The tasting at the end takes place in a speakeasy where you actually have to call on a phone booth phone and obtain the code to get in the secret doors. It was so funny and cool. The other guy working who answered the phone and talked to us before the tour was Richie. He was great too! There was only one other couple signed up for our tour time so it wasn't over crowded even though they max out tours at 16 persons. I was pleasantly surprised how detailed the tour was and how full of memorabilia and antiques the distillery was. A ton of thought and love went into building it. There is no way you won't love it! We were provided some unexpected souvenirs throughout the tour such as the employee punch card, a personalized "prescription" and a sticker. Jeff also offered to take a picture of each couple in the speakeasy. Overall I have told so many friends and other people we have encountered about it. Also, there's plenty of parking. If you don't find parking in the parking lot right in front of the restaurant, there's another one nearby connected by a small bridge.

TLDR: Seacrets is loud, crowded, occasionally trashy, and still one of the most entertaining beach…read morebars in the country. Every Marylander should make the pilgrimage at least once. I have been coming to Seacrets since 2010, and at this point it has become a rite of passage for any Marylander looking for the ultimate East Coast beach bar experience. I have survived the hilariously overcrowded Memorial Day weekends, end of summer Labor Day crowds, and even a few New Year's Eve bashes. Somehow, I have always left with another great story. Seacrets has added some serious upgrades over the years, including its own distillery and private floating cabanas for anyone who does not want to fight over the coveted water tables during peak summer weekends. My most recent visit was the weekend after Labor Day during Bike Week, when the crowd was much more subdued than the typical July and August madness. The water tables were still open with servers taking care of everyone, although there was unfortunately no DJ playing on the bay. Our group of five grabbed one of the horseshoe shaped tables in the water, which now has an umbrella providing some much appreciated shade. The drinks at Seacrets are always a hit. My personal favorite is the Dirty Banana with a rum floater. They have also started offering their own Beachin' canned cocktails, including lemon iced tea with vodka and a few vodka soda flavors. They were a great addition when we wanted something lighter and easier to drink in the water. Some people hate Seacrets because of the crowds and occasionally trashy party atmosphere, but that is also part of its charm. One thing Seacrets can guarantee is that memories will be made, even if a few of them are blurry. It deserves its reputation as one of the best beach bars in the country.
