He takes a $5 out of his wallet and throws it on the table. "Here's five f*ing dollars! Take it and use the f*ing ATM!" Time to get the hell out of Deliverance. I jumped up, "No thank you, we'll just be going." I made straight for the door without looking back. He shouted, "No thank you!" after me and something else I didn't catch.
