saffron for $32 that came with two medium sized scallops, 3-4 medium shrimp and a few small pieces of lobster. I saw a few shorts threads of saffron but the sauce was sweet! Not coconut sweet, but sugary sweet. I thought it would be sherry based like a light Newburgh sauce, but no. I'm not keen on sweet seafood. I thought a lemon or sherry based light sauce would have complimented the scallops and lobster better. Sorry Breeze kitchen staff. I have to be honest, but hopefully kind. The food was plated beautifully. You set out cloth napkins. But we can't see coming back for a long while. That was our anniversary dinner. $137.91 plus tip. Swing and a miss.

My sandwich was made to order and ready in about 10 minutes. The big sub sandwich was cut and wrapped in halves and boxed up to go.
