I was curious about this chain because I am currently obsess with Heated Rivalry so I was curious what Hudson Williams restaurant env was like. Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong. This is a pretty big space. There's so much going on from birthdays parties to someone making balloon animals/hats/swords to screaming children. Even at 8pm, it was busy. So if you wanted to enjoy dinner, pick somewhere else or maybe come on a weekday. We were both overstimulated from everything going on. Some kid blew a straw at my partner on accident. We were sat at the trolley booths. I don't know if they were short staffed but getting water took forever. We waited like 15 min before our order was placed. They ran out of soup so I had to wait - should've taken the salad. The spinach dip was super salty. I don't understand why the bread wasn't cut ahead of time. The food was meh. Nothing special. The sauce was lacking. Best part was the ice cream - get the other option not vanilla. We won't be back but maybe you'd like this. I like to eat without children spitting straws and screaming every 5 minutes and running around.

Came here for a sibling's lunch. First time for all of us. We tried 2 appetizers, some Italian cream sodas, and each ordered entrees. We learned that everything is a 3 course menu! Otherwise if we'd known better, we'd skipped the appetizers! Lol The manager was really nice and came by to check on us. Our waitress was okay. The balloon guy walked around many times and never came to our table for the entire time we were there. Not that we needed balloons but just saw how he went to other tables to up a fun experience. Food was okay. The place is impressive and cool. Worth coming to at least once for the experience. Btw, if you purchase an Italian cream soda, you get a clean new glass that they serve it in to take home.

The staff was kind. Service was fast, food was pretty good. Some things could use some quality improvements but it was NOT terrible. Italian Food is my favorite, so I can be a bit of a harsh critic when it comes to it. The sauce on the lasagna was too loose. I prefer a thicker and richer sauce. The salad was so blah. It was just a salad mix that was poured out of a bag into a bowl, which was disappointing because I always need a good salad to cut the acid in Italian food. They take no pride in the salad that they serve. The Minestrone Soup was delicious! The spaghetti w/ 3 meats was good, just needs better sauce. The Italian sausage was delicious. Loved the bread a butter! Fried ravioli was tasty as well, just wish it the sauce for dipping was better. The Spumoni ice cream was very good. The prices were really good! I was impressed at the total considering all of the food that we had. The restaurant was nice, clean and inviting.

We made a reservation in advance so we didn't have a wait on a Saturday night. Service was slow with no drink refills. The Pasta with Mizithra was very good and I added mushrooms. That is always consistently good. My husband had the Chicken Parmigiana and the chicken was very chewy and the pasta not very warm. The Strawberry Citrus Mule was good. If it wasn't for the Mizithra, it would be a 3 star review.

What a beautiful evening spent with family and friends we love the spaghetti factory. Everyone's dish came out in a timely matter. There was no mistakes the server was incredibly kind. This was the last time seeing each other for a long time since we all moved to different states and we won't know when we will be back so the spaghetti factory holds many memories, such as baptism, graduations, end-of-the-year parties, anniversaries, birthdays, the old spaghetti factory has always been there for us and we wish nothing but blessings and love for this place! 10/10 see you again!

This review is based on my wife's recent visit with her friend while visiting the Denver Metropolitan Area. She did not have reservations but only had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated at dinner time. She said the interior of this restaurant is very nice and unique, and staff attentive although they were very busy. The white clam sauce and the meat lover's treat pasta her and her friend got were both very good. Overall, they had a very good experience.

Decided to stop by on a whim after a random Italian craving. I was told there would be a 10 min wait but honestly I was seated in five minutes. I ordered the combo with the mushroom sauce and the clam sauce and both were mid and blander than expected. The bread and butter was delicious, as was my salad! When going to a place like this I don't think anyone expects anything amazing. My waiter also disappeared A lot, although he was apologetic about it. He also never offered to refill my water or soda and I asked for vanilla ice cream but he dropped off spumoni and I just conceded.

Came in with some family members for my first visit. Plenty of parking. Popular location with lots of people inside. Wonderful service and ambience. The food was absolutely delicious. My Caesar salad was exceptional and so was the pasta. Everyone at our table really enjoyed their meals. The ice cream at the end was wonderful too. I'm excited for my next visit. Multiple birthdays on our visit. Seems like a good place to celebrate anniversaries.

This is a long review FYI, as I have delineated both the good and not so good, to help them, not…read moreslam them. Finally made it to the Northglenn/Thornton location of Scalzattos recently. Even though it was a Friday night, we were warmly welcomed and seated quickly. Unfortunately, we were seated in a booth right outside the kitchen that felt crammed in its space. While we were fine, any patron a bit "larger" would literally have to squeeze in or be unable to sit there. That would be so embarrassing to a patron. The table lacked anything more than paper napkins and a knife & fork. No salt & pepper or Parmesan. The atmosphere isn't bad, but could use some attention. The waitress was fairly attentive and very polite. However, when ordering she was unfamiliar with the Italian language items on the menu. We ordered arancini (which is that way on the menu) and she had no idea what it was until I "Americanized" it and said rice balls. I did pronounce it correctly, as I am Italian and trained in proper Italian pronunciation. It would be a good idea to ensure the wait staff is familiar with the menu items and their pronunciation. The Arancini was delicious and she did a great job of putting the appetizer in first so it came before our meal. The marinara was pretty good too. Flavorful with a hint of red pepper. The plate it was served on was too large for 5 balls and had a salad size amount of greens as a bed. You could help with cost by having your chefs or sous chef use smaller plates and less arugula. The size of the arancini was generous. Being an Italian restaurant, it feels like a fail not to offer or bring out bread fairly soon. There was some waste noticed in other portions that could be reduced, but would still be quite generous, to make adding bread to the patron experience reasonable financially. We ordered 3 entrees & 1 specialty drink (non-alcoholic). The pappardella Bolognese was average. The marinara that was on the Arancini though, is delicious! The seafood fra diavolo was beautifully presented but lacked in flavor and was really salty. I was really disappointed in the mushroom ravioli. The portion was very generous, too generous. Eight large ravioli are too much. I was expecting fresh mushrooms that had been sautéed, like baby bella, but they were canned mushrooms that were flavorless & rubbery. It seems reasonable that if you reduced the portion to like 5, which would still be generous, but perhaps you could use fresh mushrooms that are sauteed and seasoned. While there was a small amount of parm on the food, it was disappointing not to be offered more parm. The lack of bread too made the meal feel like a fast Tuesday night dinner at home, certainly not a meal that was over $100. We were offered dessert , but no dessert menu had been brought nor did the server verbally list out the choices. Desserts will not move if the diner has no idea what desserts you have. We were also not directed to a wine menu nor offered a cocktail. Alcohol brings a big profit margin, which I know the owners know, but the servers need training on how to solicit it. I really don't want that to be our last visit as Scalzottos has a good reputation and its nice to have an Italian restaurant in the northeast part of town. Some tweaks, some more training and a review of portion sizes would really be an improvement. I would not discourage anyone from going, but the Northglenn/Thornton location needs up their game.

For our food, I ordered the calamari for appetizer and the Trio with a Cesar side salad as my entree, and she, the muscles and the pear ravioli with a side Cesar respectively. THE FOOD WAS IMPRESSIVE TO SAY THE LEAST!!! Such an amazing start to a wonderful date night. And our server, Emilee(*sp?), was such a joy. Our server Emily was great to work with and very attentive to such a large group as we were 12 people. I was pleasantly surprised with the meal portions especially the pork shank and the pricing for it. My expectation was that this meal alone would be $40-60 and it was more reasonably priced at $30. In addition to this item we ordered the gnocchi bolognese and garlic bread sticks. This sauce was quite meaty just like the pork shank. I will say the garlic bread wasn't my favorite but I can't say no to bread! The bread that is provided to the table was a bit tastier to me including en dipping oil.

We started with the burrata based on Yelp reviews and they weren't wrong. Super fresh tasting, and the focaccia paired with it perfectly. It's an upcharge but worth it, and you aren't at a place like this to pinch pennies anyways. We both chose the rigatoni, we had a heavy lunch, and it was perfect. The sauce was deep and hearty and the pasta was exactly al dente. We split a strawberry guacamole sorbet and glad we did, it was larger than expected and absolutely delicious. Place has the feel of a modern restaurant, very sleek. My only complaint was that we were seated next to a room with a large group and it was hard to hear each other talk, but nothing to be done about that.
