They are essentially a "Task Rabbit" for network & telecom services operating out of a Florida Boiler Room. They use high-pressure tactics, pre-charge your credit card, and anyhow get whatever random person in your area to show up. There is no guarantee the person assigned to your task is qualified, or has the proper training AND equipment ( very important). I was duped by their ad on Craigslist thinking it was a local outfit. The fact that they flooded every CL region with their postings should have alerted me. When calling, I inquired about the ownership and their location. They were evasive, but I figured it was a "small", local business, so I would take a chance on them. I could not have been more wrong! They have a slew of telemarketers & sales people answering phones & taking calls from all over the USA duping people out of a Florida operation. In any case, they send some guy to do the work I had requested. The person was nice enough, but he did not have any of the equipment to do the work. On top of that, I was given a three-hour window for the tech's arrival. The person was way late. It was already too dark for the required outside work & he did not have the proper equipment. I felt bad for the guy, and since he was already there, I had him do some minor work. He told me he only got paid a few bucks for showing up as an "independent contractor." I then get a crazy expensive bill from YFNCG Inc. way above what I had been quoted and way in excess of any work done. On top of that, I was told that any work above the initial quote would be negotiated between the client and me. This was not true. I was deceived and overcharged...and coincidentally charged just two dollars under the California State Contractor licensing requirement. I don't recommend using this outfit. Hire a local, licensed contractor. You are going to pay either way, don't try to save money using these people. You might get lucky like some other posters here. But if you are not, good luck dealing with a Florida company flouting California contactor laws and ripping-off the consumer ..and also, apparently their sub- contractors. read more

Called about having a tech come & see what went wrong on a Cat6 run of about 50'. They quoted $200. They made an appointment & asked for a credit card to "preauthorize." No worries. A minute later, an alert comes up on my phone for a $600 charge!!! When I call to cancel, they refused to cancel for 5min while she tried to convince me not to cancel...that the $600 was only a preauthorization...and "it will probably be less than that." I searched around for a company that could mount my security cameras and run the ethernet cabling back to my patch panel. These people said that that is what they did and they knew what they were doing. Well, they didn't know what they were doing. They charged me five times the original estimate, broke my equipment and did the most unprofessional job I have ever encountered. It will likely cost me as much more as they estimated to get a professional installation. They abused my credit card. Do not give them yours until they do the job you wanted. read more

SCAM ALERT!!!!**** BUYER BEWARE****DO NOT USE***** SCAM***** If I could give negative stars I would. This place STOLE $1300 from me. They initially quoted me $400 for to hide the wires to my tv in my living room. The technician that arrived checked in before arriving to my house. Seeing how they are charging by the hour, those minutes of doing nothing adds up. But when the tech got there he moved very slow and did not manage time well at all. He purposely left his tools and materials in his van so he could waste time and not actually work, but sill charge you as if he was working the whole time. The tech spent a lot of time sitting around like he was "thinking" about what to do next. He also wasted a lot of time talking to me about pointless options. Again the tech was just wasting time. After 5 and a half hours, the tech was finished hiding the two wires that i asked him to hide. However he did so after mistakenly making an additional hole in the wall to run wires through, quickly learning that the wires could not be ran through that particular part of the wall. So the tech covered the hole with a wall plate and left it at that. Now I have a pointless wall plate on my wall with nothing, going in or coming out of it. Upon completion of the job, I received a bill for $1317.69. I was outraged at the amount that was charged to my card. I also called customer service to see what the plan was to fix the additional hole in my wall caused by the tech's lack of knowledge and planning. Customer service had a guy named Blake or something, taking the calls. I told him about the hole and he ultimately said, the tech did not put the hole there by mistake and its "part of the process". He said they would fix the damage but I would have to pay them to do so. They're motto is, put holes in the wall and cover them up with wall plates until they find one that works. We bought a house that had a Bose system with speakers in 3 rooms (ceilings). I needed help because I could only get sound out of one room. The Tech took nearly 4 hours watching youtube video's and searching the web on how to get the system to work. Finally he figured out each room had a nob that adjusted the volume. All we needd to do was to turn the knobs in each rooms for volume. They charged me almost $1200! He didn't even put the screws back in the panel when he was done. He left on them floor. Kyle saved my computer from extinction! I have a 6 year old MAC desktop referred to as ' vintage'. No I did not back up my computer so I knew I was in trouble! The Genius's at Apple were very nice and tried to save my files but didn't ,however they assured me my computer was up and running with an external back up...'no worries' Next day my MAC froze. I called Kyle, should have done that in the first place, he was in the neighborhood came over picked up the computer and returned it the next day with a new hard drive and up dated operating system. I scheduled an early morning appointment. I slept in until 7:30 that morning and checked for them (and another company) when I got up. I called the company that afternoon because I was not aware they showed up. They checked and said they had arrived at 7:15, knocked, waited 45 minutes and left. They did not call my cell phone, which had been provided. They said they charged $199.00 non-refundable service fee. During the call they offered to knock $10.00 off of the next service fee if I rescheduled. I do not recommend doing business with this company. read more

Kyle got back to me and saved my butt same day about a security issue I was having on my mac laptop. I was freaking out because apparently I almost fell victim to a scam against people whose emails have been hacked. After my email was hacked, I did a google search on "my email has been hacked what do I do" and dialed the number. The false tech 'diagnosed' my computer, telling me my network and computers had been compromised and there's only two people in our area who know how to fix it: one in Mt. View who charges $600 or a "convenient" online service, "Tech King Solution" who will do it (and throw in a unicorn ride) for ONLY 499.99! I said thanks I'll pass but I was super worried that my electronics had been seriously compromised. Kyle confirmed that it was probably only my email contacts the original hacker was after, and this "Tech King Solution" is a scam, and he told me about a few free apps to clean up my computers, if I felt so inclined.
