During breaks, examining the instruments hanging on the wall is the nicest possible kind of museum visit. It's always fun to be able to listen to the interactions between performers and the person running the store - they always seem to appreciate each other. Hearing positive in-person interactions is quite a relief compared to the daily glut of online trolling. I always look forward to coming back to Strum.

Our…read morehouse was so full of ants that we would find them on rugs, on ceilings, even in our bed at night. They were everywhere. We had Campbell out a couple of time, but it got worse instead of better. Then they sent Darryl, and he earned our eternal gratitude. He found ant trails we didn't even point out, or know we had, and figured out where they were going to and coming from. He went into rooms that we hadn't reported a problem in (with permission, of course...) and showed us where additional ant activity was. Then he baited incredibly carefully, to ensure our cats would not be at risk of exposure to the bait. (Our cats loved Darryl too!) He even followed up with a text a few days later, saying he was thinking about our job, and he wanted to know if the situation had improved! Who does that?! It had improved, by 85 - 90%, but we still saw ants. So he returned and spent an equal amount of time and patience identifying their sources. Within less than 24hrs they were able to come out and get it taken care of for us. Tyler was an exceptional technician and really went above and beyond. He went onto the roof to check our second story eaves for nests we could possibly not see and lo and behold he found 2 which he also removed. Then he went to town on our sugar ant problem spots in the rocky border around our walking paths as it has been a hot spot of activity lately. All on one of the hottest days of the year. But I like my couch (and didn't want to spend that much) so I decided I should at least look into getting new cushions first. Called Recovering and learned the material was just seriously compressed and he could fix it. He was right! I wish I'd taken a picture, what I can tell you is that I carried the two cushions into the shop in one trip but when I came back a few days later it took two trips. It's been three months and they still look great. PS: I liked the shop so much I wish I had something that needed to be recovered!

Then another person basically gave the middle finger and said "it would be better for you to find someone in your area and more cost effective". That is flat earth logic if I come to you, I am local. I make 100.00 every 15 minutes, I really didn't care how much it cost, 500, 1k, 5k it's not that big of a deal but good service and quality work is important and they fail in at least one of those areas.
