I'm so hurt. I showed up to the salon with brown espresso color wanting to go a lighter brown but was told I would have to bleach my hair so I just settled for the SAME shade of color with NO red undertone I walked in. So they will be "using the same formula as last tiMe" . I walked out with my hair DARKER & with RED UNDERTONES, literally the two things I said I didn't want, I got . & payed for a quota of a professional level hairstylist just for students to do the whole job except blow dry & style. Next day I called to complaint about the whole mess & they worked out a complementary session to get rid of the red under stones. & got refunded only 40 bucks... like that would alt delete my terrible experience & for a service that did NOT meet the agreed expectations. So now I'm back to SQUARE ONE to build my hair lighter. That will take MONTHS& multiple sessionssssss read more

I really loved this place the first two times I went. And although I don't get a lot done, simply a haircut wash and blow drying. I think they're getting too busy and trying to do too much and squeeze in too many appointments.. If I schedule an appointment with a particular stylist, that's who I want to see. she did do the cut , someone else did everything else. I don't like feeling like $80 for a haircut justifies not seeing who you paid to see I'm very disappointed because I thought I had found my spot. read more

I was gifted a wash, treatment, cut and blowout from here and I honestly wasn't impressed. it's very high speed and different people taking care of you. it's just wasn't what I was used to service wise. I expected it to be a nicer place with higher quality service. my haircut wasn't even and the blow out was not great. this oiciks right after I got the blow out and I wasn't happy with it. I truly wanted to love this salon, but after two visits, I feel it's important to share my experience honestly. First visit: I booked a partial highlight and haircut after completing a detailed digital consultation with reference photos. I clearly asked for a bright, soft blonde that complemented my skin tone (no brass or copper), high contrast and dimension for curly hair, a subtle root smudge, and soft layers while preserving as much length as possible. I had previously highlighted hair with virgin new growth. Booking alone was difficult, with days of no response. On the day of my appointment, my original stylist was unavailable and I was switched last minute. There was pricing confusion despite assurances my original quote would be honored. During the service, communication was minimal, processing times kept being extended, and I was left sitting with wet hair for a long time without updates. The haircut felt rushed and uncommunicated, and I later learned about two inches had been cut without discussion. The final color was much ashier than expected, washed me out, lacked the contrast I showed in my reference photos, and had brassy roots. I also noticed significant flyaways and breakage, which was extremely upsetting given my hair had been healthy. I contacted the salon afterward and was offered a retone and haircut fix. Second visit: I returned in good faith to let them correct the issues. I arrived at 11:00 AM (the only available day before a trip; my partner took off work). The initial result still looked light brown rather than blonde. Attempts to adjust the toner did not help. Eventually, I spoke with the owner and was told the only way to fix everything properly would be a full additional service, including re-highlighting and darkening pieces that were previously lightened to a light brown at the 1st visit so it can match my natural dark brown as requested. This added several hours to an already long day. Despite multiple rounds of processing and me expressing concern about dryness, no treatments were offered. At the end of the service, my bangs were cut too short, and I left exhausted and emotional. Since then, I've noticed significant dryness and visible breakage -- not just frizz, but chunks of uneven hair. My hair was previously healthy, and now it feels brittle and damaged. And in the end, I still didnt really get what I wanted. I'm not writing this out of anger -- I'm genuinely disappointed. I gave clear communication, reference photos, flexibility, and even returned to give the salon a chance to make things right. Unfortunately, the second visit made the situation worse. I've had two visits where I was informed last-minute that my stylist wasn't available. I understand that things happen, but it's frustrating to be expected to arrive early and receive multiple calls if I'm not -- only to get there and still be kept waiting while they hold their morning rallies. I came into this salon about 2 weeks ago for the second time , the 1st time was great and i got exactly what i wanted but when i came for the second time i asked for a red violet and i got a bright red , my stylist was working on 2 clients at a time and I just felt pushed to the side and rushed everytime she came to me , most of the time the assistants were the ones doing my hair , I did not get the color I wanted but I had already been there for 8 hours all I wanted to do was get out of there. service is great and staff is friendly but I did not get what I wanted for 400$ I spent . read more

Laaaateeee to the hair dyeing game, but boy em I glad I did! I walked in and requested a consultation. Everyone at the front desk were super helpful with that. After a couple mins of hanging out, hair stylist YARI took me in and we chatted about my hair. I showed her pics & inspos she took what I wanted, her recommendations and we came up with the perfect plan. The day of my appt I was super nervous. I knew I was in good hands, but couldn't help to feel that way . I sat on the chair feeling a little more at ease with the ambiance of the salon.. it was friday- the music was poppin' and the mood was hyped! YARI got started immediately. I had a good time throughout my appt, she checked on me constantly and answered my 101 questions lol. Time just flew! After a couple hrs of YARI doing her thang ... VOILA ALL DONE!!!! I was super shocked with the results. SHE DID EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR. Since this was my 1st time dyeing my hair I was going for a fall inspired settle balayage look and YARI GAVE IT TO ME!!! The salon is beautiful and the staff is so friendly/ accommodating, however my first visit there wasn't what I expected it to be. Prior to my appointment they called me 3 times trying to move my original appointment to a different day and I didn't think anything about it until I was at the salon and realized the person I booked with had other clients she was working on while she was doing my hair, which I wouldn't have mind but I paid for a specific person to have my hair done therefore I expected that person to be there more but she was very nice about it. I asked for a balayage with solid color at the bottom but I left with highlights . Overall I would say the salon is a place to get a blowout or something simple like that not really a drastic color change. If you are considering using this salon to install Bellami hair extensions, I highly suggest you read this review. It might just prevent you from being lied to and ripped off.. potentially saving you thousands of dollars and your sanity. I apologize now that this post is long, but I'm going to make it as concise as possible. I was told during my consult that I was getting pink Bellami hair extensions at a cost of $2,000. The day I left the salon after having them installed I noticed that my new extensions already had split ends. Since it was my first time getting extensions I did not think too much of it. Within a week of getting these extensions they began shedding. My bath tub drain was literally clogged with hair. There was hair everywhere. Within 6 weeks I had lost over half the weave. I reached out to Jessica multiple times. I messeged her on social media and she simply referred me to the salon with my questions. So I called the salon. Three times I called this salon and I was always told Jessica or Orlando would call me back. Not once did someone return my call. I finally asked Jessica flat out on IG if the extensions on my head were Bellami. She got so infuriated. She acted like "how dare you ask me what extensions I installed on your head?!" She dropped me as a client because of it and blocked me from her Instagram account. Even though I have always treated her with respect and acted with integrity. Jessica still has the pictures and videos that she took of me during our install on her Instagram--even though she dropped me as a client and blocked me. My husband very politely messaged her and asked her to remove my photos and videos. Her response... she blocked him too. I messaged her using my dog's Instagram account asking her to "please, take my moms pics off of your IG!" She blocked my puppy too!! I can't even make this stuff up it's so tacky and classless. On the brightside, when I left this salon I started working with a stylist at one of th e best salons in Houston. She is so talented, experienced, well connected and most of all she's an honest and good human! I was so traumatized from my experience at the Orlando salon. I shared my experience with my new stylist. She is well versed in Bellami extensions and so are her colleagues--some of them even work directly with Bellami! When she removed the old extensions from my head she evaluated them and so did some of her colleagues. They all unanimously agreed that these extensions are not Bellami. In fact, we compared them to new Bellami  extensions straight out of the box. Please see the picture. Bellami uses a different stitching method than other brands. Also Bellami uses a vanilla thread that does not absorb hair color. As you can see from the picture, the fake extensions only have a single Seam that is fully clogged with the pink hair color. Whereas the Bellami extensions, even after being dyed, still maintain the vanilla color. This salon lied to me, ripped me off, deceived me, and treated me so poorly that I still can't believe it myself. I have now had my Bellami extensions for over two months and I love them so so much! The difference is night and day. I had to carefully consider whether or not I would share my story, but ultimately, I decided that what the Orlando salon did to me was deceitful, unprofessional, and just plain mean! I feel it is my duty to share my experience with anyone who will listen. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. read more

First and foremost, the salon in general is clean, very aesthetic, and has a good vibe. However, I had a very disturbing encounter. This is my third time going for an overall color, cut and hair extensions, yet this was my first time encountering this issue. I was told I needed 3 packs/boxes of k-tip extensions. (Note: every time I had gone, I always get 3 boxes.) I get K-tip extensions, and in every packs/box I believe it comes with 25 k-tip individual hair extension unit. I have fine thin hair and the stylist cuts the k-tip in half so that the k-tip won't be bulky in my hair. Therefore, they say, "well since we are cutting the k-tip in half that means we are making two boxes" So out of one box they made two by cutting them in half and wanting to charge me two boxes. Huhhhhh. Are you kidding!!! Mind blowing! I tried to speak to someone as this does not make sense, all they kept on saying is we charge by the unit, yet no one could tell me how much the unit was. However, when I was quoted, I was quoted per pack/box. As a matter of fact, I am still waiting on a call from "management" waiting to get the price per unit. I do not understand how that even makes sense, its like asking for a pizza and asking to double cut it and charging for 2 pizzas. What!!!!!!! Be aware ladies!!! Be aware that you are really getting what you are paying for. This place is just overhyped and overquoted without real integrity nor honesty. Shame. read more

I had my hair done by Orlando years ago while he was working solo and wanted to visit his new shop over the years but didn't get a chance. Well being overly tired etc.. I went to touch up my roots not paying attention to my level of developer and total screwed it up and then some. I went in for a consultation and Ashley ended up doing my hair. She is a miracle worker. I love the atmosphere but most of all I love the teamwork at the shop. I had about 3 to 4 ladies helping her out for the amount of time we had. she made precise decisions on the colors to use in my hair for correction, and did an amazing job. Did a walk in apt, even though they said there would be a $25 deposit fee to book, they waived it since it was my first time. Upon arriving, the hair stylist, Alex, recommended me know that for my style of hair ( I'm a guy with long hair, but I fade the sides and back). They provided me with all the complementary snacks, and still had the honesty to guide me in the right direction. I appreciate the honesty and hospitality. Very nice service. So I attended my third appointment with Neo. The second went well only waited 10min to receive my toner application. The third appointment was supposed to be for adding baby lights and toning ( this would of been my second to last appointment for my wedding) I had even pre booked my hair color appointment with Neo November 14th, 3 days before the big day. My appointment was October 9th at 2pm on a Tuesday. My fiancé and I had taken the day off so we could both get services at the salon and do other wedding errands. It was 2:38pm when I spoke to the front desk that I was leaving, I believe I told her my period came that's why I had to leave. Almost 40min of waiting and Neo has just started blow drying his clients hair. As I walked to the restroom he stopped me and asked if I had eaten a whole tray of cookies so close to the wedding. I didn't believe what he said so I said excuse me? Then he said you must of eaten a really big torta because you look pregnant or are you pregnant? I was mortified. I laughed nervously and continued to the bathroom. There I just stood in front of the mirror trying to compose my self and not cry. With my first appointment with him in June 13th I told him I needed a drastic change for my wedding. I told him how my fiancé and I have had three failed pregnancies and a couple of surgeries this year. (March was my last) I expressed how I might not ever be able to get pregnant and I told him my body didn't feel the same and I was still heeling. I opened up to him so he could have a good understanding on I really really needed a big change. The first appointment was wonderful we went from black hair to silver/lilac. $480 was the price and I didn't care. I felt great. On my first appointment I went ahead and pre booked all appointments till November. I didn't expect to show up to my appointment October 9th to be humiliated or shamed. I didn't go to feel like less of a woman because I might not ever be able to give my future husband a child. I cried the whole way home. My fiancé was very angry and upset. It took me two hours after I left to call the front desk and explain to her what happened. Neo really shameful me. It was hurtful. It's now November 1st and I never received an email,text or call with an apology. I recommended 5 friends to this hair salon (they all attended to receive services. I waited almost 40min to literally get kicked in the face. I don't need to feel like an insecure future bride or less of a woman either. Now I'm stuck with brassy hair. I can't seem to find a colorist that has opening for the week of my wedding and I can't find one that wants to continue what someone else already started. read more

I had my hair done July 16th & to be honest.... I was SO satisfied with the experience! I had the pleasure of getting my hair fixed by YARI & she did such a wonderful job. I came in with really bright blue streaks that I have been dying to get rid of for the longest. 10 out of 10! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! So I finally got a chance to get out to the new location, it's not far from the old one. One heck of an upgrade! The salon has its own unit in a small strip mall. Very easy to find. I walked in with no appointment and had a short wait. Was offered water & coffee. And the ladies at the front desk were super nice. Then Chase was able to squeeze me in for a quick cut, wash and blow dry. Loved how he asked questions and talked during the process. He's great & so funny!
