I don't know how this place stays in business honestly. I complained to the manager multiple times while we were there to please move our room because the people above us are purposely stomping on the floor to ruin our weekend and they were very nasty about it and unsympathetic. They said we're full and can't move you. I complained I wanted a refund and they sent a big pre written email that was clearly written by their lawyers to avoid having to issue anyone refunds. And as per their horrible reviews I'm not the first person to complain about their paper thin walls and ceilings and I definitely won't be the last. That's why they have a professional letter from their lawyer to avoid any refunds. And their tates cookies in the room for $18 are actually $4. I found the exact ones in stop and shop for $4. What a scam. Would not recommend this "boutique" hotel at all. Go to Greenport and stay at Harbor Front Inn for a positive experience you will feel good about.
