Hi Gregg, It looks like you also have issues to read. We like the house and we never wanted to back out. Of course, we asked for a price adjustment, the home is much smaller than what's advertised. The appraisal is not a "buffet" where you can pick and choose what you like and reject what you don't. The appraisal is a whole, made by a licensed and certified professional from San Diego, you have NO right to pick what you like (the price appraisal) and reject what doesn't suit you (the square footage). BUT you have DUTY to provide to buyers the correct square footage. We only asked for the square footage to be revised. Clearly, to you, "prioritize the seller's best interest" means lying to potentials buyers. read more

My wife and I were fortunate enough to have listed with Gregg Neuman and the entire Neuman team when selling our first home. As first time home sellers we were nervous about the process and had many questions that his team was able to answer and help ease our minds about. The Neuman team was very kind and patient when helping us prepare to list our home. After Gregg first saw our house, he left us with a list of tasks to complete in order to prepare our home for showings. This was so useful because some of the things he recommended on doing, we would have never thought of and I believe it truly helped spark people's interest in our house.
