Fun spot on the bay! We just went for happy hour but the crab deviled eggs were soooo yummy! As was their charred shishitos. Their happy hour was pretty good! We got some rail drinks and some beers so our total wasn't too crazy!

This is my favorite restaurant in OCMD! Located right on the water and with great food, 45th street Taphouse is a great spot for a date or a family outing. They even have a pier so you can get there by boat. The bay front panoramic view was gorgeous, especially as the sun is going down. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The views are gorgeous on their patio. We sat at the bar which had ample seating on a weekday evening. They have great happy hour deals like $5 bombs and discounted rail drinks. Their crabcake sandwich is great and their fettuccini Alfredo was very flavorful. Their tapped up fries were delicious, and the perfect serving amount for 2. The bartenders were all attentive, one of them remade my drink after I pointed out that somehow 6 dead gnats were floating at the top. I would definitely recommend this spot for happy hour snacks or a delicious meal!

Took us a little time to be seated... once seated everything was awesome . The fried pickles were delicious, along with the Parmesan wings & buffalo wings. Now my drink... I had a Mango Cart abd it was so smooth and flavorful... the restaurant sits on the water and it was BEAUTIFUL ! The ambiance of the water was so relaxing and serene. Service was wonderful as well.

Great first night in OC and picked this great spot for dinner. Our server was super friendly and helpful with the menu. A great space with plenty of windows to overlook the water, and not super busy during the weeknight The crab avocado appetizer ROCKED. Tried it on a whim can't recommend it more. A great combo of flavors. The BLT was okay, it was blt. Overall great place

The atmosphere was very nice. We sat outside and the view was also very nice, which was on the water. We ate the bbq potstickers , the chicken cheesesteak (it was pretty good, compared to the cheesesteaks in philly), nashville chicken sandwich & strawberry margaritas (tasted like juice/puree). overall we thought it was okay , we came here due to it being overcrowded at Seacrets & was satisfied. I was only able to get a picture of the potstickers.

Such an amazing spot right on the water. The view was beautiful, especially at sunset. They have indoor and outdoor seating, both which include a full bar so it is quite the vibe. I visited during the summer and it was amazing. Their food is delicious, and their seafood is super fresh. I had the seafood Alfredo, linguini served with scallops and shrimp, and it was incredible. My friends really enjoyed their meals as well (pictured). Our server was amazing and super attentive.

This place was awesome! We sat outside overlooking the bay. I had the smash burger and fries. Cooked perfect and the fries were delish! My sister had the shrimp tacos and they were fabulous!! Sara was fantastic and very friendly! Will definitely go back when I am back in OC.

Well well well, they did it again! We came back for the crusin car week and had to get the cheesesteaks. This time we did regular beef and my goodness, what a good idea! We added the fresh jalapeño peppers and substituted pepper Jack cheese. I wish I had asked for extra cheese but seriously, the flavor and those waffle fries were spot on. We went to the bar while we waited and had some orange bombs during happy hour. Once our food was ready, the lovely hostess came out with our food and wanted me to make sure my food was exactly how I like it (I really don't like pickled jalapeño's and she wanted us to double check they weren't as she remembered me telling her) Our Togo bag is a reusable bag which is perfect for shopping trips and not adding to the plastic waste. The place was busy as folks were coming in to watch the sunset and others already seated enjoying their food and drinks. We will be back before this trip is over. Thank you Taphouse!

Great lunch today while watching the clouds wreck the air show. Autumn rocks as a bartender.

I ordered the seafood risotto and noticed it had no lobster in it as listed on the menu. Brought this to the attention of our server who spoke to the chef and said the lobster was "incorporated into the sauce". Although tasty, was disappointed to have no discernible lobster in an almost $50 dish.

The main bar was not crowded when we first arrived so we easily scored two bar stools with backs overlooking the south side of the bar. The bar started to fill up after 4 PM. A guy with a guitar sang some songs as per last time. The views of the Atlantic ocean and the bay are great from the Vista rooftop bar and restaurant. . They now offer many flavors of margaritas. Before we left the bar, all high tops were full with customers including customers who were waiting for our bar stools. Some customers seized the high tops, while some went to the secondary bar. A second bartender was called in when the bar became very busy. I opted for my three strawberry margaritas with salted rims for $8 each. I also enjoyed my Tsunami Wontons with Atlantic lobster, jumbo lump crab, avocado, pico de gallo, and wasabi and red pepper coulis for $20. The happy hour menu is different from when we last visited. Bartender Mark served both of us very well. My friend and I split our bill in half. My share of our bill was $49 including a 3% credit card surcharge, but excluding gratuity. We agreed we will return here again for happy hour.

Make a reservation... especially if you want to come on a Friday or Saturday night, but really, just make one no matter the occasion or time. They get really busy here and for good reason. On an island without many good food options, this place stands out. Nice atmosphere, plenty of options on the lunch or dinner menus, good portions, quality food and nice cocktails too. At this point, we've tried lunch, dinner, bringing the dog, no dog, burgers, tacos, their classic wings, shrimp with crab imperial, crab cakes and several cocktails and mocktails. Service was excellent during both of our visits and I really felt like they cared. The waitress, the one who brought our cocktails, the one who brought our food... everyone just gave off that vibe and had a passion for making customers happy. I particularly liked the "New Fashioned" cocktail, which was like an Old Fashioned with some Grand Marnier. Really tasty. My shrimp crown imperial was okay, but those shrimp on top of the tasty crab really needed some more char. They're supposed to be grilled shrimp, but tasted more like steamed. Overall though, awesome place to eat in a town that has few good options. After two visits and trying this much of the menu, Longboard has definitely earned a spot in our Ocean City rotation.

I started with two soups - jerk chicken and rice soup and the cream of crab. The chicken was good and had long rice with plenty of spices but the soup came out very lukewarm. Granted I don't need it piping but it was somewhat concerning. Also - the chicken was a tenderloin rather than shredded or chopped which was kind of hard to negotiate with a spoon. The cream of crab continues to cement its place as the top 2 cream of crab soups in and around OC. I went with the longboard burger as my meal - served with pasta salad. Really like the pasta salad as a side being different. The burger was pretty skimpy on the special sauce that came with it, but I asked for a side of bleu cheese which was good. The bartender who served us was a younger guy with a beard and longer hair - very friendly and attentive to everyone. Again - nice chill vibe here - cool little built-in market area and a cool design.
