I absolutely love Old Town Deli! It's one of my favorite lunch spots in town. My go-to order is the Southwest Chipotle Chicken Sandwich and it is seriously SO good--perfect flavor with just the right amount of kick. It's also family owned, which makes it even more special. Everyone there is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful every time I come in. You can tell they really care about their customers. And don't leave without trying the cookies--they're amazing and the perfect sweet treat after a sandwich. Highly recommend supporting this local spot! Super cute as well.

Yum! Upon ordering the Italian grilled cheese, the kind cashier excitedly told me that was a great choice. Boy was he right! Perfectly toasted bread loaded with white cheddar, ricotta, goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and garlic. Even without meat, you'll leave full. Flavor was spot on. There's ample seating both indoors and outdoors. I also really like that you can order a 1/2 sandwich for any of their sandwiches if you don't want leftovers. This would've been a great option for me as a traveler as I don't like to have a slew of leftovers to eat. However, you'll definitely want the full sandwich of this delicious masterpiece.

This deli is a gem in the middle of our little old town. I wouldn't call it a mere deli. More like a mini gourmet pizzeria plus sandwiches. And the coffee! OMGosh! It's the perfect eatery when visiting the farmers market across the street or shopping in town. My favorite pizza is the pear and Gouda with blue cheese and honey. Drool! But the other pizzas are equally enjoyable. The BBQ chicken is great too. The meatball sandwich is delicious. I enjoy trying everything just to be surprised by all of the flavor bombs.

Second time here, stopped specifically to get a sandwich to go, continues to be incredible. I wanted the prosciutto dream but everyone else this weekend also knew it was going to be good, so I got the Italian, and of course it was great. Focaccia is a must. Service was stellar as always makes me feel like my kitchen. They changed the music since I was here last to more 90s, but I'll forgive the switch from ol blue eyes. You HAVE to come to this deli, I will be going every time I'm in Temecula.

Love this place wish they delivered to the south bay! Torrance , San Pedro and more ! Realized today they can make any sandwich a PIZZA! My husband had the steer as a pizza and I had the guiltless chicken pizza crust with half margarita and half Portabella! Wow!!! no word of a lie! My husband said it was the best pizza he eva! had!! Hands down!! We also had the cream of mushroom ‍soup and Italian wedding soup! both with home made bread on the side . OMG! both amazing and we couldn't finish any of it so.... for leftovers!!! and Hubbie got another Steer Pizza to go!!! You can't go wrong here and you meet new friends!! the other customers our now our friends! Love this place !

Sandwiches were delicious! I got the Whole Farm and loved it. Next time I think I'm going to try the Chicken Pesto, as my friend got that and it looked amazing as well. The sandwiches come with a pickle spear and cookie. They have delicious sweet treats, such as macarons, brownies and cookies. Service was good and the deli was clean. They also have indoor and outdoor seating, although limited.

I had an extremely good experience at Old Town Deli. From the moment I walked in, everything was top tier. I had a hard time choosing a sandwich because they all sounded amazing, but I went with the Reuben, sub corn beef for pastrami --and wow. Absolute 10/10, hands down the best Reuben I've ever had. The latte deserves its own shoutout too. It's genuinely in the conversation for the best latte I've ever had, which I don't say lightly. The owner, Lance, was incredibly hospitable and kind. He went above and beyond, even reaching out to a personal friend to help me source some high-quality meats and cheeses I originally came in looking for. That level of care and customer service is rare these days. Overall, this place is a must-visit. Do yourself a favor--grab a coffee, order a sandwich, and transcend into paradise after the first bite. I'll definitely be back.

I came here to try their pizza and sandwiches. I got their Portobello mushroom pizza ($13.75), The Mar ($14.25), and Italian ($15.35). The Mar looked burnt but the bread was fine, it held up well and had a nice chew. The Mar is a tuna sandwich with capers, celery, white onions, lettuce, Havarti cheese, chopped cucumbers and tomatoes. It's a bit dry even with the garlic aioli but the tuna was well seasoned. The Italian came with sopressata, mortadella, genoa salami, provolone cheese, olive tapenade, tomatoes, onions, and roasted garlic and red pepper aioli. The sandwich had plenty of filling and was not drowning in sauce and the olive tapenade was not overpowering the other flavors. The mushroom pizza is a small size, good for 2-3 people. Very strong smell of goat cheese and garlic oil. It was filled with portobello, mushrooms, red onions, provolone, and garlic honey drizzled on top. The crust was thick and tasted plain. They have a stamp card, the staff is nice. There's a few tables inside. They have a small parking lot.

Wow, a totally decent sandwich at this small but mighty deli off 6th St. Easy to park but if full, park in the lot on north side of 6th street. Very short walk to the Deli. Menu has it all for any palette - check it out here on Yelp. I went straight for the Reuben which has their house made sauerkraut and house made Russian dressing. That made my decision right then and there, and it proved to make one great Reuben! Marbled rye was toasted perfectly. Meat was thinly sliced and very tender with ample kraut which totally makes this a stand out sandwich. The Russian Dressing adds just the right kick of horseradish and spice - if you can't handle the spice, just asked for it on the side but for God's sake don't skip it. It will be difficult to order a different sandwich with one this good! Service was delightful, warm and friendly. I'll be back.

This new restaurant in Old Town Temecula is absolutely great. It's hidden on a side road off the main drag in Old Town, but not hard to find. The food is absolutely awesome! Everything is made fresh and they even have numerous options if you have food allergies. What really won me over for 5 starts was the service. My family was just getting out of the car and looking for a good place for our little boy to walk. So my wife stuck her head in the deli just to see what it was about. The chef came out of no where and said are you hungry? What can I make you? How about a breakfast pizza? (Not on the menu but wonderful) So he asked what she liked and said okay I can do that and bam!! Freshly created and cooked breakfast pizza . I went more traditional and had the original Italian sub and it was awesome as well. Overall just a wonderful experience. Just a chill diner and deli with great vibes I would highly suggest this place to family, friends, visitors and the likes. Enjoy! read more

I've been twice in the last few months and this is one of the best delis I've been to almost anywhere. What's stands out is the unbelievable service (family feel) and the very delicious flavoring like apple and cranberries introduced to add some sweet and savory (I had the Whole Farm and the chicken wrap) with phenomenal baguettes as well. Is it socially acceptable to leave a review while still in a food coma? Because that's where I am right now. Our work event was catered by this magical deli, and I'm pretty sure they've ruined every other sandwich for me forever. First of all, let's talk about the Whole Farm cold sandwich! It was so perfectly layered that I'm convinced the person who made it has a degree in architectural engineering. The bread was fluffy, the meat was tender, and did I mention the bread?! We also had an assortment of their signature salads, which were so good they made us feel like we were almost making healthy choices (let's be real: we weren't). The staff even went above and beyond to accommodate last minute ordering chaos: an establishment that will remain nameless, was my first pick. However, the manager was excessively rude when I attempted to place my order and let's be real, their sandwiches are mediocre in comparison. Big shoutout to Kai for taking my order, all of your wonderful suggestions and to Gigi, for personally delivering our order. Both are real gems! In short, this deli didn't just cater our event; they catered to our souls. Do your taste buds a favor and order from them--just make sure to wear stretchy pants. read more

This my favorite Deli. I get their chicken pesto salad . So good. Lance baked home made cheese bread that is so delicious with the salad . The people are so friendly and accommodating. In town for an event and was looking for good food and I found this. THIS IS A SPOT. Great food. Try the "whole farm" sandwich! This thing is amazing.and what I thing is a focaccia bun is to die for. This would be my choice of bread for everything except a Ruben. I ordered my wife the Caesar Wrap and I got a "thank god you didn't F up lunch"... so guessing it's the best thing she's ever had idk. Great Great Great. I've only tried one sandwich but it was so good I tried it the second time. I need to Branch out and try the other ones because I hear they are amazing. In town for a volleyball tournament. Found this place on Yelp and it did not disappoint. Cute, quaint, and clean place. The sandwiches were tasty. Wow! How have I not been here before?! Amazingggg yummy sandwiches! They also offer gluten free bread! It's not on the menu but I asked and was so happy to hear they did. I got their hot chicken pesto sandwich! It was soo good! And a great portion! I love their pesto sauce, greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers they add to the sandwich. Each of our sandwiches came with a cookie and a pickle and were absolutely delicious. We called in the order, and although we were told that they wouldn't be ready for 30 min due to a large party, our order was actually ready in about 20 min. The only wish I had was that each half of my sandwich was wrapped in paper so it would be a little neater to eat. read more

Okay, I've never given 5 stars on the first visit but I think it's well deserved. The food, wine, and ambiance was perfect and put me in a very calm, happy state. The sandwich was on a level of its own served on a very soft, warm baguette and with their awesome design of a chicken pesto sandwich. I tasted coriander, greens, capers, pesto, butter, and then some. Amazing. They had some easy Euro-like jazz fusion playing that really helped in the stimulating the senses.
