    Mizithra Cheese & Browned Butter

We hadn't been in many years. Food is consistently good. Huge place with a train inside. The mizithra cheese and browned butter is delicious. Bread is warm with garlic butter. Finish off with a scoop of spumoni ice cream.

I've been to this restaurant, several times and in different locations. We went in on Fourth of July for dinner, and it was pretty busy. Forgot to make a reservation, but we were seated within 10 minutes. I love the decor! I did not like where they seated us. It was in the back by where they bring out the food, so our chairs kept getting bumped by the servers coming out. Our serve Brian was very nice, but wouldn't take our order unless my husband was sitting on the table, he was at the bar getting us a drink. And didn't give us an option of the ice cream that came with our meal. I was hoping for a vanilla. The food ... I had the chicken piccata. Very tasty, and the chicken was very juicy. My husband had a three meat spaghetti. Also a very good. My Apreol spritz was in a very small glass and very sweet, but tasty. Nice place to bring the family.

But why did they serve the Meat Lover's Treat looking like this?

I can't get over the way this dish was served to us. By the looks of it this resembles something. Food: It was alright. Complimentary bread was tough to cut. Felt like I needed a chainsaw to cut through it. I asked for a saucer to use for the oil and vinegar. The server gave a small plastic cup which was useless. Meat sauce was a bit salty. I had to scrape some out so I can eat it with the pasta. I asked for the light Mizithra Cheese & Browned Butter. The server asked if I wanted it on the side and I said yes. But when I got my dish it was not on the side and on top of the pasta. Meatball was dry and hard. I had way better. Service: Server seemed too busy and made her rounds quickly to check on us.

Horrible location....They have to go out of business or change their staffs! As some people mentioned already it's a real ghost town starting from the parking lot. Most of the tables were empty when we got there and the host was a young girl didn't know what to do.No greeting at all and was told to wait 10 mins.We waited 45 minutes and she didn't even apologized. Please do not tell people 10 mins if you are not sure. They were excepting people and asking them to wait. They didn't have enough employees the manager start serving us .When I went to restroom I saw the kitchen even was short staffed. Why are you guys eccepting so many customers if such a big restaurant doesn't have enough employees? We waited another 45 mins for our food and again no apologies and I wonder if any of those tables are going to say something and at the end when we got our food the Alfredo pasta was discussing and I showed the the manager and she didn't care and was explaining to me that we are making everything with butter. That is oil not butter.Basically they don't know how to make the pasta sauce.I ordered side shrimp wasn't fresh. Please go somewhere else if you are craving for pasta.

We had a great meal last night at this location. The food was good. The Mizithra cheese is a must try. I have eaten at several OSFs and this one had the best minestrone soup I have had at any of these restaurants. The service was good and our server was on top of it. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. Is it the best Italian food? No but it is solid and it was good. It is also very kids friendly.

Warm and crusty freshly baked bread with whipped butter.

Came by on Friday, 1/30/26 to pick up a donation for an upcoming charity event and thought I'd stay for a late lunch to give them some business. So glad I did. The food is as delicious as it's always been, and the staff here is so genuinely welcoming and friendly. I also bought a gift card that comes in a nice, red trolley-shaped envelope. Love that they stream classic Jazz tunes to add to the ambiance.

The smell actually comes from the whole complex, not just the Factories building. It has been an ongoing problem and they haven't had any complaints as of recently!

Upon arrival, we were informed that happy hour is only available in the bar area, which we understood completely. However, the bar area exclusively features high-top tables, which my father is unable to use due to his disability. When I explained this and requested a low-top table as an accommodation, we were told that no alternative could be provided. I want to respectfully but firmly note that failing to provide accessible seating options for guests with disabilities is not only a gap in hospitality -- it may also raise concerns under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which requires places of public accommodation to make reasonable modifications for individuals with disabilities. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes. We drove down the street to another establishment who gladly made the accommodations.

We also go often during happy hour can't go wrong with their fungi pizza especially at $10 as as well as the boom boom shrimp although I believe that's a slightly smaller portion still well worthwhile. We have a couple of salads that are fantastic, and my son enjoys a few of their pasta dishes. I think the only thing that we haven't tried yet are the steaks although I did try the pork chop once it was phenomenal. Cocktails are reasonable. We've had a few that were better than others. We made the best of it but would have preferred to be outside as the original plan for the res. It was almost if the staff was too lazy to setup "nine outdoors". Service was great (gave an extra hundy over the 20% large group charge) and food/drinks were pretty good, but won't be back due to the neglection-in-attention-to-detail laissez-faire delivery. Good luck indeed!
