Great food, great service and amazing Bacon! Love their early morning breakfast specials!

I don't want to waste too much time on this review. The potatoes were just barely cooked, and I was charged $3 for three tiny slivers of avocado as a side. I confirmed that was actually what was expected as a side of avocado, and the expo said it was. Our server was super busy, and we weren't ever asked how our food was, so I didn't track anyone down to say it wasn't great. I noticed on the way out that this location has an "OKAY" rating, which had I known, I wouldn't have gone here. I'm giving it 2 stars and not 1 because my husband said his meal was "fine."

Great quality breakfast priced just right. Delicious coconut waffles and pancakes! I ordered the waffles and my husband had the pancakes, they come with 3 or 6 stack. They both come with a golden tropical syrup that is divine. It's a light fruity saucy syrup that really adds a delicious tropical fruit flavor on top of the shredded coconut on the waffles and pancakes. Yum!! We ordered eggs on the side, but the waffles already come with your choice of meat. The staff were all very friendly, coffee came hot and frequently. I've been to other Pancake House locations and I love that each spot has its own vibe inside depending on the area. This location has a neat rustic historic kind of vibe. It's really cool out front there is a pancake mural for pictures, cute!

The food was immaculate. Perfect pancakes. Great hot cocoa. Bacon was great. Eggs were terrible. But the service was good too. So was the ambience. But this is my first time here. Here's to many more.

    Breakfast of champions

This place by far have the best pancakes I have ever eaten from the whipped butter light and fluffy pancakes the delicious maple syrup plus I like peanut butter on my cake add some bacon and a couple of eggs and my oh my what a way to start your day keep up the good work oph my favorite breakfast spot The service was great the hostess was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were well taken care of. The GM introduced herself to us and she was a quite pleasant lady. I liked the ambiance too it was tranquil and pleasant so if you want a good breakfast with great service in quaint ambiance this is the place.

The Apple pancake was great. More apples than batter which I'm a fan of. Not super great with food allergies. Husband said he couldn't have gluten or dairy they still put cheese in the omelette and cooked it with butter. The server brought him some scrambled eggs instead and took it his break fast off the bill which was nice. Just be careful They DO have a GF pancake but it's hot dairy in it. It's spacious and wasnt too crowded early in the am on a holiday

The service is excellent as is the food. We are addicted to their green chili sauce. And of course you need to have a pancake or waffle.

We left there early and by the time we reached Gig Harbor we were most certainly in the mood for breakfast. Apparently lots of other people did to and also it must frequently that idea in town as it was quite busy. We were informed that there was a wait but it wasn't a bad one and the restaurant looked highly enticing so we put our names on the list. When we were called we sat at the bar. Which was fine... we weren't about to be choosey. We ordered our food and we enjoyed immensely when we got it. I got a waffle with strawberries and cream which was amazing! The waffle was perfection, the fruit was fresh. Just wonderful! I also saw breakfast potatoes and they looked great too so I ordered some of those too. No big surprise... they were excellent! Steve and I both got a Bloody Mary and it was so good! It had a nice, spicy kick to it and was great! Some mornings call for a Bloody Mary and this one fit the bill nicely! Steve got a great tasting omelet and he had no complaints either! It's definitely worth the wait to get a table... not a shred of doubt with that.

Extra bonus points that it's in Proctor - my favourite stomping ground. I got there not too long after they opened and about half of the tables were already taken. I found a place at the bar and was quickly greeted. I didn't see a drink menu, so I figured a mimosa is the obvious choice. They also have apple and grapefruit juice so you can mix it up a bit! For breakfast I went with the Mediterranean Veggie Hash, which was excellent! Good ratios of all the ingredients and I will absolutely be eating another one! Took everyone's drink order but mine. When she came back I asked if there were adult drinks. There are no drinks listed anywhere in the menu. When our food came I asked for butter.... butter never came. She checked on us 20 mins later and I just gave her my card. She came back with the credit card slip to sign and my copy. There was no itemized receipt so I dont know exactly what I paid for but I assume $134 for 5 people sounded about right I gave 4 stars cause the food made up for it... or atleast my dish did! French toast was nice and fluffy. The syrup tasted like a caramel/maple mix. Goodm but too sweet toward the end Blueberry pancakes were nice and fluffy 6oz steak and eggs was the winner. Your choice of bread. Comes with hasbrowns. The steak was cooked medium which was fine. The sauce on the steak is what got me. There was pesto, shredded cheese and some type of ketchup/may/ maybe Sriracha mix. But it was REALLY tasty. Southwest hash - great portion. Has brown postion was nice and crispy. They were very busy. It was father's day. So im sure it was just an off day with the service. Would definitely try again The only suggestion i would make would be to put the items that dont fit on the main plate, on a smaller plate. These tables have limited room. So giving each patron 2 large plates (one for french toast and an equally large plate for eggs and bacon) took up a lot of room on a 4 person table where you sat 5

Walking into the establishment it was well lit and the decor was simple but efficient. I was seated promptly and the menu and a glass of water so their after. The service was consistent as my server did check on me and asked if I had any questions about the menu. I asked one and they were very polite explaining it. After my order showed up, I proceeded to eat it all. The combination of the eggs, tomatoes, bacon and cheese was equally satisfying and balanced. It was topped with Avocado slices ( slightly brown, but still good). The sourdough toast appeared to be from a freshly made loaf ( served with soft butter and raspberry jam) and the hash browns were cooked lightly. Overall this place will do well in this part of town. Cooper's hosted one of our Porsche Club breakfast social events, and from start to finish this one was a 10. The food was on point throughout, and considering the size of our group, that's borderline remarkable. Breakfast at Cooper's is flavorful and excellent! Everyone came away impressed, which if you've ever tried to please a table full of hungry car enthusiasts, you know is not a given. Andrea led the service, and she was outstanding. This woman knows how to manage a large, hungry group! To perform this with that kind of calm efficiency is a real skill! The whole team reflected the same energy. They were all attentive, warm, and clearly proud of the place they work in. I can't say enough about the people here. The thoughtful touch that really stood out: Porsche-themed mimosas and breakfast spirits prepared specially for our event. That kind of detail is something a great hospitality team delivers. It set the tone for the whole morning. The space itself is immaculate and the decor is genuinely cool. Those of us who hadn't dined there before were genuinely impressed. Cleanliness here is a point of obvious pride. All in all, Cooper's is a destination for casual quality. Magnificent experience, start to finish, and I can't wait to return!
