Javier is super friendly, he has something to talk to with every single customer that keeps them engaged. Went for a cut and color and completely ruined my sisters hair. She had never had any color of any sort and was super excited to have her hair done. Xiomara turn her hair orange and yellow and then blamed it on miscommunication. We showed her a picture of what color she wanted and it looked nothing like what we asked for. Then went back the next day to have it fixed by Javier and all he did was put a toner in it, leaving her with her natural hair color. They literally colored her hair yellow and orange with stands of copper and then covered it up by dying it all one color. How is "fixing it" just covering up their mistake. Did not get the service we asked or paid for. Lack of customer service and experience shown by both Javier and Xiomara. Save yourself the time, money and tears. read more

My highlights were just as I wanted them, auburn highlights blended so well with my original hair color that it looked natural. Very professional and relaxing ambiance. Loved the extras offered like coffee, wine, water or soft drinks while your waiting for hair color to set in. The owner and the lady hair stylists are welcoming too. It is a bit on the pricey side; however, you'll love the results. The only downfall is the price is not given or discussed prior to survice and prices changed since I last visited (6 months later). read more

Save your time, money, and tears and do not go to this salon. I had my hair cut here and left thinking it looked okay after a style. However, after my own style (which is shower, blow dry, and straighten- I'm a teacher and I don't have time to do much else, which is what I told my stylist), it looked choppy, uneven, and the layers were not blended at all. I went back to the salon to have it fixed, and after explaining what I didn't like, the stylist did the exact same thing to my hair, only made the front about 2 inches shorter! It looked exactly the same, terrible, only now it was a length I couldn't hide behind my ears. We talked and talked and FINALLY (after about an hour.. I'm not kidding), she said, "okay, I think I understand what you want now!" Really? Maybe try to understand before you start hacking. She tried to blame it on me, saying that I needed to communicate what I wanted, which I had been trying to do for an hour. She kept holding up her own hair and comparing my style to hers, and saying she was following the same format she did for every haircut. I really tried not to be rude, but I had to tell her that I didn't want her haircut (I didn't like her hair!). It was SO frustrating, she wasn't listening to me and kept saying she see following the same format she did on everyone else (what?!). I've never had so much trouble with any stylist, and I have moved around a lot but always have been happy with new places. Not only did she blame the bad haircut on my inability to communicate, she was condescending during the entire process, told me I had thin hair, told me I looked like a high schooler (excuse me? I teach high schoolers!), and said maybe the haircut just didn't work because it was a new style... Umm, the picture I showed her of what I wanted was literally a picture of me and a hairstyle I had two years ago. I could go on about the ways I am unhappy about this salon... But I left in tears and I will never go back there. My advise is to stay as far away as possible. read more
