The crispy calamari was a 10/10 as well and the chipotle aioli that came with it was the perfect pairing. The Gambas Al Alijo was also delicious! Perfect amount of seasoning. We also got the flank steak which was very good but we did ask for it to be cooked medium and it came out more well done than anything but still delicious! Here is what we had over three dinners: - Cheese and Charcuterie Board with Drunken Goat cheese (mild flavor) and Jamon Serrano. It came with olives, apricot jam, and mixed nuts. We ran out of crackers and cheese quickly, so I would recommend getting two cheeses and extra bread. - Roasted Beet Salad - lots of cold beet chunks and sprinkled with Valdeon cheese (white cheese similar to feta), Great way start the visit - Short Rib Bocadillo - really loved this - it was short ribs on a lobster roll (no lobster) and the onions really made the flavors pop - Coffee Rubbed Pork Ribs - not spicy - Mmm mmm good! - Flank Steak with green chimichurri - tender and delicious.
