We stumbled upon The Noodle House while visiting Seaside and after a cool beach day we decided a fresh bowl of ramen would warm us. The service was great and the waitress was accommodating to minor protein changes for us. We ordered seafood ramen, beef ramen, potstickers and shrimp salad rolls. The salad rolls were fresh and delicious. They came paired with a green sauce and peanut sauce. 10/10 I think these were my favorite of the meal. The potstickers were tasty as well and came with a potsticker sauce that added a perfect amount of flavor. My daughter loved these. 8.5/10 I had the beef ramen. The broth flavor and egg paired with were delicious and hearty but things fell short on the beef. I ended up picking it out of my ramen, as it was so incredibly dry and had a very odd flavor. 6/10 My boyfriend had the seafood miso ramen. He enjoyed the fresh seafood but mentioned the broth lacked flavor. After adding some chili oil he said it helped a bit. He rated it a 6.5/10. The only other thing we were a bit let down by was the water served. It had a very musty flavor and horrible aftertaste. I'd highly recommend bringing your own water. read more

Friendly service. Clean and comfortable. I had the Seafood Tom Kha (coconut soup) which was perfect. Scallops, calamari, shrimp, and chicken breast carefully cooked tender and moist. The broth was intensely flavored, sour, sweet, salt in satisfying balance. We shared the Pork BBQ Bao Buns, lots of yummy pork filling in every soft pillowy bite. Husband enjoyed a dish with noodles, pork, Bok Choy and a delicious clear chicken broth on the side. Someone knows how to make awesome broth in this place! We are on vacay and are staying in Seaside for the first two days while visiting the beautiful state of Oregon. My hubs chose this place and wow! I'm SO glad he did! We stayed at The Seashore Inn, so The Noodle House was nearby. It was like stepping into an adorable little place. Almost felt like we were in someone's kitchen, but in the BEST way possible! The ambiance was super cute, fun, and cozy. The food was delicious! After we ordered our three items, they were each brought out separately since the person making the food is making one dish at a time, and the cook area is right behind the counter area...that's what reminded me of being in someone's kitchen. So cool and fun! The pork wontons were AMAZING! So delicate, fresh, and TASTY!! The bao buns were so fun! We've never had them before--the dough was interesting and very unique. Very light--but good--flavor, and the bbq pork inside was good too. The salad rolls (you get choice of meat or tofu--we got chicken) were so good too. Yelp led us to a fantastic spot AGAIN!! We ventured to the other end of town to try this new spot and WOW. Some of the best food I have had. pho was AWESOME and the broth was delicious, salad rolls great - the peanut dipping sauce EXCELLENT, bbq pork Banh mi was PERFECTION. First stop on our way into Seaside, OR and was the best stop. We had the pork bao, wonton soup, grilled shrimp, and beef and meatball pho. Everything was truly flavorful and obviously made to order. The pork bao were fluffy with their pickled vegetables and BBQ pork made to perfection. My fried shrimp were so tender and were plentiful; I was quite surprised to keep finding more and more shrimp as I ate. Their homemade green sauce that comes along with it is also amazing. My husband loved his pho and our 3 year loved his wonton soup. The broth of the wonton soup is absolutely one of the best broth I've tasted! Equally as important is their vegetables were so fresh which can really alter the taste of a dish. Service was wonderful. By far the best pho soup I have had in all of Oregon. This small eight table gem of a restaurant nestled off the highway is a must stop in and try spot. Owned and operated by a family and they are also the chefs! Feels like I'm eating in mamas kitchen! Very clean, very fast, and very friendly. The Lychee Tea was my absolute favorite, because I like things that are sweet, I was going to ask for more lychee, but I drink mine too fast !! The food is not that good. I've had this place twice now. I've had the pho and teriyaki chicken. The pho is okay if you just need soup. The chicken isn't cooked to the point where it is charred. It feels like it is barely fully cooked which is a big no for me. Service has always been good though. read more

Surprisingly good for a random spot we googled near Cannon beach. The restaurant had one lady managing the whole place and it's pretty big. She was cooking, managing orders and cleaning up all by herself. So naturally, the food arrived a little late. But it was good food with fresh ingredients. Felt like eating home cooked food. Everything was okay, not terrible, but not great. I ordered the Spicy Pork Belly Ramen and it was too salty (coming from a salty person). The Vermicelli grilled beef was ok (it was mostly salad). The egg rolls were crispy but falling apart and slightly burned. The pork belly bahn mi bread was bland and needed lots of sauce to enhance it. For dessert we ordered the mango sticky rice (for 9.50!!!!) small amount of rice and the only positive, you got the whole mango. Unfortunately we won't be returning. read more

We had a late lunch here a few days ago. We both got vermicelli noodles with different proteins. The vermicelli was a bit overdone, which made the noodles flabby. Also, the sauce was far too sweet. Luckily there were several side sauces on the table, which helped us create a tastier flavor, but it would have been better if the sauce that came with the vermicelli had more acid. I hope this restaurant improves, as the attached Thai restaurant has fantastic food. read more

A work in progress. I applaud the effort, and a lot of the food is quite good, but there are some missing parts that could improve things immensely. 1. Sometimes the wait-staff comes off as unwelcoming. I'm really kind and appreciative of restaurant workers, (having spent 20 years in the industry,) so it bugs me when people act like you're bothering them when you come in to eat. 2. There are some missing elements from classic Viet dishes. Bahn Mi with tough, too thick and overcooked meats, no Viet lunch-meats, rare steak unavailable, with few of the flavors you'd expect from a similar place in say, Portland. There should be tons fresh basil and lime leaves and sprouts. 3. The smallest order of Phô I've ever been served. read more
