The hotel itself is clean and airy, with a spacious lobby and sitting areas. The room is comfortable and adequately appointed with a relatively roomy bathroom. No more mini bottles of shampoo, however - just large containers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash mounted on the tub/shower wall. The hotel has a bistro so you can hibernate if you wish and order breakfast and dinner, though there are plenty of dining options nearby. Staff was pleasant and competent.

But, I had to knock off a star because the Wifi in the rooms doesn't work. This is a massive disappointment for what is supposed to be a modern hotel. As is the case with technical things, I assumed it was a me problem. The friendly front desk staff explained that the public WiFi works fine but the guest Wifi is problematic. This means that after driving for 2 hours and arriving hangry and with hours worth of work to do, I have to sit in the lobby to get anything done. It is challenging to focus because there are other groups here talking. I am loyal to the Marriott brand and have the gold lifetime elite to prove it, but I don't think I will stay in this hotel again. After a day of work, I want to be able to settle in my room, order some food, take my bra off, and do the work I need to do to get ready for the next day. They refused to provide it bc they said manager Jeremy Brown did not return several phone calls confirming he agreed to the refund, and added that booking.com has a no-refund policy. so the service is lousy/disruptive and the manager is not responsive to complaints.

The railroad/long style of the single room was a bit larger than I needed, but okay in general. An included couch was an unexpected bonus and especially enjoyable for my cat who was traveling with me.
